Every experience I have here has been excellent. The intake team is pleasant and respectful, the nurses are friendly, polite, and professional and the providers are stellar. Today I worked with PA Jesse who took the time to educate me, offer multiple care options and recommendations, and provided great care.

I was extremely satisfied. From check-in to diagnosis and treatment, the entire process ran very smoothly, and surprisingly, was extremely quick. There was essentially no wait at the time I came in. I was in and out in approximately 1 hour. I very much appreciate the fact that I am able to get the necessary medications right there on the spot from Patient First, so no need to go to the pharmacy. So convenient! I experienced no issues whatsoever. Well, the only minor issue was that the Women’s restroom was out of order, so everyone had to use the Men’s restroom. Hopefully that will be fixed soon. It was a very straightforward and painless visit. Patient First is an excellent option for minor to medium medical issues if you want to avoid busy hospital emergency rooms.

The nurses trying to get an IV on me for fluids were GREAT!!! I really liked the guy nurse I had!! He was awesome, patient, comforting, sweet, caring.. he was what I want in a nurse when I'm sick! He knew what I needed & wanted without even asking. I wish I remembered is name. To the guy that got my IV, you rocked!! The woman nurse was so extremely sweet & patient! The doctor listened & took his time. I couldn't have had better care than this crew!! Thank you all for making me feel better! Also, thank you for getting me a bed within 5 minutes of walking into the facility! I was so sick & getting to lay down right away was greatly appreciated!! I have never had a bad experience at this location. I love Patient first! Always have, always will!

We've been to Patient First at Bayview several times and have always been very satisfied with the experience. Yesterday’s experience couldn’t have been any better. Everybody is so incredibly nice and considerate. And the BEST thing is that the medical staff got my diagnosis correct! It was not clear to me or my Hopkins video-visit doctor if my symptoms were indicative to one thing or another. After looking at my x-ray the PF doc decided what I have is the thing that needs an antibiotic. Eight hours after starting the antibiotic my symptoms improved dramatically and I feel on the way to recovery. Can’t ask for any better outcome than that!

Good evening. I visited patient first bayview between 6:30pm- 8:00pm. I visited this patient first because I've been coming here for non emergency issues since I was a child. On this day in particular, at this time, the treatment I received was exceptionally unprofessional. For starters the front desk check in woman was loud when talking to you about your private identifiable information. However that was minuscule in comparison to what happened next. The technician who took my vital signs was beyond unprofessional, she was nasty. It started when she put the pulse ox on the same finger as my blood pressure cuff. I tried to offer my other arm but she refused. I stated I've never had my blood pressure and pulse ox done on the same finger. She stated it made no difference and refuse to allow me to use my other hand for the pulse ox. From there, she told me to go do a sample then repeatedly call my cellphone while she knew I was in the bathroom. She placed me in a room then another nurse or medical assistant said put her in 8. Then said oh no, I shouldn't have said that, that's sexual isn't it? That is very inappropriate and offensive. Next, the original medical assistant takes me to room 8 and she asks if I want any additional testing done and I said I thought I talked to the doctor or nurse practitioner about that. She took great offense and was like you don't have to do anything, I'm just asking. I said sure and she left out. Slamming the door behind her. After she slammed the door, she went to the nurses station and discussed me to people not involved in my care violating my HIPAA. She said about me that I was asking about a nurse practitioner or a doctor and so on, I couldn't catch it all but I knew it was about me. I opened the door and asked her if she was talking about me, she froze and said nothing, I said I want a manager. A RN BSN nurse came to room and said she's the nursing manager on duty tonight. I explained what happened, she did say she would talk to the medical assistant but she said medical assistants are authorized to ask questions. I said that's fine but you're missing the point, her treatment of me as a sick patient is inexcusable. I don't know her, I've done nothing to her. I felt the nurse manager glossed over it. Finally as I was leaving, the same medical assistant said yeah, leave, get out the door. I don't know what is going on with patient first but this is not ok. I would like to be contacted because this is not right how I was treated. I literally did nothing to anyone but come there because I was sick. I felt threatened and unsafe in a medical facility by a patient first employee then the manager did nothing to rectify her behavior.

