Love the tower centre. All the big stories are in it. Plenty of parking and easy to get to the rest of the town.

Yuk, filthy and the car park, stairs and lift are perpetually stinking & need steam cleaning...come on council, you can do better....

Tower centre is a lovely place to shop with a good selection of stores but I found all Ballymena city a joy to shop at.

This is a nice shopping centre with a variety of different shops. It has many entrances which makes it easily accessible for everyone. It is also well done up, is cleaned regularly and has small businesses coming in every now and again and is especially great for Christmas shopping and all seasonal shoppings and is a great place to sit down in and relax for a while.

It is time for Loyalist and Republican vandals to work together and to badly vandalise tattoo shops. The UK and Republic of Ireland have become so ungodly and heathen with the rise of ungodly lifestyles - tattoos and piercings, halal meat, models of Buddha being sold in shops. It is time to badly vandalise tattoo shops and to bring back the fear of the One True God Who is the God of the Bible. All other gods religious, secular or material, are false and shall be proved false once we smash up tattoo shops.

Very disappointed! From the moment we went into the grotto we were very rushed. I understand that it’s a very busy time but still. When we went in I mentioned the fact that I paid for 2 children( one 4 year old and one 5 months old who was sleeping in the pram at the time ) and that I would like separate pictures but I was completely ignored and I ended up with both kids in one picture. We got the presents and then Santa stood up and my oldest son said out loud to him: “Santa I love you so much!” Santa completely ignored him and turned his back on him. My boy was so disappointed and had tears in his eyes and ask me what did he do wrong. I told my son to go and tell him again that maybe he didn’t hear because he’s an old man. I quickly went to Santa to get his attention and so my boy went and told Santa the same sentence as before. Santa mumbled something and then he got distracted by the decor showing us the way out. All of this in a matter of seconds. I do get that it’s just a job for him, but it’s a very important one as he represents Christmas and for many kids it’s the whole world. This is our first year visiting Tower Centre Santa and will be the last.
