Took 25 minutes to get milkshakes and small blast. Then the peanut butter shake was ice cream with pb stirred in. Could not eat or drink. Blast was ice cream with cookie dough sprinkled on top, none stirred into it. I will not go back to this location!

First I parked at a speaker box that apparently didn’t work. There was no sign on it and it even lit up when you pushed the button to order. After several attempts I decided to move to another spot. It took way too long to get my order. Granted it was simply breakfast burritos and after 10:00 am. The meat inside was horrible. Sausage was overcooked and the bacon was undercooked. Sad to say but I doubt I’ll ever order another burrito from this place. The car hop was polite and friendly. 👍🏻that’s why I gave 3 stars on service. Not my favorite place to eat. This gets better. Below this is a question wanting to know what dishes I recommend. Unfortunately there is a comment already in the answer box and it won’t allow me to put my own answers. There is also no items to choose from. This just made my score for them drop even more. Definitely Do Not Recommend this sonic.

Never been to a worse Sonic. Kid brought out 2 room temp hotdogs. No napkins, no bag. Asked for napkins, he said sure I'll bring them. Finished eating, still no napkins. Pulled around to leave and he's got his head stuck in the back of a car, talking to someone. Guy next to us tried 3 different stalls and no one answered. Based on the looks of the property, no one cares.

I ordered Doordarsh to my house which is only 10 mins away from sonic. Took forever to get my food after we finally got a dasher to accept. I tipped her more than I did on my card because she was caring enough to explain what was going on. Apparently they remade our order 3 times. I'm glad the dasher was kind enough to check everything was there. When we finally got the food we ordered mozzarella sticks. The cheese was seeping out and hardened on the outside leaving nothing but a fried shell. The Chilli cheese coney we got was way to salty. Barely edible. And the reeses blast we ordered had barely anything in it but vanilla ice cream. Very disappointing. We waiting over an hour for our food and it turned out like that. 😮‍💨

We waited about 30 mins to get all our food. It took several more mins to get some napkins and straws. The soft pretzels 🥨 that we ordered were very overcooked, so we asked out server if we could please have a new order of them. After 15 mins , she brought out more burned pretzels, without any salt on them this time. Also, the Frito Chili Cheese Wrap they brought me was terrible - the tortilla was uncooked, and it looked to have been folded by a toddler, so it was mess to try to eat. The only thing out of our entire order that they got right was the strawberry slush. Definitely a waste of money and time. We won't be going to this Sonic in Baldwyn, MS again.

Waited over an hour! They were out of multiple things. Ordered a strawberry slush that came out with water in it! The food was cold and the diet cokes were nasty. They then said they were out of Diet Coke. The speakers were all broke and they forgot we was waiting for food we didn’t receive. They need to be closed down! I would have given negative stars if I could have.

This is a review for sonic in baldwyn, and before I get any “you should have known better”s, I have had mostly good service there on the few times I have went. Anyways, my family and I were wanting late night milkshakes. I ordered a small strawberry classic shake, a small butterfinger shake, a small cookie dough shake, and a small oreo shake. The oreo shake was a mini in a small cup. It was also not mixed properly or something, because once we got home and stirred it the consistency/coloring was off and weird. It was thrown in the garbage. The classic strawberry shake also did not taste right, and it could not be eaten all the way. The small cookie dough shake was not even mixed. Just cookie dough pieces dumped on vanilla ice cream. Not eaten all the way. The small butterfinger shake was okay. The pieces could have been mixed in better, so 1/4. It also looked like only three young teenagers were working with no manager. The appearance of the sonic did not look kept up.

Ordered Jr. Cheeseburger when arrived took a bite and was ice cold. Bottom bun was dry and hard. For $3.49 no good sent it back and second one was not much better. Overall food terrible for what they charge.

The last three times I’ve been there they have messed my order up. First time my child chicken strips were hard you could break a wall with them. Second time I ordered a blast all the butterfingers were at the bottom with an ice cream on top it and it wasn’t mixed. Then the last time I ordered a chicken slider and had it down for 7 and kept saying she couldn’t hear me and I also had to repeat myself 5x and still couldn’t hear me. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!🤬🤬

Took at least 5 minutes or better to answer call button and they were not busy. Hamburger came out with tomaand Orion when I requested none. Hamburger bun was so cold it felt almost frozen. Will never stop here again and will advise everyone against it. Management needs to be fired. Manager did come out and offered to fix the problem. He stated he was new there In management and even though I understand that he IS the manager so I'd start firing those that don't care about doing their jobs right. After all it will come down to their jobs or his if service continues like this.

Service was horrible....the people that should be working and bringing your food kept their attention one a car that they kept running back and forth to...they were wearing their pants around their knees...flip flops....and looked sloppy...I threw my food away....had I seen this activity before I paid I would have cancelled... This place needs new management and a serious understanding of how a good service should present itself...horrible.....keep driving to the next town...Baldwyn sonic is trashed

The woman that gave us our food was so rude that the cold food was negligible. She shoved the bag at us and walked off before we could mention our forgotten drinks.
