Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter were very nice. Our waiters were awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The atmosphere, food and most of the drinks were great. The bartenders knew their mixology and it showed in the drinks. Great place to hang out, chill or go out on a date.

Seriously disappointed with my Mother’s Day dinner. The steak was flavorless and undercooked, which actually worked to my advantage when I took it home and fixed it. The loaded mashed potatoes were bland and the cheese was barely melted. The wings and pretzel sticks were good. The server…made a few comments that were not received well with us.

Sunday visit around dinner time. Smokers outside the door let fumes waft inside. That was unpleasant. Our waitress was pulling double duty on the bar so the service was below par. They gave us a 10% discount on their own accord. Must have known we weren't happy. Our food came out perfectly hot and fresh but in stages, meaning the whole table did not get our food at the same time. A little awkward for us but oh well. Never saw a manager onsite whatsoever. Would have liked to have talked to them about improvements but whatever. Not sure we will be back.

Frederick City and it's surrounding areas have much better restaurants to enjoy than Applebee's. This an embarrassing restaurant to be in our great city of Frederick. I have dined with my family here on a few occasions. Tonight's dining experience was quite unpleasant. The only good thing I can honestly say with positivity would be that I admired our server's ability to handle an obviously out of control situation. She was overwhelmed with trying to serve a large area and large groups of diners. I felt great admiration for her due to her ability to keep smiling, maintain a professional behavior and serve her patrons well despite the fact that meals weren't coming out in a reasonable time. The water and ice served desperately needs a filtering system because it tasted as if it was collected from a dark and moldy cave ceiling. The Endless Boneless Wings advertised were "endless" time waiting to get them. They were tough, dry and the sauces were a disappointment. It's my opinion that our server deserved to receive the entire amount of the bill for herself. Server outstanding. Beverage, meal and dining experience really awful. Not interested in going ever again.

This place has gone downhill in the last few years. First, the salad, the easiest thing to not screw up, the lettuce was wilted and dirty. I got the 8 oz steak, not only was it over cooked, it was some cut that looked like a cow hoof. It was dry with no flavor.

The food was good even though they were out of a few items and we had to rethink our choices. The service and server was great. It was a good Sunday evening dinner choice.

Food was disgusting was not able to finish it I would give no star if had a choice. My daughter got sick after eating from this place. Service was ok took forever to bring out one of the platter.

Ordered curbside togo. When I arrived at the restaurant, I parked in the designated spots and went to see if my order was ready. A kind and friendly employee greeted me and I gave her my information and she would get the food from the kitchen and bring it outside to me at the car. I was with my 4 year old boy waiting at the car for our food that never came to us. I had to go back in and the same friendly lady was surprised that I did not receive our order. She went to check with another server that was handed our food to bring to us, but somehow gave it to another man that took it and left without any concerns. Anyway we were made aware our food was given away and they will make our food quickly. But it was not made quickly. It seemed to take twice as long as the initial mobile order. We were offered 2 chocolate desserts which I said would be enough for the misunderstanding and delay. After getting our order, checked it in the car and saw no complimentary chocolate desserts and I was missing a side of fries. Not the worst meal. But not sure we felt that we were taking care of and not sure we will be going back anytime soon.

The staff was friendly. We didn’t have a long wait. My wife and I had the Quesadilla Burger and it was mediocre. The tortilla was not soft, the ingredients were bland and lacked flavor. It had bacon on it and I couldn’t taste it at all. The burger was decent. Not their best menu item at that location.

I like this location. The bartender is a great personality at night. And she knows how to mix a good drink. Her Blue Motorcycles are the best. The food wait isn't that bad. Servers are pretty cool too. I miss the endless wings for $15 though. Mistake taking that away.

Food was good and service was good. Building air conditioning so cold everyone in place wearing jackets except staff. We have noticed this is a common problem at every one we stopped at. Palm bay Florida was the worst, building too in bad disrepair and water coming out of floors. Business model needs a thorough reviewing nationwide

My friend and I enjoyed a l-o-n-g lunch a few days ago at Applebee's in Frederick, Md. Since we are only able to get together once or twice a year, it takes time to catch up with sharing. Our waiter "Ethan" was wonderful! There was no rushing us, and he was very accommodating to our needs and desires. We chose the 2 for $30 entrees. And of course, we had to end our meal with that luscious chocolate, gooey, lava cake. Oh my. Such a treat!!

Was definitely the cleanest Applebee's I've ever been to. Soup wasn't very hot and they forgot to put the mushrooms on the mushroom swiss burger but it was still delicious.