Best urgent care I've ever been to. PA Jesse Bortell was excellent - very knowledgeable and took the time to talk through everything. Nurses and admin staff were great too. Their online "visit tracker" lets you know exactly where you stand in the patient queue so you can wait in your car until it's your turn.

This was my and my daughters first time coming here but I had a very good experience. The staff were friendly and courteous and helped both me and my little daughter. They were very Professional and knowledgeable about everything. They were happy to answer my questions and explained everything I wanted to know so I could be well informed about the medications we we are taking. So all in all my and my daughters first experience with Patient First was a very good one. Thanks Very Much To The Staff Who Helped Us, And Stay Healthy And Safe Out There!!

It was an incredible experience. The entire staff was professional and caring. I've been to a number "walk-in clinics" over the years but I have never been treated so kindly, personable and thoroughly empathetically. I cannot say enough about your staff, the organization of your operation and then thoroughness of the medical personnel as well as the administrative sense. When the need arises again for help away from home I can only hope one of your facilities is nearby. Thank you for treating me as a human being, not a number!

Wait time was not long for me. May have to get there before a certain time before it gets packed. Nurse staff across the board was very nice. Vital nurse, check in nurse explained everything great even what insurance card I needed to use as well. I hate my blood being drawn and the guy nurse kept my mind off of it. He was very nice. The doctor I had was Jesse! He was awesome. He explained everything in detail about my test results and the tests that they had to do to make sure I was ok. Thank you guys for always having good staff and doctors. I see a huge improvement from when I used to come from years ago. Thank you guys for your hard work!

Have never been so repulsed by an urgent care center in my entire life. My little 2 year old daughter who is breaking out in an allergy induced rash from head to toe was turned away in the pouring, freezing rain due to her out of state health insurance. I said I would pay out of pocket just like anyone could at any other urgent care center and they refused and denied her treatment. The viscous fake blonde behind the counter with fake eyelashes thought it was funny that my child was denied medical attention and was laughing about it with another nurse. This is absurd. Patient First is a partner of John Hopkins, one of the most renowned hospitals in the nation. This is not a good look for them whatsoever. If they continue to have such hostile, rude, and unprofessional workers at this location it will 100% taint John Hopkin’s remarkable reputation. I am still in utter disbelief and am absolutely appalled. Do better!!!!!!

Very good site. It was fast, friendly and efficient, including an x-ray. The only part that was a little odd was the last staff member I interacted with came in to my room, let me know she was administering my tetanus shot, administered it smoothly, but then once it was done just walked out of the room without saying anything at all, no "ok, that's it, we're all done here, bye!" However, the doctor had let me know I could leave after the shot, otherwise I'd have been wondering since there was no other check out required, so maybe that is just the norm there. Not a big deal. Otherwise it was good communication and processing throughout, in and out in under 2 hours.

The experience was great as always. The non physician support who assisted me was Debbie, she was very quick and very pleasant to speak with. The physician who assisted me was Jesse, he was also very quick and was able to answer all questions I presented. He was also very pleasant to speak with. 5 stars!

I love Patient First. I started using it for my 5 year old grandson for school covid test and coughing, fevers for him. About 5+ visits for him during Sept.- June. Each time they took very great care of him quickly. No worrying when they would get to him while he sat there miserable. I had now went there for myself. They took great care of me too. So has my husband and son. We went there because my grandson's pediatrician wouldn't see him because he had symptoms of Covid. Which he never had. We trust the Doctors and the team there. When I was sick the Dr had even already had my antibiotic ready in his hand before I left so I could just go home and rest. We will continue to use Patient First in the future. I'd change to them as my primary if they accepted my insurance for it other then emergency care. Everyone at Bayview Patient First are professional.

