Placing
an
order
over
the
phone
was
basically
impossible.
I
called
3
times.
Coworker
called
twice.
Boss
called
once
as
well.
Six
calls
and
still
had
trouble
ordering.
Got
hung
up
on
twice.
One
call
they
said
they’d
call
back.
One
call
they
said
they’d
text
us
back.
Never
took
payment
or
even
confirmed
the
order.
Never
even
finished
placing
the
full
order,
I
barely
got
to
mentioned
one
of
the
two
cakes
we
wanted.
Then
they
randomly
texted
us
saying
the
cake
was
ready
when
we
never
even
knew
if
the
order
was
placed
or
not.
(Plus
it
was
ready
AFTER
we
had
already
gone
home
for
the
day)
Confusing
and
frustrating
experience.
Since
I
never
actually
got
a
cake
I
can’t
comment
on
the
quality
of
them.
I
can
only
say
that
trying
to
order
two
cakes
was
an
impossible
task.
Update......
I
normally
don’t
post
reviews
(2
total
to
date)
so
I
did
not
see
the
response
from
the
owner.
If
I
could
go
lower
then
1
star
I
would.
How
dare
you
accuse
me
of
being
a
liar.
Or
not
a
real
customer.
I
still
remember
that
day
very
well.
I
remember
my
coworkers
and
I
in
disbelief
over
the
struggles
to
just
order
a
cake.
So
much
so,
that
my
boss
called
and
tried
ordering
because
he
didn’t
believe
us
when
we
told
him
how
difficult
it
was.
He
wasn’t
able
to
place
an
order
either!!!
We
also
specified,
or
at
least
tried,
to
specify
when
we
needed
it
by.
You
did
call
us,
AFTER
WE
WENT
HOME
FOR
THE
DAY.
So
of
course
we
ignored
your
call.
We
no
longer
needed
it.
Horrible
customer
service.
And
reading
the
owners
response
just
confirms
what
I
knew
all
along,
she
does
not
know
how
to
interact
with
customers.
And
there
are
other
reviews
stating
the
same
thing.
Customer
service
still
gets
1
star!
And
just
a
reminder
to
those
reading
this,
I
never
tried
the
cake
so
don’t
know
the
quality.
I
just
know
you
won’t
be
treated
right!!
The
owner
is
very
rude!
