I was a bit disappointed! ☹️ It was a small cottage. No where comfortable to sit during the evening when you wanted to relax at night. I also found it to be a bit dirty, the bathroom basin drain was black inside and the kitchen sink drain was not much better! Top of the fridge and bench top had not been cleaned! With no toiletries available, this was a disappointment too. They do need to step up their game. Just because it economically priced doesn't mean you slack off of cleaning. Hygiene is so import, especially now.

For me, it's all about the staff; and they're courteous, affable and always ready to help make my stay absolutely enjoyable. Being a journalist who lives full-time in my van, travelling across Victoria constantly, I actually don't stay in caravan parks all that often. I leave that for the times when I'm taking a few precious days off work; and there are only a few caravan parks at which I look forward to staying. This is 100 per cent one of them. Clean amenities (always a must). Close to a decent supermarket (love the local IGA). Great staff (as above). It's all there. I really do thoroughly enjoy my stays and this park and recommend it without hesitation.

If you are camping this is a fantastic park. They have a fully equipped indoor kitchen (with great heating), a lounge room and arcade games. Plenty of toilets and showers that were nice and clean. Great location, you can walk to the eureka museum or it’s a short drive to town.

The woman at reception was lovely however the man next to her looked grumpy that we had arrived whilst they were mid discussion. We got the key to our room and the beds were dusty, some with hair on them. Some beds had soap packets that were open, others had their packets still on. Beds weren't made, just doona folded on top. The bathroom had a drain in the middle of the room letting in a huge draft in as the pipe wasn't connected to the drain. The shower handle kept falling off as well. 3 out of the 6 chairs in our cabin were broken just to add to the excitement.

Close to the Eureka historic site and Sovereign Hill which was good. The caravan sites we had were basically level, but quite rocky and very hard to get pegs into. Good facilities like bathrooms, laundry and camp kitchen and a well stocked games room with large TV.

Location was great, little traffic and situated perfectly for going to Kryal Castle. Our late check in was easy, we received great instructions via text on how to open the key safe, inside we had an envelope with all key information and maps. The park was neat and tidy and we had almost no contact with staff. The cabin was adequate for our needs and the kitchen was fully equipped and great. Our cabin was clean but in need of quite a few repairs.

My family and I have stayed in the cabins here a number of times, and we always enjoy our visit. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, and the cabins are tidy and well appointed. Solo travellers and big groups alike will be comfortable here and the park is very family friendly, with a playground and games room. The location is excellent - close to town, but far enough out that noise is not an issue. There’s also a bus stop at the front entrance.

Had a basic cabin a little dated but had everything you could need. Heater worked really well. Had electric blankets, microwave, tv and comfy couch. Beds were really comfortable

Great little park. The common room and kitchen are kept really neat and tidy and really warm on a freezing cold Ballarat day. The showers and toilets are impeccably clean, and the showers are big rain heads. Best and cleanest caravan park shower block I've ever been to anywhere in Australia. Kudos to the owners and housekeeping staff, keep it up. Will be back.

Facilities are what you pay for. Cabin was clean and comfortable, just aging. We only stayed one night, so don’t have much to say on aspects other than room. No complaints here

I've stayed here twice now and each time has been fantastic. The cabins are lovely and clean, the beds soft and welcoming. The rec room is a fun way to spend time It's fantasticly located near a pool (walking distance) a bus stop outside the entrance for thos (like me) who don't drive but still like to holiday. But it's the staff that make the place amazing, always smiling friendly and ready to help wherever they can. Will be back many more times. It is the best budget friendly accommodation I've found yet. Can't wait to go back.

Arrived about 515pm, found our powered drive through site, possibly the worst one in the camp, right on the playground, not enough room to extend the awning. Not able to contact anyone, even the emergency no didn't answer. We took another site close to this that fitted our van and annex but it was gravel and slopping. Very dirty and painful to walk on even with two annex mats So many other drive through sites that were so much better. We had booked for this 9 months earlier. Very disappointed with the grounds. We had been there twice before and hardly any improvements to the park.

We upgraded to a family cabin, floor was dirty and unswept when we arrived. Non stop dog barking from campers right beside cabin. But overall a very family friendly environment. Bonus was the pool next door

Happy and would love to come again! 2BR cabin is amazingly comfortable. T/B, bedrooms, kitchen were clean. Comfortable beds, crisp bedsheets and towels smell good. Complete kitchen stuff. Wort

The staff were very helpful both before arrival and after. I changed my plans and, after initially booking through a 3rd party website, I dealt with them directly to add an additional night. The 2 bed room cabin was nice. The kitchen /living area quite spacious for a cabin. The lounge could do with a steam clean however. The queen bed was comfortable but apparently the bunk beds were not. The wire screen was missing from the bunk bedroom window which meant we couldn't open the window to freshen up the room. We enjoyed the free mini golf course and would have loved to use the pool next door but it wasn't swimming weather, Would recommend.

My partner accidentally left personal items in a PRIVATE en-suite. He has called them and I have called them. It’s been a long time now and they don’t bother calling back. Will not stay here again as this is highly unprofessional. Give us our stuff back??!!!!

We traveled over 6 hours and upon our arrival I went to put our perishables in the fridge to find an unknown substance spilt all over 2 shelves. Needless to say the worst shelf was pulled out for a hot wash and the remainder of it was given a good clean with detergent and antibacterial spray. My husband had a pressing engagement which was the reason we had traveled so went to leave shortly afterwards, however as he was leaving I could smell gas and on further inspection 1 of 2 gas bottles attached to the cabin was leaking. We isolated it, tried ringing the only number available/ emergency number at 4pm on a Friday but got no response. My husband went to the office and to her credit the female owner/ employee was receptive the male owner/ employee not so much. We were upgraded because without gas there was no hot water. The park in general has so much potential but even in the upgrade the curtains we ripped, there were holes in the walls that just gave a general feeling of disinterest in regards to upkeep. In reading the reviews it seems cleanliness is an ongoing issue which isn’t being addressed obviously.

Great ammenities and clean park. The staff were exceptional and helped us out with a van repair, very relieved we asked them for help. Great rec room for the family and great location.

Fantastic 2 bedroom cabin, very spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and fully equipped kitchen...amazing! Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, very quiet and peaceful setting, and great value. We will be back!

Stayed for 3 days at a powered site. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, toilet block is old but clean. There’s Rex room, camp kitchen, laundry. There’s also a playground with putt putt which I believe is open for free during summer for people staying at the park. Dog friendly and adequate space to walk our fur baby. It’s minutes to the town an easy access to everything. Wifi drops on and off but tv reception is good. I found it a bit noisy with loud utes and cars especially at night time.
