Great customer service! Food was good! Jonathan, the manager, was helpful and professional. The cashier needed a little assistance and he was there eager to help. Thank you so much!

Ordered sandwich combo; chicken tenders were small and warm, fries were cold and starting to get hard, Sweet tea had sooo many tea grains that I had to spit each sip out. I ended up pouring the sweet tea out and the bottom of the cup was filled with tea grains. This was the worse visit to this raising canes.

Went to get my daughter canes and when I got home she showed me what they gave her instead of her meal ! I don’t know if they thought this was funny or what. I don’t live close by there so I had to drive all the way back and get this sorted out … this was not okay !

Today, as I was paying. I smelled a burning smell .As we ate our food in the car, it definitely tasted burnt. Maybe the grease was old today or something. This is the 1st time I've experienced this, and we come here at least once a week. This place is normally good. Always good customer service and very fast despite the long times at times.

The food was very good and honestly the location was really beautiful. The cashier was cool and nice. He greeted me well and made sure my food was good. Definitely would come her again. The chicken wasn’t soggy and the fries tasted amazing with the canes sauce.

Service is good and fast, the only downside is that they don’t clean up the tables where customers eat.

Chicken is always great, took a little longer to get the food at this one but the order was still on point and it wasn’t a regrettable wait.

I've never liked chicken fingers before but I absolutely love the chicken fingers here...the sauce & everything else they serve. Love it. Can't get enough.
