Just eaten the most delicious club sandwich and cup of coffee in a location I associated with ice cream. Staff were so polite and friendly. I was offered a 2 bread layer sandwich instead of 3 as is usually the case. What a good choice. The sandwich was filled to bursting point with moist chicken and bacon. Lovely wee salad on the side. What a great find!!

Went in for ice cream but the freezer wasn't cold enough and was melting everywhere. The girl serving was unable to resolve and had to tell her what to do. Staff were neither helpful nor pleasant.

We had a lovely baked potato with heaps of chicken curry. Would def recommend and we ll be back when we visit ballyclare again.

Called for cones. Served (eventually) when member of staff finished talking to another customer, then proceeded to handle the cones with bare hands after handling money! Not very apt at mo i wouldve thought!

Visiting family in NI. Always make sure we visit Mauds Milkshakes are awesome!

I was on ice cream today with my kids and one of the server ladies literally licked her finger while holding my child's ice cream. A bit disgusting but other than that the ice cream is delicious. I go there a lot and has witnessed this kind of unhygienic service. The ladies are very friendly and nice but the management need more focus on how they serve customers. Dont touch money and then the cone and certainly DO NOT lick your fingers.

Lovely little place we found. The staff and food/coffee were great. Only down side is I don't believe they have a toilet for customers.
