Avoid Avoid!! Massive hair in our main dish and all after it took 1h 20mins to arrive. It was lukewarm. Do not use this restaurant. Other reviews have had hairs in their dishes so they haven't taken note of these reviews. Appalling

It was so lovely to see Ginger so busy on a Saturday. It’s has always been the most consistent curry house in hayes in terms of service and food. We have never had bad service here and food is tasty and fresh.

A curry with friends, busy evening. Table for six, slight issue they put other diners on the end of our table, with a plastic partion between us, very noisy party behind us made conversations differcult. Food was good, service was good, the menus need replacing they are falling apart. Service charge added to bill, this annoys me as I top of its good anyway my choice

Absolutely brilliant evening. Banquet night meaning that each adult gets a starter, a main, a side and a rice/naan plus poppadoms for a fixed price. Anything on their usual menu is available. A huge, huge meal, so, so, so tasty. Superb service even though they were so very busy - a packed restaurant but the team was always there for you and watched that every guest was ok. With wine and beer (and tip), the bill was less than £30 each. We WILL be back.

Came here last week with my two daughters on banquet night (Wednesday) as always the food was excellent 👌 staff very attentive and friendly, atmosphere great, good value for money, what's more to say apart from make sure you book as Ginger gets very busy. It's 5 star plus. Thanks Jay

Delicious curry and rice. Lovely service with the offer for a drink on the house. Very accommodating to everyone and had great patience with my autistic brother.

Excellent curry here this evening with two friends. Everything was perfect. The Chicken Tikka was so tender. Rice cooked to perfection and nicely seasoned. Naan's were spot on. Tikka masala flavoursome and not too sweet. Everything was hot. Great service and waiters weren't pushy which is always a plus in a curry house. Five stars all round. I cannot wait to return. One of the best Indian dining experiences I have ever had. My friends said the same. 5*.

Our favourite local restaurant. The staff at Ginger are always welcoming and friendly. Food is constantly good with lots of choice. There are lots of offers to take advantage of and the Sunday buffet is a big hit with our extended family.

Unfortunately we didn't have good service here. Food was good but service could be much better. We had a starter and main and would of liked coffe and a desert however as soon as we finished eating the bill was presented to us. Could be much better.

Got takeaway from Ginger last night. Ready for collection in 30 minutes and food was excellent and very good value for money. My wife loved the paneer shashlik and I enjoyed it all, especially the side of chana massala which was a 1st

Ginger is a great restaurant and so much better than its rating suggests. I took my family there on Friday evening, the place was packed but the staff were very attentive & the food Excellent. A great local gem in Hayes!!

Went there with grandson tonight. Service was terrible. Offer for early evening dinner but was limited menu and price differed from what it said online. Wouldn’t go again. Didn’t feel warranted service charge

The staff are great, the food is outstanding, and the prices are certainly affordable.

Falling behind its contemporaries, Gingers menu may have all the British favourites, yet the portions are frugal but sauce heavy. The CTM is pedestrian at best and could benefit from a rework. Nothing remarkable about the cooking in this restaurant. Could do better.

One of my favourite local Indian restaurants. Very good food, exceptional service and reasonably priced. Just a shame it's quite a small place.

Tandoori Mix Grill, their famous mix platter, a questionable statement. No taste of freshness in either items with bland flavour and Sheesh kebab was hard and chewy. Not worth the price at all. Biryani, bland in flavour with very little chicken nor worth the price either. Customer service, needs to be reviewed. Not a place I would go to again after first time experience nor recommend to anyone. I've experienced it now and will remain the last.

Fantastic! We had our food delivered today. It was prompt and hot when it arrived. The food was delicious, fresh and cooked so well. Really enjoyed! Thanks for making our Valentine’s meal great! We will be back!

It was only a fixed price buffet but the food quality and quantity was exceptional. Very impressed, nice friendly staff too.

Have visited several times in large groups, always received fantastic friendly service. The menu has lots of options and the food is just delicious! The staff are able to answer questions and give recommendations for food intolerances ect. Lovely atmosphere, would highly recommend.
