Always a pleasure eating at this Chilis. We just had lunch and Alex was our waitress, she was great. Food was good and the prices are really low ($9 for my lunch came with salad and chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl). Family of four you can eat here for the same price as some fast food places. We have been to this Chilis probably 10+ times and haven’t had a bad experience.

Went to dinner wifey ordered Smoke House combo with Chicken & Ribs. Chicken was excellent Ribs were not so good kinda tasted like mush... & original chili was overly salty & Cesar salad wasn't that fresh. Not that good of a meal I'm thinking it was just a difficult night in the kitchen because usually we get good food and Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants. Would still recommend to all because they have the best Chips & Salsa.. Also Waitress was excellent she did a wonderful Job...

It was great...service excellent as well even though they are short staffed. ***UPDATE 1-14-23*** Plenty of staff this time. Took a while before anybody would come by to take the initial order though not sure why. Anywho the food was hot tasty and filling. I had the full rack of ribs and my wife had fajitas plenty of food we took plenty home. My only real critique is the beer menu very limited of what they actually have on hand compared to what the menu states.

If you’re a POC of color don’t come here. Let me start by stating the place was not packed and busy with about less than half of the restaurant occupied. Walked in hoping to get serviced and stood at the front counter for about 10 minutes and was not greeted by anyone. 4-5 different servers to include a manager walked around and clearly saw us waiting and still nothing. We decided to take our business across the street to Texas Roadhouse which was about 90% packed where we were greeted immediately and sat in less than 5 min.

Pleasantly surprised by our visit to Chili’s. We haven’t been in awhile, but the food, service, and restaurants were all great. This location seems to be well managed as the restaurant was well kept and the service was great. Pro tip: sign up for Chili’s rewards and get the chips and salsa in the house. It’s a great perk, and the chips are great.

Very attentive staff. The manager was the first one to welcome us and waitress, Griffin, has a special attention to the kids. The whole experience was amazing. I have been in many Chily’s before but I never had a good experience to write about. So I rather no to comment at all. However, the experience in this restaurant was so special that other restaurants in the area should come here to take a lesson on customer service, specially the one next to them. I also notice some other waiters a bit more relax with their customers but always with the respect and courteousness. Thanks you for being so attentive to us. Strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The food was very good. They have changed the 2 for 25 to 3 for Me. We have ordered two items (one was sirloin). At the end, we saw extra price for soup and drinks and the sirloin was was separate. I asked and the guys said, the sirloin is not in the 3 for Me option. But it was clearly on their menu. I felt this is cheating. They should let us know before ordering. Very unsatisfied with this. Only giving three stars, because the food was good

I found numerous pieces of plastic in a bowl of chili that I ordered to go. Unfortunately, I ate some of them before realizing what it was. When briefly chewing I thought maybe it was just really tough onion skin but it hurt swallowing as it scraped against my throat. Saving the remaining portion in case I get sick but will NEVER return to this place. I’ve never had a problem with the Hagerstown location.

Just recently went there for the first time for my birthday and it wasn't not good. We had a trainee. Which she tried and wasn't her fault. It was the actual food. Cold chicken sandwich and fries, cold mashed potatos on another family members plate. And my wings were not good either. Some were over cooked and others were under cook. Totally bad experience and birthday for me. One and done.

Excellent Caesar Side Salad! Great customer service! Coke Zero is fresh and fizzy! Great deals on lunch! Great restaurant!

As expected for me, Chilis, the food was good. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. No real complaints. Stopped by on a business trip was immediately greeted by a hostess and sat down on the table. Our server was quick to arrive to take drink orders. The food arrived out promptly and it has ordered. Would not hesitate to stop by here again next time I’m in the area.

I got my birthday lunch from Chili's...I order the 3 for me deal. I ordered the old-timer with cheese, a Coke, and bday cake to go was Molten Chocolate Cake. Honestly this was amazing. I ordered it online and time to pick it up was 12:00 noon. I got there I was ready for me... And I was in and out. Thank you Chili's 🌶️ for my amazing bday lunch

Good food. But literally there are no vegetarian options in the menu. But they were able to customize it for us.

