Among all of PCR test I took this is the worst among all. For covid test, I've done 9 times. So lazy to take from mouth and nose, insist take from NOSE and NOSE TO MOUTH. Either someone is not giving the correct procedure, or the person doing this is not trained.

please fix the registration process and queue

This hospital is super inefficient during the day, and they made me stay here for almost 8 hours. 8 hours, which is equal to a one-day working time. They made sooo much inefficient queueing system, including the pharmacy. Please consider distribute more personnels to serve these huge number of patients coming during the day. Even their KFC is super slow.

I can say that this is the most decent hospital in Balikpapan with a wide place and a clean one at that, good facility for patient that sleep there and has many room for them, but the downside is the hospital too short on staff which makes so many patient wait too long mostly on the administration matter.

the doctor is late 1 hours from schedule, when he arrives he still can talk with others patient while we waiting ? ( came at 5PM now 10PM still waiting at outside ) to go inside UGD, before this we wait 4 hours ( from 9PM to 1PM ).

Poliklinik Emergency all thats serve. Its good service 24 hours people standby here.

A very complete hospital for doctors and medical devices. it's just not enough for the inpatient room. if there are inpatients must wait for patients in the room to go home, hopefully it can be repaired again in the future
