Whoa! I didn't know that they have children area, even the patients room for children are separated from the adults room. Overall, this hospital is good. Things that I don't really like is there are some area in the center building which are so quiet. Maybe because it is the old one. The eastern part of the building is the newer one which has modern look and more comfortable.

This hospital have a great quality services. I came here a week ago to medical check-up. On building C there are canteen and coffee shop or something like that. When I did a medical check up , the doctors and the other employees are friendly. We have a great breakfast after performed medical check-up. In my opinion , they should add more sign to inform where is the medical check up place , because when we get here with motorcycle , we can't see the sign in front of the main building so we must walk spin thru the street in front of the main building and it feels tired. I couldn't get the best pictures because I just a little busy at that day. So far it's really good.

One of the worst hospital in terms of their service, the staff is chatting and laughing inside the examination room while the patients are waiting outside. Need to wait more than 1 hour to complete check up even tough the queue is not long.

Located next to Lapangan Merdeka Balikpapan. If you're not familiar, you might enter a wrong building. Make sure you got the right details and clear direction. Ask around is not a sin.
