I took a flight just to come here! I must say, all my expectations are met. A great vibe in this restaurant. I love the food and the variety on the menu. The staff are super friendly. The taste of House Chai is unbelievably awesome, it simply brings back my childhood memories from India. Thank you Dishoom! It was worth a flight to come here. Highly recommended!!!

Delicious 🤤 All dishes are amazing. Doesn't taste like pure Indian food except for the drinks, but in a good way. The pancake-like uttapam tastes even better than pancake itself. Naan roll is just wonderful. Drinks have a lot of spices. Atmosphere is chill

An absolutely amazing breakfast experience. Didn't automatically think this would be a great breakfast but had the breakfast Omelette and was impressed. The service from the staff was brilliant. The atmosphere and smells of different spices was delightful. A really enjoyable experience and it was quite busy for a Sunday as well. Really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to go back to try a normal dinner or lunch here. Definitely worth it!

Cracker of a service. Their food is one of the scrumptious I have ever had in London. We tucked into the delectable dishes with more comfort. More than anything, the gesture of Mr Dominic and that of their manager Mr Thomas was spectacular. Dom ensured that our table kept getting refilled with their tasty chutneys. His service is admirable and phenomenal. People like him and Mr Thomas should be treasured. They went above and beyond in making my partner’s birthday a very memorable one. It’s just their kind gesture which made us extra special and very memorable for us. We were honestly very much touched by their attitude and hosting service. Their interiors dates back and quite rustic. The seating is quite cosy, immaculate and comfortable. Their loo facilities are equipped with interesting portraits. Overall brilliant 20 star service and would most graciously recommend them to all.

Dinner was amazing! We got here around 9pm on a Tuesday night and the wait was over an hour. A little surprised by that but the time went by pretty quick. They brought out some lemonade while we were waiting which was nice. Food itself was great and the atmosphere is amazing as well.

Nice, almost like an Indian Street food tapas. If that's your thing, amazing. But I will stick to my curry houses next time. Staff was fantastic. Vibe was lovely. Very modern, almost like a bill's interior to it. There was a wait, but they look after you nicely. A dinner date with my bestie cost us £75.

It's always an amazing food experience! We discovered it first in our visit in Edinburgh, and since then, whenever we visit UK, we try not to miss a stop in a Dishoom! It's one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been with amazing food and flavours that never disappoint you! Don't leave without having the chickpeas with halwa and special bread! It's made in heaven and the sweet and curry flavours and perfectly combined! We tried the tandoori chicken with was tender and juicy, the shrimp that was a little bit of disappointment as they were lacking of flavour! We end our meal with chocolate soufle and chilli ice cream. The ice cream was super good the suffle was a little bit overcooked!

The best Indian food I have ever had, all dishes are great! Really recommend chicken ruby, so flavour, rich and creamy. Nann is also great, can’t be missed. Chocolate chai is a good mix, dark and rich. Good services absolutely great atmosphere.

There is a reason why Dishoom is my number one restaurant and favourite place in the world. And that is because everytime I go, it’s more than just good food - it’s a WHOLE EXPERIENCE. We had a 10am booking this morning and were apprehensive about bringing our 2 young boys, aged 2 and 4. We came to celebrate the end of my post-graduate university course and I honestly cannot commend Dishoom enough for how incredible they were to us. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, it was a five star service. We were met by a lovely young woman in the reception area who wore an orange top. And we also spoke with Antonio over the phone and another lovely man who was sporting an impressive moustache and led us to our seats. We were then met by Tom, who was nothing short of INCREDIBLE the whole time we were there. He was kind and patient and gave us a great idea of adding eggs to our vegan sausage breakfast roll. We were very nervous about our young boys disrupting other guests but everyone was SO KIND. Even when our boys spilled a glass of water, everyone was accommodating. I have never ever been disappointed whilst visiting Dishoom. The food and ambience and customer service is simply unmatched. Shoreditch is our closest branch and we often order take away or go for dinner. Thank you so much Dishoom - I look forward to visiting for many years to come!

