Great park, bring rain boots as there is a small creek that kids love to throw stick and stones into.

This Park Has Really Impressed Us. The Bathrooms Are The Cleanest We Have Seen Out Of Any Park/PlayGround in Arlington and Even Have A Baby Changing Table. The Playground Is Surrounded By Trees Giving It A Very Nice Shade The Whole Day Reducing Hot Slides, Swings, and Hot Weather For Children. There Is A Stream Next To It And A Basketball Court With Working Lights For Evening Play. There is A Baseball/Grass Field and Across The Street Are The Gazebos and Picnic Areas With Grills That Are Available For Reservation. Lots Of Shaded Street Parking Available And Even Wheelchair Accessible. Great Place To Be!!

Excellent playground with 3 elevated walkways and 6 slides. My 3 year old was in heaven. There isn’t a lot for the littlest ones, but there is at least one small slide and a small playhouse and two baby swings. Lots of room to run around. No sand at the playground, but there is sand volleyball across the street aka a giant sandbox. In the fall the trees and stream make for a beautiful setting. Update spring 2023: We’ve been enjoying this park for over a year and a half and it is definitely in our top 3 favorites in Arlington. In my opinion, it’s one of Arlington’s very best parks and I’m gutted that they plan to tear it down as soon as they can get funding. Why?! It’s not broken or run down, while there are so many parks in Arlington that could use a refresh or redo. I’m sure they’ll put in another park that is just like the others they’ve done recently that ignores the needs of the youngest Arlingtonians and focuses on those in the 8-12 age range. So frustrating.

This park is currently under renovation, with some great improvements including a new restroom, picnic shelters and extensive reforestation (ie lots of trees) and other environmentally-forward features.

Lots of space and shade. The park has climbing equipment that all ages can use. Out kids found themselves in the middle of a giant game of freeze tag while others played basketball ball. Lots of room for picnics blankets and a casual game of baseball.

Not always enough parking but the playground is good and the nearby river is fun to explore

Great place to be with kids. Shaded area surrounded by trees, which is great during summer.

The upgrades are great. The picnic area is more walkable and open. The basketball court isn't level, but it's not bad. I just wish people would litter less in the area (and in general).

Nice playground with a baseball field, basketball court and restrooms. My only complaints are that some parents don't enforce mask wearing for their children. And also some folks don't use the provided trash cans. The playground equipment itself is clean and in good repair, the kids enjoy it.

One of the BEST parks I have been to!!! Such a lovely place to hang out or bring your children and just chill. There is a small creek nearby for just sitting by and relaxing. Absolutely would recommend to everyone 10/10!!!!!!
