I
recently
had
an
unfortunate
experience
at
the
Ballina
Central
Maccas
that
I
feel
compelled
to
share.
While
my
initial
interactions
at
the
drive-thru
and
payment
window
went
smoothly,
my
experience
took
a
turn
for
the
worse
when
it
came
time
to
collect
my
food.
After
placing
my
order
and
paying,
I
pulled
up
to
the
window
to
collect
my
food.
However,
I
was
informed
that
my
order
wasn't
ready
yet
and
was
asked
if
I
could
park
in
a
designated
bay
to
wait.
Despite
my
patience,
my
wait
extended
to
about
10
minutes,
during
which
nobody
came
out
with
my
food.
Growing
concerned,
I
decided
to
go
inside
the
restaurant
to
inquire
about
my
order.
Inside,
I
approached
a
young
employee
behind
the
register.
He
was
around
5'9"
to
5'11"
with
blonde
curtains.
I
calmly
asked
him
about
the
status
of
my
order,
stating,
"Where's
my
food?"
To
my
disbelief,
he
responded
with
a
disrespectful
and
offensive
remark,
stating,
"I
ate
it,
you
idiot."
This
reply
left
me
feeling
not
only
insulted
but
also
shocked
by
the
unprofessional
behavior
exhibited
by
a
staff
member.
I
pressed
further,
asking
him
why
he
would
do
such
a
thing.
His
response
only
added
to
my
astonishment,
as
he
boldly
claimed,
"Because
I
own
this
place.
If
you
don't
like
how
I
run
it,
then
get
out."
This
level
of
disrespect
and
disregard
for
customer
satisfaction
was
deeply
disappointing
and
left
me
questioning
the
professionalism
of
the
staff
at
this
establishment.
