My doordash order consists of the catfish meal. The two sides I chose are fries and green beans . Dessert is their sinnamon roll with glaze and raisins . Everything was on point no complaints

Y'all I love this location!! Every time I come here I am never disappointed. The staff is soooo nice and the black guy with the tats (I will get his name by next review) is so sweet and kind and always have a smile. In the picture below you have the two pork chop combo plater with mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with brown gravy, fries which are the best!, and the cobblers..apple cobbler and fruit cobbler. You can't go wrong!! See you soon Grandy's😁

Just spent a lot of money at this restaurant, the location in Balch Springs.! The chicken is HARD as a ROCK and has no seasoning. It's almost burnt. I'm so sick of bad customer service and bait snd tactics in our community! People work way too hard for their money to keep getting swindled! The restaurant in our area just keep getting worse.

Nice experience. This was on Sunday, 10/22/2023 at about 10ish a/m. We rarely go to Grandy's. We asked ourselves why. But this Grandy's looks so sad & runned down. It needs a fresh up. The service was great. Super friendly staff. The young man at the drive thru was pleasant to speak with and super polite. Took awhile for the order to come out, but it was very much worth it! Fresh and yummy! The young lady that handed us the order apologized for the long wait. Both of them with great smiles! Thank you Grandy's for having staff that cares!

They don’t get your order right. I ordered a deluxe biscuit they gave me a plain sausage biscuit… then when I went in she calculated the difference and made me pay even tho I said deluxe … Needless to say it was only .54 cents lol so no big deal but still food was cold.

Sometimes, it’s good and sometimes it’s bad. I don’t know what oil they use to fry their food, but either they need to change the oil or maybe it’s a problem with the food itself. I ordered from uber eats, and the fries were disgusting. The chicken too was smelly. Big thumbs down.

There was a young man taking my order named Ricardo Montreal, his customer service was amazing!!!! This young was so pleasant. He seemed happy to be at work. May God truly him and this location and may you employ more people with the same level of service. It is the best that I have seen in years!!!! Great Job Ricardo Montreal!!!!
