If I could give this place zero stars I would. My appointment was at 8 and I waited till 9 to even see someone. The nurse didn't know what she was talking about and asked me unnecessary questions. I don't trust the doctor's credentials, he came in looking like he was wearing pajamas with no paperwork, no computer, no nothing. All I wanted was to take an x-ray, which took 5 minutes, and I waited here for two hours. Not only did this take so much of my time for something that is quick, I also don't know how reliable these people are. They all seem clueless and don't know what they're doing. I absolutely do not recommend coming here. DO NOT.

I waited one hour to be seen. Tests came back normal but the doctor wanted to prescribe antibiotics for a kidney infection just like that. I ran away. Although nice, the nurse was writing down my information on the back of an envelope. Unsure how this place has such great reviews. I would not trust them with my medical care.

I am not sure how this Urgent Care has good reviewsā€¦ It all went well up until the doctor came in to see me. I went in because I was feeling bloated and full in my stomach. Had cramps as well, but no pain or any other symptoms. No major concerns either. Got in very quickly without an appointment which I was surprised. Told the nurse my symptoms of what I feel and briefly about my medical history etcā€¦. Doctor came in and he immediately sat in the chair and slouched down the entire time while looking at me. Had a mask on but his mask was under his nose and not over his face. Could barely understand a word he was saying. Every time I spoke, he looked at me with 5 heads like he didnā€™t know what I was talking about. They ended up doing blood work and a urine sample. (Found out urine came back normal right away). I got an email today(10/25) that my test results came in but no call, and the results werenā€™t even reflected on the portal. I called to inquire about my results and he basically told me that I had x,y, and z and I needed to get it looked at by my clinical doctor for further testing. Keep in mind, I didnā€™t go into this urgent care thinking they were going to draw blood. I didnā€™t fast whatsoever. I asked the tech at the front desk if he could read me off the results so I can write them down. (if Iā€™m not mistaken, I think itā€™s illegal for a tech to read off patients blood work results) but he did it anywayā€¦. So when I asked him to read them off again, he basically freaked out and told me ā€œsorry sir I cannot provide you with this information you need to speak to a clinicial or primary doctor right away to get it checked out and get more blood work. Also, he was talking to another patient at the same time and to his coworker about her results and had me sit in silence for a couple minutes. He basically shut me out and I got no where with him. I seriously donā€™t trust this place after those small occurrences. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Very friendly and caring staff. Easy online paperwork before your visit. X-ray and IV fluids capability in house. Rapid testing for Covid, Flu, RSV, strep, and another virus making the rounds. Clean, modern facility. Open late on Christmas Eve!!

Iā€™m not sure how this place has such good reviews. I went in for mild chest pain, requesting Covid/flu test, chest x-ray, and simple blood work. I came into an empty office at 12:30pm. Sadly, I did not leave until 3 hours later. There was one delay after another. It took the provider over an hour to actually come and see me; 2+ hours to get an x-ray; and only when I went to the front desk at hour 3 to demand the blood test did anyone bother coming to my room. Neither the nurse nor the NP was able to draw blood from me, blaming it on ā€œbad veins.ā€ While my veins may be small, no one has ever had an issue drawing blood from me. When someone in the waiting room overheard me saying I had waited three hours to receive the blood work, and that I needed to leave to return to my job, she replied saying she had been waiting 2 hours for some simple results. She got up and left in frustration. The NP promised she would call me with the results of the x-ray the same night, and I have yet to hear a thing. Stay away. This place is a danger to patients.

This place is strange. I went soon after the new location opened and let a lot pass, but just went back and it's still strange. The receptionist didn't seem to understand how to work the computer to check me in, the nurse was also at the reception desk then took me back but never identified that he was a nurse, the building itself is very bare it feels like a tv set and creepy-quiet ... I got the medicine I needed but don't think I'd go back a third time

Came in for a big gash over my eye. They didnā€™t have anyone on staff at that moment to suture it up, but one of the owners happened to be in the office on her day off and offered to take care of it. She did a great a great and thorough job, and was pleasant, gracious, and funny. I was a walk in and only had to wait than 15 min to be seen. One week later, I walked in to get the sutures removed, and Imelda saw me in under 15 min, and also was kind and thorough. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Made an appointment, showed up on time. No one there to check us in. When someone came out we checked in, somehow though they didnā€™t check us in. After waiting 35 minutes past our appt time we left. No patient privacy. I heard the doctor calling a patient with results. I also heard another patient describing symptoms to the desk person. I donā€™t want to hear that. So unprofessional.

Staff was courteous and respectful. When I was seen and treated, they actively listened to my medical history and gave me the space to advocate for myself. Thus, I received exceptional patient care and left feeling very content with the quality of service. Thank you! To new patients: Do your due diligence and come prepared to inform your provider. Providing a relative medical history to your visit, a timeline of your symptoms, actions you've taken on your part to treat your illness, and how that has led to your visit, will take you far in getting quality care.

Took my son here for a fairly large splinter on a Saturday evening. After signing up for a spot online, we arrived to an empty waiting area and were taken right back to an exam room. The nurse practitioner was fantasticā€”very calming, and knowledgeable!

