    The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. After giving this one so many chances to get the order right or have high hopes that my drink will actually be made on time, I am done and will now be going out of my way to the other store down the street. The Service is SO SLOW!!! Every time I’m here my drink is NEVER ready on time, even when ordering 15-20 minutes before I expect to be there since I know it will take forever. I always order ahead and still have to come in and wait, which never happens at ANY other Starbucks that I know in the surrounding area (Boston st and Southside mkt). I have already been late to work a few times due to waiting even when ordering ahead appropriately. I’m tired of waiting more than 10 minutes for something I preordered 15 mins prior. It is in a prime location for my commute and it is unfortunate this is happening. The associates are very rude in the evening when taking orders at the drive through and make you wait at the speaker when NO one is in line. When ordering from the app, the store is often out of MULTPLE INGREDIENTS.The non-dairy milk types especially, which you would think would be essential in making drinks in a coffee store, but also specialty flavors. The last and final time I was there (yesterday) I ordered a venti pistach crm cold brew and the associate hands me venti cup with an empty 2 inches of room at the top (they hadn’t even put the cream on top!?). At least the associate apologized and said "oh I'll make it real quick" which unfortunately had me waiting 15 more minutes AGAIN and they then said they didn't have an ingredient (big surprise). She hands the drink back with half the amount of "foam" (more like thicker milk which easily mixed down into my drink- it was more like coffee creamer) on top. The foam is honestly the reason why customers order this drink. I was nearly almost late for work at this point and could not continue to wait for a whole new drink which they didnt have correct foam made for anyways. The only reason this Starbucks didn’t received 0 stars is for it’s prime location convenience. From someone who has worked in resturant/customer service for many years: Drink training needs to be done, inventory and ordering needs to be done, and maybe a whole new employee crew who have the urgency and love for timely drink making.

    Thé staff at this starbucks are completely incompetent. We spend 15 minutes to a half an hour in a drive thru with 3 cars. I waited 30 minutes for a drink and egg bites while employees were twiddling on their phones by the drivethru window. The girl with the bright pink hair has a disgusting personality and attitude. I asked about my egg bites after waiting for so long and all i got was a big huff and puff like i was a big inconvenience to her when THEY WERE ALREADY MADE AND JUST SITTING ON THE BACK COUNTER!! Instead of asking any of the 15 people standing in front of the counter what they needed she just stared at us not saying a word. Something about this place needs to change because 30 minutes for a drink and egg bites is absolutely ridiculous especially when it was placed online 10 minutes before i walked in the door.

    Love the place. They just never have anything left, no breakfast items, no pastries. I feel that if you know people are requesting things day after day and day after day you never have them, maybe you should increase your inventory. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t have ANYTHING left by 2pm.

    Love this Starbucks , the staff is always nice and the music playlists are lit. Came in to grab a drink a few minutes before close(thought it was an hour later) and they were still really nice. Bree is always there and so sweet.

    This Starbucks just opened last week. Everyone looked happy to be there and multiple people said hi when I walked in. Lots of space to work on a laptop or catch up with friends.

    Pulled up to the drive through, and Will the associate at the window messed up our order. He corrected it, and charged us. We did tap to pay, but we know when you pay there is tip selection buttons to select a tip, we weren't planning on leaving a tip due to the poor service. Will did not even allow us to select a tip, he took the card reader away. Got home, and realized we were charged $5 more than our drinks. Since we didn't get a receipt, we went back and asked for one. We then brought up the issue about the $5 tip to a gentleman who had keys on his waist. He refunded the $5 and did not apologize once, even when we were polite about it. This is not the first time we have been charged a strange amount from Will, he does this often.

    Drive through service was SLOWW, but I feel it was indecisive uncertainty unfamiliarity in ordering by customers. Unfortunately, it’s always best to order on the app and use pickup inside. (Get it together, customers!)

    On my way back from the holidays, I had a long drive ahead of me from Virginia to Boston. Ber started my drive off with great kindness. She was truly wonderful and I would like to give her a big shoutout. It was late, it was around the holidays, but she had a smile on her face and a contagious positivity. I believer her employee number is 36917360. Tell Ber the girl in the blue coat says hi and she made my day. Sincerely.

    Gary is a sweetheart, I’ve only seen him here once so far. As for the other days I’ve been, it’s nothing but issues from them not having the correct size cup you paid for via Mobile order or waiting in like for 40 minutes.. It’s always something.

    1st drive through experience- Coffee was room temperature. I asked for the super light splash of heavy cream and it was dumped in and disgusting. 2nd experience- they didn’t have any decaf made today (12 noon) so had to wait 10 minutes in a parking spot for a pour over to be made. The pour over coffee was also not hot? How is that possible? This place needs to get it together

    Never fails. Always have to wait 20 mins in the drive through and then when you get to the window you see there is literally no one in the store. So annoying! I try to Come here because it’s the only one in the area with a drive Through but it’s seriously not worth how long you’ll be waiting.

