One of the worst experiences trying to get medical care. I went in and the place was nearly empty--I was told by the clearly disinterested and semi annoyed receptionist to register using the QR code. I attempted to register repeatedly with my cell phone to know avail. I explained this to the receptionist who said her name was "Jasmine" and was told I could not be seen unless I registered through my phone--I made at least 7 additonal attempts and the registration was not processed. "Jasmine" nonchalantly said I could not be seen without this registration. I asked if there was another way to register.."no" was the response. Another woman came on the to the front desk from the back wearing scrubs and without giving her name and repeated that I could not be seen and walked way. I asked "Jasmine" who the woman was was and was told she was a medical assistant. I asked to see a manager or the doctor regarding the requirement that a patient have a working phone, be in a condition to register in order to recieve medial care. Jasmine walked to the back and returned and said no manager was there--she would call the manager. I asked about how someone with a disability, or no phone, or a senior would be handled--the medical assistant was listening and flipped her braids and said "that's not how it works lady" and walked away. Jasmine then said I could only be seen without registering if I made an appointment on my phone. which required registering...I asked how could I do this when I couldn't register--she said she did not know. I sat down and called Corporate as I sweated, developed an intense headache and felt my blood pressure felt to be soaring. Corporate said they would call the clinical staff in the back and a manager from Corporate would call me. Corporate made an appointment for me with "Dr. Marie" at 5 pm--it was 3:45 with one person waiting in the lobby for urgent care but I agreed to wait until 5 pm since I was feeling terrible. All the sudden while I was on the phone the medical assistant called me to the front and said she could register me on computer pad (they suddenly had one) but it might not work--by then after 35 minutes of requesting to get registered and jumping up and down repeaedly to explain how the registration wasn't working I was weak, trembling, pounding heart and sweating...I sat in my seat and continued to hold for a manager from Corporate--not trusting the medical assistant who suddenly was addressing me "Ms" after hearing me on the phone with Corporate. The medical assistant approached me and asked who I was talking to and I said Corporate-she asked to talk to them (using my phone). Of course, I explained I was uncomfortable with her using my phone to talk to her Corporate Headquarters. A few minutes later Jasmine also called me to the front addressing me as "Ms." and asked to register me using the computer pad--I said I wasnt feeling well and the medical assistant had already said the pad might not work. I continued to hold for a manager from Corporate--during that time a male doctor came up to help other patients and I heard him say to the medical assistant "yes we will see her"--I have no idea if that was in reference to me, but it felt like it was addressing my situation. The doctor did not come over to me although I was clearly visible. After waiting another 15 minutes for Corporate to contact me, I dragged myself outside and sat for an hour trying to gather strenght to figure out how catch the bus to another urgent care (I just arrived here to Baltimore fom out of state and did not bring my car). I called Corporate and was told they had no record of my issue and the call dropped or was disconnected. I called back and was told to submit another ticket and a manager would call be back within two hours--its been over two hours and I've not heard from All Care. Be careful here--Jasmine, the front desk receptionist, and medical assistant (long braids, full body) act as agressive gate keepers with little effort to help patients be seen by the doctors.

Terrible experience at the Canton location. First the receptionist has a terrible attitude, not a good first impression when you walk in. Since I walked in, it was attitude, attitude, attitude and no smile. Then she wears this AirPods in her ears while at work—so unprofessional. I paid $133 for a doctor to look at my ear and tell me I had an ear infection within 8 minutes. The doctor told me to come back a few days later to get my ears drained and they charged me an additional $87 so more than $200 to get ear cleaned. Overall, I was less than impressed. I am not sure why this company has so many good reviews and it makes me think that they are all fake. When I was there there was only one other customer waiting. Would I recommend ? No way. Would I return ? Not in this lifetime. If I had received high service for the price paid, I would be a happy first time patient. It’s sad how the staff poor attitude can really hinder new patients from returning.

