Such great service is not a given and is rarely experienced. I sent an email to Mühleisen GbR with my spare part requests for our mower. Almost immediately I received a reply email along with a link to the completely filled shopping cart. Our mower was also entered in my customer account so that I can always find the right spare parts for future orders. All parts ordered arrived very quickly and everything fit. Thank you again!
