15 years back (@2007)I was standing in line around 30mins to bill the products. Because there was no proper automatised billing system. 2022 - Now we have a billing system but staff don’t know how to use the machine and still I am standing in line for more that 30 mins. This might be the reason why AI is getting more popular these days No respect giving to customers Employee training missing Managers don’t know how to talk with customers No ac in mark instead fans are running but no place to stand

I get suffocating inside. Its so hot in der i have been couple of time never ever could not stay inside for more then 30 min. They have Ac they dont run. Fans but they keep them on wer only there employees work . Its a customer gaya bhaad me kind of outlet . Products are cheap so are the quality too.

It's a low cost budget friendly mart.. prices are too steep low but the quality is not that great but reasonable enough.. we have varieties in apparels.. all in all low cost place decent and good enough quality

Material which we have taken are broken since yesterday due to crowd we ar unable to go thru properly. Visual Secondly people at store are not responding positively hope there is employees shortage gaps ssue in the mall Cash counter number are many but cash counter working only two three always they speel remaing counter staff in meeting or gone for lunch etc we need replace ment of wiper and table mat and wiper

Lower prices might attract customers but the quality is not worth it. Most of the items are damaged at the store itself.Although there are a lot of items present but standard of quality is minimum.

Variety of collections are available for cloths, footwear, toys, curtains, utensils etc.. But the question is about their quality. Many goods are damaged at store only. You have to be careful while choosing. You should have more patience to stand on billing line. It takes more time. Sufficient number of baskets are not available on weekend days. AC doesn't work.

The place seems crowded on week days, staaf are not responsive ,no proper arrangement of clothes, everything is left to carry dust on the floor . The management needs to check the cloth section and also the footwear section.

More improve for children's dress ,sleepers etc all kids are iteams more variates are required and ladies dress and iteams more variates are required and improve for vishal mart staff

Prices are ok but no AC and fans, unable to shop fully sweat, even in trial room fans are not available and no bolts also in trial room

I have been waiting at billing counter since 35 min today.. there is no proper response to the customer. And making delay in confirming Barcode. And elevating on ASM of the branch.. Literally dis satisfied

Totally waste Mart bcz they named it as Vishal MEGA MART but there is no parking at all for 4 wheels no space at all u shd park on road it makes traffic Idk how govt approved their Mart without checking parking lot need to close it ASAP or they shd plan for parking

I can say one word shopping in your budget, clothes are good if you choose it wisely, good crockeries and steel utensils, nice storage organizers, beautiful flower vases, return gift for kids for birthday party

None at Billing counter only one counter is open, which is horrible and need to wait for more than 30 mins I left the shop without purchase of anything

It has wide range of products & best prices. But store is not yet completed. It’s all chaos. They have not yet arranged anything in proper. The food store is worst. Don’t know why they have opened so early without proper planning and maintenance. Bad experience. No helpers at all.