Absolutely beautiful food! And for a very reasonable price too. Very highly recommended. The chicken ruby curry was silky, fragrant and absolutely delicious. The samosas were filled to the brim, and with plenty of lamb and not 3/4s potato. The roti were delicate and buttery. Nothing disappointed! It is very busy though, and tables are quite close together, so if you’re wary of COVID, maybe be mindful here.

Came for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. We had a reservation but had arrived early. We were able to sit in the bar and order drinks and food while we waited, our table was ready early, and the staff was super helpful in getting our food and drinks to our table and transferred the bill out there as well. The food was amazing. I wish I lived closer.

Delicious and well priced breakfast. Loved that they have bottomless chai for £3.90 which is addictive. Everything we ordered was delicious (the eggs were a little spicy) but our favourite was the bacon naan, can definitely see why its a house signature dish! FYI: Definitely recommend doing a reservation whatever time you come in at!

Nice lunch experience. The place wasn't packed and we managed to get a table although we didn't have one booked. Staff is friendly and attentive and the food was really good and diversified. Like any other Dishoom - it's inspired by authentic Indian food, but it's not quite the same as eating in an authentic restaurant. Yet, the quality and variety are great, in addition to the cool atmosphere and the great service.

What a place!! Had breakfast here and absolutely loved it. We had the wrestler roll and the Indian omelette, both really tasty, portions are huge. Staff is a delight and the ambiance very nice too. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience. Visited for a lunch for a friend’s birthday and the staff made it super special with attentive, helpful and genuine service. It’s the time I have visited Dishoom, for a restaurant chain, it really is great. The food taste and quality is superb. Looking forward to going back.

Came here for brunch, made reservations ahead of time. The breakfast naan wraps are really well made and so flavorful, and you have the option of getting vegan sausage which is a nice plus. They have a good selection of drinks as well and the atmosphere is so nice! We are at the outdoor veranda which was very cute!

Really nice restaurant to eat in. Nice atmosphere and design. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. There's an outdoor eating area as well. It can get a little overcrowded and there are no open windows which is why I took away a star. The menu selection is varied however I wouldn't take children there because I couldn't see any child friendly items on the menu. Other than that great place to go to.

It is said that this is the best Indian food in London and I was not disappointed. There was a welcoming staff, pleasant atmosphere in a cute neighborhood, and the food was delicious. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and I was very satisfied. The flavors were impressive and I look forward to visiting again.

Ok I don't like Indian food. I can't deal with the spice in it. But we had a work function in this place. Nice atmosphere, good staff, the lamb samosa was good (still spicy for me) but my colleagues all mentioned how wonderful the food was. So based on their excitement, will give the 5 stars.

Located in a very accessible place. Though we didn’t book our tables beforehand and it turned out to be a pretty busy morning, the staff there were kind enough to accommodate us. The food was pretty decent but definitely not worth what you’re paying for but that’s the case in most of the places in London. We had a great time overall and the service was really commendable.

Delicious food had to wait to get seated but worth waiting. They handed out chai while waiting which was really nice. Music was quite loud but food was amazing. Definitely recommend.

The dinner at this establishment provided an exceptional dining experience. From the moment we stepped in until we left, my husband and I thoroughly relished every moment. Our waiter was outstanding, offering excellent recommendations from the menu that enhanced our enjoyment. The ambiance, with its top-notch decor, transported us to India rather than London. We savored every dish our waiter suggested. I highly recommend making reservations to ensure you don’t miss out on this extraordinary dining experience when visiting London; it’s truly worth it.

Came here for a festive lunch.I wasn’t aware that the food was shared .I think the portions served 4. All items on the menu were included so there were some items that we all loved and others that we didn’t like so much. But we got all in equal portions. I had the non- vegetarian menu . Mince pie Kulfi was surprisingly creamy and delicious . Starters were my favourite- the brioche bun was buttery and too hot to touch(just how I like them) . Turkey was juicy and well seasoned .All in all, I highly recommend . Only issue I has was the limited amount of soft drinks available(juice and coke)

I can’t get enough of Dishoom. The food and ambiance is so good and I know it’s a bit touristy, but it lives up to the hype. I ate here for 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner on my most recent visit. The standout this time funny enough at breakfast was the GRANOLA. Also the lamb samosas were divine. Every dipping sauce was amazing. As one person I highly recommend sitting at the bar instead of a table. Can’t wait for my next trip!

busy, but very well-organized place with a unique ambiance. service was excellent and we loved the food. especially the paneer roll is a must-try: a real flavour explosion!

