I got my nails done today, one of the guy works at bebe did my nails. It took not even 20 minutes and he was done with my nails. Nails shape was not good and one one layer of topcoat and that was it. Changed me $55 for the worst service ever. But when I came home discoloration already happened. It pick the white color but it was gray… so ugly 🤬

Me and my sister showed up without an appointment and they were able to happily fit us in. My sister got a beautiful gel manicure and I got an acrylic fill in. Trang was absolutely incredible. I cannot suggest this place more. My nails have never looked so perfect. She was extremely thorough, you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and it shows! She even stopped me before paying to put on hand lotion and cuticle oil. I feel a lot of nail techs just want to get it over with but she took her time and did an outstanding job! Also not overpriced like many of the other places I have been to!

I'll be honest, I wanted to give this place the benefit of a doubt, but the longer I am away from this experience, the angrier I become. Scheduled an acrylic fill. My nail tech was perfection when I asked to change my nail shape and make them shorter. She did them absolutely perfectly. After that, it went way downhill. When using the grinder, she consistently cut and wore away at the skin around my nails. She cut me bad enough on my ring finger she had to stop and apply pressure. This was by far my most painful manicure experience and all of my fingers were red and raw afterwards. (See photos from the day of) It's been a few days and my fingers are still swollen and sore from her work. I wish I could say the pain was worth the nails I got, but honestly, I'm also really disappointed by the missed spots and inconsistent application of the polish. Not the place for me. Tl;Dr Nail tech cut me with the grinder and did just an okayish job on my nails. Won't be returning.

Highly recommend this nail salon for mani-pedis and eye brow waxing! They have a huge selection of colors, of regular polish, gel polish and dip powder, and are able to perfectly match the color of your fingernails and toes if you prefer. All of the nail technicians are very friendly and professional, and they only use sterilized nail tools and tub liners for pedicures. The entire salon is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. This is my new favorite salon!

DONT GO HERE. This is my first time getting long nails and it was such a bad experience (also got my toes done too). Spent 114 dollars to be mistreated…….. The guy who did my nails kept being really rough with my finger and all of my nails. To the point where he twisted my finger and it hurt (felt like it almost popped out of socket). He also clipped of the front of my finger while roughly cutting my nails. One of the most painful parts, besides twisting my finger, was the drill going hard on my cuticles, it started oozing and has been hurting for hours. When I told him it hurt he kinda just laughed and didn’t say anything. Then when I asked if I could get them more sharp he got upset with me saying that I wasted his time… list goes on -toe nail cut crooked -bumps on nails, not smooth -added sparkles when I didn’t say I wanted them(also had reference picture so he wouldn’t be confused) -I said I wanted my toes and nails to match. When I brought it up that it didn’t match (fingers pink, toes dark deep wine color)He ignored me and said that’s just the color, had an attitude -left a lot of crusted up polish all over my hand -I used to be deaf and I was asking him to talk louder but he would keep muttering to himself when talking to me… :( Edit: response to what you said. Sounds like you’re being lied to and don’t understand how bad the service was. You didn’t even acknowledge how much pain I was in the whole time and all the issues I had. Saying I don’t have enough money has nothing to do with how I was mistreated. I legit have scabs on my cuticles

Amazing nail spa! I absolutely loved it from the time I walked in to paying and leaving. They took their time on my nails and was nice. This was my first time at Bebe Nails & Spa and I had the absolute best service ever. I really loved how my nails came out ! As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time.

When I first came in I felt that the staff did not want me there. I literally was watched the entire time. Which made me uncomfortable. All staff was on the phones non stop. I honestly didn't feel welcomed. However, Trang was very nice, she did my nails. However, I definitely was over charged. I get my nails done twice a month in DC and I never was charged 60 dollars. I don't think it was her fault but the pricing is extremely high.

Absolutely the BEST! I came here years ago, and now with new management, it is by far the best salon I've been to in Frederick! I recommend calling in for an appointment, as they typically only have 2-3 people working and can not accommodate walk-ins. Very much worth the phone call.

I called at 11:14 on 7/14 to schedule a gel fill. I have call logs and a blink camera video that can prove i called and scheduled the appointment. I called back on 7/15 to add a service before the appointment, and they never took record of my call the prior day. The lady was rude on the call on 7/15 persistent they don't make mistakes. Claiming i never booked an appointment. (Though i have proof i did) Be careful when scheduling appointments here.

I've been going to Bebe Nails & Spa for my nails and I'm so happy with my nails every time they all ways make them so pretty. I did dip powder nail and will be returning!! Very good service and quality, plus knowledgeable staff with good recommendations. My manicure was so relaxing and she took her time to make sure it was a great experience. I loved it! They have a beautiful salon and we can always count on them to do a fantastic job.

Great nail techs who are friendly on top of it! I have been going at least a year now and always leave happy! Today they treated my 9 year old amazing and made her dreams come true with a palm tree design!

I’ve been back a couple times and i like this salon! every time i’ve gotten my nails done i’ve been very pleased and they took their time. if you’re thinking about going here you should!
