One
of
the
worst
experiences
trying
to
get
medical
care.
I
went
in
and
the
place
was
nearly
empty--I
was
told
by
the
clearly
disinterested
and
semi
annoyed
receptionist
to
register
using
the
QR
code.
I
attempted
to
register
repeatedly
with
my
cell
phone
to
know
avail.
I
explained
this
to
the
receptionist
who
said
her
name
was
"Jasmine"
and
was
told
I
could
not
be
seen
unless
I
registered
through
my
phone--I
made
at
least
7
additonal
attempts
and
the
registration
was
not
processed.
"Jasmine"
nonchalantly
said
I
could
not
be
seen
without
this
registration.
I
asked
if
there
was
another
way
to
register.."no"
was
the
response.
Another
woman
came
on
the
to
the
front
desk
from
the
back
wearing
scrubs
and
without
giving
her
name
and
repeated
that
I
could
not
be
seen
and
walked
way.
I
asked
"Jasmine"
who
the
woman
was
was
and
was
told
she
was
a
medical
assistant.
I
asked
to
see
a
manager
or
the
doctor
regarding
the
requirement
that
a
patient
have
a
working
phone,
be
in
a
condition
to
register
in
order
to
recieve
medial
care.
Jasmine
walked
to
the
back
and
returned
and
said
no
manager
was
there--she
would
call
the
manager.
I
asked
about
how
someone
with
a
disability,
or
no
phone,
or
a
senior
would
be
handled--the
medical
assistant
was
listening
and
flipped
her
braids
and
said
"that's
not
how
it
works
lady"
and
walked
away.
Jasmine
then
said
I
could
only
be
seen
without
registering
if
I
made
an
appointment
on
my
phone.
which
required
registering...I
asked
how
could
I
do
this
when
I
couldn't
register--she
said
she
did
not
know.
I
sat
down
and
called
Corporate
as
I
sweated,
developed
an
intense
headache
and
felt
my
blood
pressure
felt
to
be
soaring.
Corporate
said
they
would
call
the
clinical
staff
in
the
back
and
a
manager
from
Corporate
would
call
me.
Corporate
made
an
appointment
for
me
with
"Dr.
Marie"
at
5
pm--it
was
3:45
with
one
person
waiting
in
the
lobby
for
urgent
care
but
I
agreed
to
wait
until
5
pm
since
I
was
feeling
terrible.
All
the
sudden
while
I
was
on
the
phone
the
medical
assistant
called
me
to
the
front
and
said
she
could
register
me
on
computer
pad
(they
suddenly
had
one)
but
it
might
not
work--by
then
after
35
minutes
of
requesting
to
get
registered
and
jumping
up
and
down
repeaedly
to
explain
how
the
registration
wasn't
working
I
was
weak,
trembling,
pounding
heart
and
sweating...I
sat
in
my
seat
and
continued
to
hold
for
a
manager
from
Corporate--not
trusting
the
medical
assistant
who
suddenly
was
addressing
me
"Ms"
after
hearing
me
on
the
phone
with
Corporate.
The
medical
assistant
approached
me
and
asked
who
I
was
talking
to
and
I
said
Corporate-she
asked
to
talk
to
them
(using
my
phone).
Of
course,
I
explained
I
was
uncomfortable
with
her
using
my
phone
to
talk
to
her
Corporate
Headquarters.
A
few
minutes
later
Jasmine
also
called
me
to
the
front
addressing
me
as
"Ms."
and
asked
to
register
me
using
the
computer
pad--I
said
I
wasnt
feeling
well
and
the
medical
assistant
had
already
said
the
pad
might
not
work.
I
continued
to
hold
for
a
manager
from
Corporate--during
that
time
a
male
doctor
came
up
to
help
other
patients
and
I
heard
him
say
to
the
medical
assistant
"yes
we
will
see
her"--I
have
no
idea
if
that
was
in
reference
to
me,
but
it
felt
like
it
was
addressing
my
situation.
The
doctor
did
not
come
over
to
me
although
I
was
clearly
visible.
After
waiting
another
15
minutes
for
Corporate
to
contact
me,
I
dragged
myself
outside
and
sat
for
an
hour
trying
to
gather
strenght
to
figure
out
how
catch
the
bus
to
another
urgent
care
(I
just
arrived
here
to
Baltimore
fom
out
of
state
and
did
not
bring
my
car).
I
called
Corporate
and
was
told
they
had
no
record
of
my
issue
and
the
call
dropped
or
was
disconnected.
I
called
back
and
was
told
to
submit
another
ticket
and
a
manager
would
call
be
back
within
two
hours--its
been
over
two
hours
and
I've
not
heard
from
All
Care.
Be
careful
here--Jasmine,
the
front
desk
receptionist,
and
medical
assistant
(long
braids,
full
body)
act
as
agressive
gate
keepers
with
little
effort
to
help
patients
be
seen
by
the
doctors.