Even though there was a long line when we arrived, the wait was surprisingly quick. Kudos to the attentive staff who even offered drinks while we were in line. I've ordered takeout from Dishoom multiple times, and they consistently deliver solid food and good service. The veranda caught my eye—it looks incredibly cozy, and I'd love to sit there next time. Highly recommend!

Great in a pinch, but you can never visit in a pinch so it’s not worth it. There’s always a queue so you’ll have to either wait or make a booking. For the amount you wait and the money you spend it’s disappointing. I’ve visited a few times and tried many things. The okra fries stand out as a unique offering to try. Honourable mentions go to: vegan sausage roll, ruby chicken, and vada pau. Decor is stellar and service is usually good too. Depending on the branch seating can range from good to inconvenient to downright ridiculous table/chair placements. Have you ever tried eating curry sitting on a sofa off a coffee table? Who plans this stuff?

Worth every minutes we spent in the queue. The staff is incredible, I shared my intolerance to onion and literally the whole staff worked the menu and made annotation and arrangement for the whole time, I was so impressed. Then obviously the food is amazing, the service is fast and the place is beautiful. I'll definitely come over again

Great food and even better service. truly enjoyed the experience and the quality of food. Quantity is decent as well and good atmosphere. Always buzzing and right in the middle of shoreditch. You’ll get a table here before 6 pm but not after and is usually a go to place for lunch with colleagues and friends.

Some of the best restaurant food I've ever eaten. Lots of interesting dishes that aren't your standard Indian takeaway options and there are excellent vegan options too. Mid range prices, not the most expensive but personally for me in the range of an occasional treat. If there isn't a table available, you get given a buzzer and you can wait at the bar. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable on the menu.

We've been here numerous times and each time we enjoyed our visit. Their Chai is one of the best in London. Their customer service is amazing and this particular branch has a beautiful interior design. Not all of their food is amazing but their service and restaurant's ambience makes up for it.

The food was really good and had a lot of flavour. I would recommend getting different dishes and sharing to be able to try a little bit of everything. The house chai is amazing and is unlimited when you order one!!!

If it wasn’t for COVID I would have kissed the chefs hand. To be doing that good food for such large numbers consistently, these guys are GOD. Always love visiting Dishooms all over London. We went on a Tuesday evening round 6pm & right from the hostess who was very nice to us explained we would have to wait. The waitress was very nice too, every demand was met with a smile. These guys really create a good environment for their staff. Popped my head into the kitchen & all the chefs were laughing & smiling. True testimony to a good business. & the food….. soooooo good. I actually ended up asking for a takeaway Biryani cause I couldn’t eat anymore & wanted to eat the next day. Second visit in less than a month & AGAIN THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I’m originally from India & after moving to London I have come across very few restaurants that actually do good Indian food & I don’t mean the westernised food, I mean proper. What Dishoom is doing is something incredible by teaching the British that India is more than Tikka masala, Jalfreze, Bhuna, etc. Their menu doesn’t even say CURRY, it says RUBY MURRY so the English crowd can understand. The service staff are outstanding & the food is simply the best I have had in a looooong time.

Lovely indoor and outdoor seating restaurant with amazing decor. The service was amazing too. Great customer experience. The food was delish! I loved the lamb chops. Everything on the menu was yummy. Great place for a sexy Indian food. 😍😍👍🏽🤤🤩🤩

Came for breakfast, filter coffee is delicious. Gluten free menu is great, the servers were very helpful and substituted sweet pancakes for savoury bacon and bean ones. Recommend!

From the moment we entered the queue, we knew the experience would be enjoyable. Staff were providing warm teas to those waiting and felt welcoming. Once you reach the end of the queue, you receive a buzzer and gain access to a bar area where you may order small plates and drinks. They are accurate and honest about the wait times but it barely matters because once your table is ready a member of staff alerts you and transfers all of your drinks/plates to your table via tray. Everything about this place is wonderful and will definitely stumble in many, many times in the future. You should too.
