Great place to shop but the new parking system is a waste of time as doesn't accept coins only card payments which isn't handy for elderly people

One of the best shopping centres around, with friendly helpful staff.

Was good once, now because of rate rises by greedy landlords and the council it's just a skeleton of itself. It may be the biggest shopping centre in Ballymena but that's about the only thing going for it.

Good store for choice, plenty on offer for adults and children. Spacious, helpful and lots of sizes, unlike some other stores. Well run, outfitted and supplied. Split levels so his and her shopping. Plenty of changing rooms. Very good store, one of the best river islands I've visited.

Plenty of choice & a great spot for taking my wee nephew Birthday shopping. Plenty of eating choices as well

The parking app is a bit of a rip off costing you 50p extra than paying with cash. And don't sign up for the text messages it invites you to, they forget to tell you that they will charge for those too 🧐

Great place to shop, and a gorgeous cafe on the left-hand side as you go in through the front door. always go there when we're here.

Like a lot of centres it has some shops closed but it is bright and cheery.

Nice variety of shops, a bit dated but upgrade appears to be on the way.

The one star relates ENTIRELY to their new ANPR camera ticketless car park. Utter shambles. Insufficient payment machines equating to ridiculous queues. Stupid.

Was a decent shopping centre. New number plate recognition parking system is so awful and creates queues to pay even when the fairhill isn't busy, Will be an absolute nightmare at Christmas! Would be a good system if it actually worked, puts me off going here.

Good, clean shopping centre, decent, reasonably priced parking, good range of stores

The Fairhill Shopping Centre centre is quite average. You can’t really spend a long time in this shopping centre as there isn’t a huge amount of shops. Although the shops they do have are quite good like the large m&s next. The Fairhill has improved over the past while and I believe it is still continuing to with the pop up shops. The food court is quite poorly as there is only subway and Burger King but luckily the wildflower bakery is down stairs which helps a lot. Over all this shopping centre is okay but wouldn’t travel a huge distance to it.

Don’t bother visiting this place they don’t even have a tk maxx and the people look like the actors in the hills have eyes!

Good shops, good atmosphere and cleaning bathrooms. Parking only accepts cash. If you want to pay with a card do that at the barrier.

Some nice shops, but a few empty stores. Experience could have been better with a bigger selection of shoos. But still enjoyed it.

Not what it use to be a lot of empty shop units what is there okay great marks and Spencers,Next,Perfume shop ,Boots sum eatery's free parking Thursday and Friday evening and Sunday a bonus

Most awkward place to get in and out of...the ticket machine first cars is on a sloooooooope and that is difficult to use...Also should be free to encourage custom

Not many stores I'd shop at here so personally not somewhere I'd rush to but the parking, selection of stores and tidiness of the centre is excellent

Fairhill is good for Marks and Spensers, this is the only reason I call into it. Over the years the shopping centre has been hit by decline and lots of closures. Hopefully some day it will return to its former glory.

Bank Holiday on my visit here, they were charging for the car park and the only shop open was M&S. 😡🤬

I prefer the Tower Centre but they do have quite a few great shops in the Fairhill. Loads of great retail shops, places 2 eat & plenty of both on the streets between the 2 centres too.

Good centre easy to park in with a good selection of different shops. Easy access to the town centre for further shopping experience and a good selection of places to eat.

Worst experience ever, it was an emergency and I had to charge my phone in order to get home and soon after I plugged it into one of the outlets upstairs in the food court, this cleaner comes and says I can't have it charging despite my friend doing it numerous times in the past and nothing happened to him, after 20 minutes a strange man came and touched my literal charger, he had the audacity to unplug it himself, I almost had an anxiety attack as I struggle with it daily and this experience worsened it, I can't help but think it was targeted and I left very scared.

The management of the center and individual stores/eateries must do more to ensure Covid rules are followed .today's visit spoiled by non mask wearing individuals who just don't care especially in Mand S coffee area where people hang over the barrier between the coffee shop and the store - they talked and laughed without wearing masks and paid no respect to those seated at coffee or what ever - GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER AND DON'T BE SHEEPISH ABOUT ASKING PEOPLE TO OBEY THE ADVICE/RULES THUS SPOILING IT FOR OTHERS THAT DO FOLLOW THE ADVICE !!!!!!!!!!!
