My first massage experience in Balikpapan which I consider superb. Privacy is important and Nest provides partitioned room instead of just curtain. Having a massage with a dimmed light, running water sound and reliable therapist makes the whole experience so relaxing and amazing. Got shower as well if you want to take a bath after the massage. Wedang jahe will be served by the therapist upon finishing the massage. One thing that is important as well, make sure you ask for on going promotion or you will end up paying more than you should be.

Tiring workdays reminds your body for rest, going to Nest was good idea to get reflexes body and soothing mind, staffs are helpful and there’s hot shower provided too, you can request more of reflexology or massage or even scrub. namaste!

I now this place for 3 years ago, the service and therapist is very good but since pandemic I think they're they start reducing some reliable therapists

I made reservation via whatsapp but after 1 day, nobody replied. On the website it state that 90 minutes for Happy hours is 90000 Rp but when I come down it is 170000 Rp..more than doubled. They claim that the website is not update. Very diahonest business. DO NOT patronize

This place is Amazing. When first entered, greeted with relaxing music and free tea. The price is relatively cheap for the quality of the message offered. We only ordered reflexy in the sofa for 60 minutes and it was fantastic. The sofa is so comfortable with room concept which makes you wanna sleep. And the therapist is professional. The pressure of the massage can be requested. Oh my body feel so light after therapy. Absolutely gonna come here again if i visit Balikpapan. Really recommended for those looking for relaxation and to loose some muscle tense.

This place is my favourite massage in Balikpapan.. Always love with the ambience.. got several favourite therapist which is very good and know the massage point.. and feel so fresh after.. they served free Tea, Ginger and “hot kacang ijo” for u in the living room while waiting for the therapist to pick you to the massage room.. Private VIP room plenty of room for improvement. Massage standard pretty standard, no WOW factor. Front desk reception Marsvella gave exceptional customer service. Very professional and smiling always which is absolutely wonderful!

Very good place for massage and reflexology in balikpapan. Pressure is very good. If u like strong massage u have tell the repcesionist if u want one. Better reservation first, because usually full booked in weekend/weekdays. U can get free tea/coffee/ginger before or after treatment. They also have promotion/discount treatment for every month.