I had a fine visit and was treated well and quickly. I was greatly disturbed by the loose enforcement of masking, and was subjected to open mouth uncovered coughing during my blessedly short wait. Not fun when you are chronically ill and exceedingly cautious. I very much appreciate that I was contacted by nurses within 24 hours to correct the PA's misreading of my x-rays and inform me that I do infact have broken ribs and needed to care for my injury with greater care than initially asserted. Ultimately this was a fine urgent care experience, and the location is very convenient to my work.

I’ve been to several urgent care facilities in the area and this is the best one by far. I love that the pharmacy can fill prescriptions on-site. I also really appreciate how streamlined the process is to check-in. Everyone is extremely kind and dedicated to taking care of the patients.

I had a great experience at patient first. I was incredibly sick and thankfully was moved through the process very quickly. From registration, to vitals, COVID test, and seeing the physician it was so much faster than I thought. Thank you!

Experience was professional and overall good. The only thing i would point out is the physician was rushed as it was so many people there. I understand they were short staffed. I had to ask questions abt the meds prescribed, rather than she automatically explaining to me what i was taking. I was done in less than 3 hrs.

If I am sick or injured I always go to Patient First! The people that work there, are friendly, respectful and caring. It is very clean also. At Patient First, you can get x-rays, lab tests and have your prescriptions filled right there. They are open 7 days a week I will never go to an Emergency Room again, unless it is a life or death emergency situation! Recently I went to the ER and sat there for 18 hours, before I left and went to Patient First, and within 15 minutes was seen by a doctor, had blood drawn, and given IV fluids.

This is the best Patient First I've been to thus far in Baltimore. Process was easy and Patient service was prompt and organized. This is my second visit in 5 months and it was the same way the first visit, finally a competent Healthcare facility.

Dr. John was very courteous, professional, kind, and detail oriented. He is indeed an asset to this facility and seems to enjoy his practice. I appreciate his help and swiftness while handling my situation. Again, thank you so very much....Also, I visited during the late afternoon and was in and out within 1 hour. The ER wait would have been considerably, hours longer. Clearly Patient First was the better decision. I have children and important matters to tend to do so naturally time is a precious commodity.

Truthfully, I am amazed at how kind, friendly, and professional the staff is. My doctor was very thorough, and took the time to explain everything. I am so happy that Patient First does primary care; after today, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My visit to patient first was excellent. My experience from signing in to registration, and through my actual physical exceeded my expectations. Dr. McGlaughlin was wonderful even while giving potentially bad news. I have always appreciated Patient First and have moved about the US and gone to other medical institutions such as the Mayo Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic, but they could learn something from Patient First.

I’ve come to this patient first a few times and every time has been a positive experience. The staff has always been super friendly and the wait time pretty fast for the volume of patients being seen. I came again recently for an “odd” injury that other walk-in clinics refused to see. The staff at this patient first told me to come right away and that they could fix me up. I was seen very quickly and the receptionist, nurse assistant, and nurse I saw were AWESOME! Thanks again ladies!!!!

This was an excellent experience. I had strep throat, so I was miserable. I appreciated the prompt service that I received. I was so impressed that the triage assistant took my vitals and performed my test. When the doctor visited me 20 minutes later, my results were it. The doctor checked me, gave me my prescription and I was allowed to go. Emergency rooms everywhere should follow this practice. Thanks Patient First for putting the patient first, for real!

Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. The facility was very clean and organized. The wait time was brief/reasonable. Support staff were polite and efficient, and the PA who saw me was informative, thorough, and sympathetic to my illness. I was in and out in roughly 30 minutes, and I was really impressed!

Overall good experience. There was a bit of a wait, but considering how many people were there, I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly things went. I was in and out within an hour…they did bloodwork, chest x-ray and swabbed for flu and covid. Left with a diagnosis and 3 prescriptions.

I recommend this place. Dr. Kevin Federline was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I sought help after being sick for a few weeks, and he made me feel better within a few hours after leaving. The only complaint I have is that the nurse who got me was sort of rude and didn’t acknowledge my request for a hot tea. Otherwise, everyone from check in to the lab guy were great
