The food is ok and the beer list is extensive especially if you like IPAs. What really makes this place special is the staff. Sam, Jordan, and Owen are absolutely incredible and make you feel like family. Plus the robot that delivers your food is amazing. PLEASE ENJOY YOUR MEAL!

Here you will find the best burgers in town! All dishes are delicious and added to that you will get great service that makes the experience even better. You have fun for sure onFriday and Saturday with the Dj or karaoke on Wednesday. Raz, the manager, is the best and she will be always attentive to all what you need. Sam will be always ready to get your order perfectly being sure everything is how you like.

Steak tacos were really good. There was only one person working so it took a while to get food, drinks and a the TV changed. They had a cool robot delivering food too which I thought was neat. Linking forward to going back to watch sports here.

Nice little spot across the street from the office. Popped in for lunch around 1:30 or so and it was dead. Just my coworkers and I. Service was really good but the food seemed to come out slow. The most coolest thing though was that our food was delivered to the table by a robot. Seriously. The bartender had to come place the food on the table but it came from the kitchen on a talking robot! That was a first for me. I had the steak nachos, as did my boss and OMG. Nachos were top tier. Cheese was awesome. Chips were warm and crisp. Pico and sour cream with lettuce etc. It was great!

This is a good neighborhood bar, where I have had very good food and service. Carlos, a bartender there for about a year, is a good mixologist who delivers unfailingly good service. I haven't tried the entire menu, but have never been disappointed with the food, and they recently started daily specials. The atmosphere is usually very pleasant, too - it is a go-to place for conversation with friends, and bonus points for extensive Halloween decorations. The only thing to be wary of is that they have events in the evenings a few days a week, which will make the atmosphere uncomfortably loud if you're there for a quiet drink. There is karaoke every Friday night around 7:30, for instance. If you like that, it'll be an additional draw for you, but if you're like me, just plan on leaving when it starts. Good place overall - no complaints and shout out to Carlos, Alphonso, and Patrick.

My buddy and I discovered Crafthouse on a search after checking out Washington Capitals team practice a few months back and have been stopping in here ever since. Patrick is an amazing bartender and his service skills are excellent and in my opinion are second to none. His knowledge of Beers and their great food are amazing along with his friendly approach and his attention to details. Every time I stop in here and sit at the bar if Patrick is working I know it will be a great experience. Would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Would give 10 stars if I could

We came here for happy hour and got a craft house burger, some customized burgers, and ciders. The craft house burger came with peanut butter which made me weary so I asked for it on the side and I'm definitely glad I did- peanut butter just does not go with eggs. The ciders were a good deal and the customized burgers were good too

Great ambiance, attentive staffs, karaoke Wednesday. I got the Crafthouse Burger with fried eggs and peanut butter, it’s something you should try!!!! The fries are great too!

This place was / is average at best. Service was prompt, however, lots of employees standing around and not engaged. There was a manager present who had a quite creepy presence as any employee did anything behind the bar. The turkey club was good, however, was a bit skimpy on the bacon. I noticed another customer interact with the bar staff about what drinks constituted happy hour. It seems that the drink menu may be confusing. I stuck with beer that was... as advertised. I will personally look to try another place in the future. The creepy manager and non-engaging staff turned me off a bit.

If you want to end a day visiting DC, Family, or getting the daily grind done... visit a VERY hospitable place and have your choice of great food... Naches, pizza. Crab dip and more.

Really cool place to chill and they have a great selection and categories of drinks to choose from. The beer was really cold and just right. They even have a robot to help deliver food to the tables. 😳 The staff was always friendly and never made me feel like I was bothering them even when I'd ask trivial questions. I will definitely be going back. Hope to see your face in the place.

Our bartender, I think his name was Owen, he was AMAZING! He was just, on point the whole time we were there. Engaging in conversations, just EVERYTHING. He recommended a Blueberry Cider, and it was delicious. I’m not a beer drinker for the most part, so I appreciated the recommendation.

my wife and i love this place! the cocktails are delicious, they have a good assortment of beers, and always really quick service. The pretzels and beer cheese are quite good as well, and everything is reasonably priced (for NOVA let’s be real) carlos is super helpful and fun, honestly, all the bartenders are incredibly kind as a general rule!! anyway come to crafthouse arlington it’s the best one (and we hope you win the contest xx)

Stumbled here with my gym buddies on a Wednesday and it happened to be a karaoke night. The vibe was amazing. We had a great time. Food was good and quick. Very accommodating staff. Great management. Will definitely come back!

I flew out from California to Virginia to visit my daughter and son-in-law and to see her Graduate. We stopped here for food and drinks after watching the Os in Maryland. We wanted to see the UFC fight and they were showing it. The food was delicious and our drinks were good! I had the Fish and chips. The fried fish was huge! Very good! We all enjoyed the food. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was great! The DJ played good songs. Atmosphere was great.

Visiting from Boston and Connecticut, we couldn’t be more happy about my experience at Craft House in Washington DC. The food was delicious, the service was superb (ask for Zoha… she was excellent, and the drinks were just right). If you are looking for a a fantastic experience, don’t think twice….. Carlos (the manager) was also attentive and generous in his care of customers. Bravo, Craft House! 👏🏾

I can’t say enough great things about Crafthouse! I live just a block away, and I am here often and never disappointed. The staff is amazing, especially Carlos (who makes the best drinks for sure) and Mohcine. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you always feel welcomed and receive the best service. Every time I bring my 5 year old daughter here for lunch or dinner, they remember her name, welcome her warmly, and make sure to always have the robot food runner bring her food to her, which makes her day! And the food, great! I especially recommend their wings- both boneless and fried, as well as their salmon bowls, which are phenomenal. If you are in Ballston, or Arlington in general, and looking for great food, drinks, and atmosphere, then I highly recommend Crafthouse.

A few friends and I went here for Happy Hour on a Wednesday. When our waitress made a mistake by adding food we didn’t order (and we never accepted the extra food), she still added the extra items at full price to our tab. We ended up with a several hundred dollar tab and no one corrected this error.

This is a very nice place to eat. The Staff is attentive and everybody chips in to make sure you're taken care of (vs some places where the one server you have is the only one who cares if your beer/water is full). Gingerbread stout was amazing. I enjoyed my Fiesta burger quite a bit. However the bun fell apart at my touch. I sliced my burger in half to make it manageable and it was crumbling. Pretzel buns never hold up well. A bit pricy for what you get though. I also got some wings to go. Not the best seasoning, it really just tasted burned and not a Cajun rub of any sort so i had to dock them a star. If im going to pay 15 dollars for wings they should......probably be tasty. I'd go again and dodge the wings since I ended up tossing them. They were inedible.
