This place closes early. The automated system telling us they were closed came on and my husband replied with “it’s not even 8 yet” no one said anything. Drove to the window and an older Filipino man was standing there with the window open looking very upset we were there. He started questioning my husband if he was okay, ”you okay man? You okay?” My husband laughed and the older man said no need to get angry. We said we aren’t. He was so upset at us that we decided to leave to avoid having our drink altered with spit. This isn’t the first time this place closes early. Avoid location, horrible service.

ordered a snackin bacon and sugar free vanilla coffee early morning on the way to work . Bacon burnt and coffee was horrible..

Update: This place is still BAAAAD!!!!! WOW!!! Currently 4:30 pm and I ordered my drink at 4:16 pm. 15 minutes later, as I write this inside thr store, still nothing!!! See pictures This place NEEDS improvement! Maybe from corporate or a manager. This place is not clean. Does no one care if the seats and floors are filthy? Do you expect for the customer to clean them for you? Arlyn is the one who helped us and definitely not friendly, I didn't feel welcomed with my daughter by her. I KNOW she's not happy here. On top of all this, there are NO napkins??? "Sorry, we ran out of napkins" this was her answer to another customer while we were here. This is my second time, 5/2 after my first visit and it's still dirty and this employee here Arlyn has not changed. I would have this place cleaned by now and make the staff smile more and be happy and welcoming. ****Food/beverage wise, I like it and it's the reason why I came back with my daughter. Aside from wanting to see improvement.

The people here couldn't make coffee to save their lives. Terrible is an understatement. Donuts stale and taste like baking soda. The coffee was garbage. You can tell they don't drink coffee. Service was ratchet. They got these ghetto hood scraps in there who obviously can't work. The only thing they're good at is bad Service and stank attitude. Never recommending these Donuts or going here again

I'm not sure why the other reviews are freaking out. Me and my fiancé come here all the time, never any issues, food is fresh and donuts are great. There is no issues when we come, and the lines always long, and there's always space (except for on holidays) to sit inside! I am a regular here and will never change locations. Whenever I do, its like karma, always awful haha.

I always use the app, it makes it so much easier. Also the staff at this location are always so kind and helpful!.

Best Dunkin period. I only go for the coffee and it is always hot and delicious. Thank you!!!

Love the drinks from dunkin, just takes forever to get your order. Even mobile orders take forever.

I come 7 days week from breakfast to night time I never had a problem with the employees everyone was nice and knows my order when I come in they also know my name don't judge me but I love coming here no wonder I'm broke 😔 but it's every good no place is clean no homeless around I would recommend coming

The female drive thru speaker wasn't helpful at all very lazy! Couldn’t even check one of the specific donut, and told me I “you could order that deal per one person how “ridiculous, I told the employee Jaden and helped me he said you could could do that the females don’t want to help at all I came here twice

Love coming to this location. Everybody who works there are always full of energy. Never rude. I've had the pleasure of being helped by the young lady, keziah ( I know I spelled that wrong) She's always so happy and in a good mood and never gets my order wrong. Love this this location

They gave me rotten milk here there were chunks in the milk do not eat or go here this place is disgusting. I could’ve gotten sick if I didn’t look in my milk before I drank it.

No wonder this place has no business! Such a great location for such poor overall customer provision. My first and last time to ever waste my money at this place! They didn't even have half of the menu available in stock. It is only early to mid noon you should be stocked what a waste of time and money!

Ordered 2 plain glazed got pink sprinkles. Avacado tomato toast looks like the spread is taco sauce.

I’m not an expert with French crullers but I’m sure this is not how it’s supposed to look. The donut was wet/soggy, don’t know if they spilled something on it and still sold it to me. The other half fell off

The worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The food is never prepared correctly and it's cold and the wait here is ridiculous just go somewhere else for coffee do not get your morning ruined because it's a guarantee here

This is large Latte without ice ….Half empty, totally wasted my money, will not come by. I ordered the same thing 2 days ago only a gap from the top, today is totally ridiculous