Truly appreciated the great care I received, here. The entire staff was attentive and helpful from my arrival to my exit, 45 minutes later (wow, so efficient!). It’s clear they’re invested in patients and not just ‘cranking it out’ like many other urgent cares. Facility was super clean and Dr. Johnson even had me laughing through severe back pain. A rare experience. Thank you, Allcare

I went here to continue my prescription with Dr. Casey Johnson. He mentioned that he does not understand the type of prescription I have already been on so he could not manage the prescription for me. He was nice and ordered other tests I didn't need. I feel like it was a waste. I did call before making the appoint to confirm the doctor could manage the prescription...this turned out not to be the case.

Dr. Jeffrey Brown was awesome. For the first time ever I felt like my doctor was listening and taking what I had to say into consideration. He was very easy to talk to. I sought him out and it was worth the 35 min travel! This was a great experience!

I came here in the morning with no appointment and they were very quick to get me in. The facilities are very nice and all the staff were extremely friendly. I was in an out in under an hour and felt like the doctor listened to all my concerns. I will definitely come back if I need immediate care in the future!

Dr. Jeffrey Brown efficiently took care of me and is very knowledgable, I cannot thank him enough for his help during my walk-in urgent care needs. My wait time in the waiting room was roughly 10-15 minutes with 2 people in front of me, and then another 10-15 in the room while I had swabs/tests processing. He was then in shortly to discuss my results and develop a plan. He made me feel comfortable and heard. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff!

The doc was fantastic, but…..I absolutely HATED THE SELF SERVICE CHECK IN, especially since I had an injured painful hand. The person at the front wasn’t very helpful, but listened to my complaint. Had to use a QR code and stand awkwardly at the front while other people were registering and checking out. It’s a real

The facility was spotless, everyone was friendly, service was prompt. The provider I saw was knowledgeable, empathetic and did an excellent job explaining the diagnosis and plan of care. If you need an urgent care- highly recommend! Right near Safeway!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Applewhaite. She was attentive and did not rush us through the appointment with our 2 year old. She did everything she could to make him comfortable during our visit and ensure accurate vitals and medical info was recorded. We were seen at our appointment time and did not have to wait. She also was spot on with what she thought was wrong with my son even though a chest x-ray was not available at the office. It was later confirmed at the ER which she recommended we visit after our appointment so we could get more testing. She called the attending dr at the hospital and explained my son’s condition before we left the office so that they were ready to treat my son ASAP when we arrived at hospital. I could not recommend her enough.

Dr. Brown and his staff are fantastic! I am not from this area originally and had trouble finding the right doctor for my primary. After visiting Dr. Brown, I know he'll be my primary from now on. He actually takes the time to listen and gives thoughtful/adequate advise and solutions. His staff is just as pleasant. Highly recommend this office! I am relieved I have finally found a great doctor.

Dr. Oo was caring, understanding, and welcoming! My visit took my stress level and anxiety to a vast minimum. I have a follow up already scheduled. The nurses are very helpful and polite as well!

I've had some bad experiences with my current PCP and was shopping for a new one when something came up. Did some research and Dr. Johnson seemed like a good fit. He's knowledgeable, easy going, and very understanding. Getting the appointment, checking in, all that was easy. Zero wait time. Just an absolute great office. The only reason this is 4 stars is because I drove kind of far away after having entered my info days prior to find out mine is the one insurance they don't take. I took the appointment anyway and am a little devastated I can't keep that Dr as my PCP. I wish I had been told sooner that I'd be paying out of pocket so the decision didn't feel forced.

I was a walk in customer and a new patient but did not wait long before being examined. The facility was clean, spacious and efficient, and the personnel were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. There is adequate free parking at this office, nearby eateries and a supermarket, and many other useful businesses. Many good reasons to return for further care whenever necessary.

I went to get checked for shortness of breath and had multiple negative COVID tests before going to this clinic. I had to ask multiple times to be seen in person (because I wanted someone to listen to my lungs). I explained I was COVID negative and kept my mask on the entire visit. The doctor 'listened to my lungs' but was talking with me the entire time, so there was no way he was actually listening closely. I did not have the impression that they were taking me seriously. The doctor talked with me more about his family than my symptoms. I was sent home with 3 different medications, none of which helped. One week later I was hospitalized for extensive blood clots in both lungs. They charged nearly $500 for the visit when all they did was ignore life-threatening symptoms. I will never come back here again. They really need to take their patients' concerns more seriously.