I feel this place is a bit overpriced for what it is. The staff is attentive. The restaurant was clean. We were sat immediately and didn't have to wait long to be served. The food was made quickly and was hot. The food was ok. Location is conveniently right off the highway.

Great food! Saturday night, very busy but we sat in the lounge and didn't have to wait. The manager had his sleeves rolled up working alongside everyone, which I appreciate! A little on the noisy side but family friendly. We will go back.

Great Job to all the staff from the bartender to food runners and even Management running food making drinks and saying hello! This was my first visit at this location and on Father's Day! And everything was delish, speedy, clean fresh and Great!!! Will be my "To Go" TO place!

I called to order and the girl on the phone was nice and attentive. Picked up my food and got to my hotel only to find that there were no utensils included. The food was delicious and better than other chilis spots I've tried, but my side of Mexican rice was extra small and scant. Big building with ample parking. interior could be cleaner

I do not know what The Chilis in Frederick does that makes them so great, but damn if they don’t do it every time! Because the Chili’s in Eldersburg is absolutely HORRIBLE. To point where it’s almost not edible. The Chili’s on Pegasus in Frederick A+’s and wows me every time! The sliders are tender and hot. Southwest egg rolls, I cannot say how much we love them. I personally drive from Olney 2x a week just for chips and salsa. It just is unfortunate I had to make sure that the Eldersburg Chili’s wasn’t having an off night. I endured that food 3x and what a waste of $120!! And it’s closer to me. At least I know when I make the trip to Frederick I won’t be let down!!!!!

Pretty bad experience. First, dinner started off with waiting 15 mins for drinks and all we got were sodas. Then, took forever for them to come back and take our food order. After we finally got to order about 20 minutes later the waitress told us she had to resend our food and it would be out shortly. When the food did come out we both had ordered burgers and they came out with the middle not even cooked like it might as well been raw still and we had asked for medium well. So the only reason for 2 star is the manager did come out and apologize and take money off bill which was good at least. But to top off the experience I was filling out survey on the little tabletop tablets and the waitress came by and said you don't have to do that and clicked skip while I was in the middle of filling it out.

Solid Chili's. Our service was friendly and helpful. All the food was as expected, except the chicken sandwich which could have used a little more time in the frier (it was cooked through but only just barely). Our drinks and apps came out staggered (one drink first, then the other a few mins later; same for apps) so that was a little funky but not a big deal.

For some reason there is always a really long wait for service. Typically seated quickly but waiting for a server is a challenge. Last time the manager had to get our drinks and direct someone to take our order. They are always kind and polite but waiting 15+ min just for someone to visit the table makes us want to visit other locations.

The Presidente margaritas have gotten smaller over the years, but they're still very good! Got personalized table service from the bartender, and he was attentive and friendly. The food was good, but one of the mill fast casual. No complaints.

Love this place! I went for my birthday, and had the best time. Food was amazing and it didn't take them long to prepare it. Also, talk about variety. I had a hard time choosing what to eat 😂😂😂.

The atmosphere was overall good. Very family oriented. The food was good for the better part, just don't order the ribs. I love ribs and their version of them are not the best. The rest of the food was though and the service was good. I would go back and invite people that this is a good place to weekend dine.... Just don't order the ribs🙂

I have eaten at several Chili's before but this is the first time at this particular one. My burger wasn't very good. Not juicy..dry over cooked, my fries were over salted and room temperature. Not hot like I would expect. Our server looked to busy or distracted to noticed I didn't eat my meal. The runners gave better service than him. My sister had the fajitas and she enjoyed it. We each got a molten chocolate cake. Delicious.

We dined in for lunch and both the food and the service were great! Our food came out quickly and was just as we ordered it. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

Whenever we go here to eat, it is always a great experience with the staff and the food. Tonight there was a mix up and the young waitress and the manager Earl were quick to correct the situation. Great job by all!