Been here a few times despite the rude check in staff. Today had no one in side or in waiting and no cars outside but impolite guy asked why I didnā€™t have an appointment- the lady there tried to make up for him saying maybe I could get an appointment in 20 minutes but I left b/c many other places to go to. Kevin below is spot on - how can they be urgent care and not take walk ins?

Great experience! Got in almost immediately and front desk was caring and attentive. Intake was easy and simple and had zero headaches with payment etc. Facility was modern, clean, and overall very nice. Carole and Robin were wonderful and knowledgeable, and made me laugh at an anxious time. Would highly recommend!

I was able to get the tests done that I needed. However I was the first appointment of the day. The office opened late, and the doctor didnā€™t see me until an hour and a half after my appointment time. The tests results were ready 40 minutes before the doctor showed. Delays later in the day are to be expected, but over an hour delay for the first appointment of the day is unacceptable practice.

Had an appointment at 7:30 and still here two hours later, waiting for a test. Earlier test ā€œdid not work.ā€ The one health aide working the front desk was nice, but had no one helping him. Poor communication from the doctor, who left is waiting to get swabbed again when we did not need it. We finally left, and no test results or clear sense of diagnosis.

This rating references my experiences at the Vista Medical Center on 23rd Street in Crystal City Virginia. While these centers are affiliated, I have only been seen at the 23rd Street facility. This is my "go to" urgent care medical group that I trust when my primary care physician is not available. They are thoroughly committed to offering best practices in their approach towards your health care. I recommend them highly.

I donā€™t recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away if you can bc you will receive a very poor service. I scheduled my TB test a few months ago, and didnā€™t receive results regardless multiple phone calls and in person attempts to get it. After finally getting it there additional issues to revive a written waiver needed for work few months after the test, with recommendation of performing the test again, which is unheard of. Basically the doctors only want to get your insurance charged and donā€™t care what is reasonable and beneficial for its patients. The doctor seen is very rude, unprofessional and truly looks like he just rolled out of bed. Same with the reception desk staff. I also went to the Cristal City location with my daughter bc they offered X- Ray and unfortunately had a similar experience. Truly very disappointing experience for such a needed service in Arlington.

Very courteous staff. Intake process was smartphone based, not a clipboard and paper, which was refreshing. I was helped promptly. Their clinicians were highly professional.

This clinic is close to my house and has ample parking and I could schedule an appointment online. The intake procedure was ok. I only waited about half an hour in total from the time of the appointment (including waiting time in the examination room). But: There were no supplies for a clean-catch specimen - so I question the quality of the lab result And I never saw the nurse practitioner or any other medical professional until after a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy! Once the NP came in to see me, she answered my questions but I donā€™t know if she would have explained anything to someone who didnā€™t know what to ask. She was informed and informative when she answered my questions and would have changed the medication she prescribed had I asked.

My husband came here late one night due to car accident injury. Our front desk nurse was very very nice and professional! We didnā€™t have a long wait time at all. The facility itself was very very clean. Room was spacious. The best part was they stay open late while everywhere closes by 8. So I personally want to thank all the staff for staying late and seeing us. Our NP Wheeler was very professional, nice, caring and very informative. She made sure we had everything we needed before we left. My husband had bad allergies she even helped him with that as well. So all in all we were blessed with this spot and definitely recommend this facility!

I went into this place for the first time at about 8:30pm, and was promptly greeted by a very sweet lady who took my information. Within about 15 minutes I was escorted to a clean and neatly ordered exam room where my vital signs were taken. Within about 10 minutes thereafter I was joined by a nurse practitioner who had read my medical history. She asked pertinent questions then quickly concurred with my diagnosis of my medical problem. After a pleasant conversation she left to call in to the pharmacy the necessary prescription. Efficient, pleasant, clean, neat - could not ask more. 5 stars.

How can you call yourself an ā€œurgent careā€ if you donā€™t allow walk-ins? We are lucky the time is not booked this time, but if you are ā€œappointment onlyā€ it doesnā€™t matter how urgent the case is, does it? Also, very rudely treated at the door. Hopefully the treatment is better. Doubt it. Update: we scheduled an appointment at 7:15 am and the doctor isnā€™t here until 8 am. The unintelligible front desk man whispered that he relayed that information. Why is the reservation even available? Save yourself the time, pain, and anger- go somewhere worthwhile. This isnā€™t it.

Was one of the most disorganized medical places I've been to. No one at front desk for at least15 min, waited alone for an hour in an empty room to get into a treatment room. Finally someone looked at my toe which could have done before. Dr. did not wear a mask, receptionist had hers below her nose. Gratefully I did not have a serious injury.

Corrupt! All their intention is at making more money. The first time I went, a lady doctor prescribed me two medications for flu. After one week, I did not get better, and visited the clinic again. At this time, a male doctor prescribed me other two medications, leaving the most important third medication aside. Again after one week, I was coughing hard , therefore I visited the clinic for the third time. This time, thank God I was seen by an Ethiopian nurse practitioner and she prescribed me Benzoate to suppress my coughing and I got better in one day. What made me suspicious at the end of this visit is that, the clerk advised me that if I don't feel better after this time, I should come back for exray. Fool me once, shame on you. But fool me twice shame on me.
