Pros:
-
place
is
accessible
and
has
parking
spaces

there
are
function
halls
and
the
biggest
can
accomodate
upto
200
pax
if
chairs
only
(according
to
them)

they
are
offering
the
place
for
rent
and
can
also
serve
meals
-
they
granted
our
request
to
have
the
meals
on
a
bento
style
since
we
dont
have
tables.
Cons:
-
admin/manager
is
not
that
accomodating
to
their
client.
We
are
not
that
satisfied
on
how
the
manager/admin
assisted
us
on
our
event.
It
felt
like
they
are
not
acknowledging
our
requests,
instead
they
are
pushing
us
to
just
accept
the
set
up
of
the
place
instead
of
making
efforts
to
compromise.
As
part
of
the
events
team,
we
had
to
make
preparations
before
the
date
and
we
wanted
to
make
sure
that
everything
is
smooth
and
prepared
from
the
event
schedule
to
the
set
up.
We
noticed
some
leaks
caused
by
the
rain,
some
parts
of
the
floor
were
not
yet
done,
we
also
had
a
request
to
use
the
back
entrance
since
the
entrance
is
also
beside
the
stage
and
when
we
asked
about
it,
the
manager
was
already
defensive
and
blocking
our
inquiries.

are
not
open
to
criticisms
based
on
how
they
reacted
when
one
of
our
members
gave
a
negative
review
on
their
service.
The
manager
confronted
us
in
the
middle
of
the
mass
and
another
staff
also
confronted
us
repeatedly
from
the
mass
and
also
at
the
end
which
felt
uncomfortable
on
our
end.
He
was
asking
who
is
that
person
who
posted
the
review
to
confront
him,
insisted
to
have
a
public
apology
instead
of
hearing
why
did
he
had
such
review.
It
is
very
unprofessional
because
we
are
in
the
middle
of
the
program
and
there
are
also
some
attendees
who
are
witnessing
how
their
staff
is
confronting
us
(not
in
a
calm
manner)
Over
all,
we
are
not
satisfied
because
at
the
end
they
are
making
us
feel
guilty
on
the
service
that
they
offered
even
though
we
are
also
paying
for
that.
They
mentioned
that
they
gave
us
discounts
but
it
doesn't
mean
that
we
are
ungrateful
for
it.
We
are
just
not
satisfied
on
how
the
manager
handled
us
(which
should
be
professionally
and
accomodating
on
our
inquiries)
but
their
staff
made
it
look
like
we
are
causing
their
business
to
be
closed.
It
would
be
better
if
you
will
listen
to
the
feedbacks
of
your
customers
so
that
you
will
be
guided
on
what
you
should
improve
on
your
service
and
not
confront
those
who
left
a
bad
review.
If
the
customer
is
satisfied,
they
will
give
a
good
review.
if
not,
they
will
definitely
leave
a
negative
feedback.