    Had the weirdest interaction with the employee with the double nose piercing & curly poof hair. While I’m giving my order she literally walks away while I’m talking saying “ you’re gona have to get her to do it”… not sure who her was but the manager Bree came over And helped me. THANK YOU BREE for coming off of the barista tasks you were completing to take my order and make my drink after the very rude employee walked off while I was giving my order mid sentence.

    First time in drive through. It took 13 minutes to get through and there was only 4 people in front of me. 1 of them only got a warmed food item and 1 got a water. Slowest Starbucks drive through I’ve ever been to. Won’t return.

    I come to this location a lot because I work 30 seconds away and it is my favorite to come to. Once in a blue moon I’ll get a coffee that is sub par, (it happens everywhere, people are human) but it’s not often and I chalk it up to the fact that it may just be a new employee. Overall, I say Brewers Hill is consistent and the staff is always welcoming and friendly! I’m not sure if Bree is the mgr (long pony tail with reddish hair I think… forgive me if I’m wrong!), but she is always fantastic to interact with! There are others I don’t know by name, but I appreciate all of the good customer service. Thank you all for making my mornings more enjoyable 🩷! Kudos to this location

    I was so excited when this location opened and things were ok for a few weeks then it went downhill. This location is pretty bad. It's very convenient but you will wait at least 20 mins for a drink (drive through, in store or mobile) and their mobile inventory is never correct. Multiple times I've ordered their protein boxes and they don't have them - it's a little ridiculous at this point. I only go to the Bayview location now. You guys need to seriously tighten up, it's not the typical Starbucks experience.

    Update: Drinks have been consistently good now and I’ve been coming here often. 5 stars. Old review: The drinks are inconsistent (3 stars). The customer service has always been good to me (5 stars).

    Person in the drive thru was very aggressive and rude because I wasn’t ready when she said hello. And needed some time to look at the menu. And their drinks always taste very watered down. Negative 1 stars if I had the option.

    Disappointed how the new place looks so worn. Felt a little uneasy. But they had my Chia that I couldn't find on the menu. And then the next day... (Edited 7/27/2023): I was happy to see a message from Starbucks Owner. I was pleased with the acknowledgment, but that was short lived. I was boilerplated. (Making up a verb I realize, but that is me.) I was curious because I noticed my concern was echoed by many other commenters. Several times. Over a couple of months. When is Starbucks Owner actually going to do something about the impression and concerns that many other customers are taking the time to bring to light. Franchises are held to the standards of the issuing company before the license gets yanked. Not a big SB fan, but I do like their chia.

    There is something really wrong here. The staff is just giggling and lollygagging around and you wait and wait and there is zero sense of urgency at all. They're not even that busy but you will wait and wait. And wait. There are always half empty boxes of cups and supplies strewn about the lobby. Although it is the newest, really this is the worst one in the area--there are other options so I'd suggest going to one of those if you can. This Starbucks is honestly infuriating. You pay 7 bucks to wait and wait. And wait

    Mobile orders are never ready. Better to just get to store and order because you wait the same time. I place orders while I’m on 95 and when I get there they still aren’t ready or I’m missing my croissant and still have to wait. Great addition to the area, but considering going across to Harris teeter Starbucks or the other Boston street location.

    This really is the worst Starbucks! Night crew has nasty attitudes. This is my second time and both times the drinks lack flavor and taste watered down. They had an attitude when I told them my drink was nasty. Please go support another Starbucks this one leaves a lot to be desired!

    Literally the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Service is sooo SLOW ITS ACTUALLY CRAZY! Every time I’m here my drink is NEVER ready on time. I always order ahead and still have to come in and wait which never happens at ANY other Starbucks and I know cause I’m a regular at the ones on Pratt st and canton. I actually don’t think I will EVER be back after today because not only did I not get my drink but yall actually made me late for work. It wasn’t ready and I honestly wasn’t waiting more than 10 minutes for something I preordered 15 mins prior so I took my refund and money somewhere else.

    Placed a mobile order for an americano and it took a total of 20 mins! Waited in line for 15 mins for a drink that shouldn’t have taken longer than 5-7 mins to get out. There was a total of 5 employees working and a long back up of people waiting for their orders. This is not my first experience with such delayed orders. This is such a frustrating experience and I hope that this location does better with efficiency and timing, as this is the most convenient location

    This is honestly my favorite Starbucks location. The atmosphere is wonderfully welcoming. It’s great for working remotely! The service and staff are warm and attentive, with some evening learning the names of regulars. I’ve never had a problem with my food or drink orders and they always insist on brewing a fresh pot of coffee when the previous pot has hanging around for too long. I’ve noticed that the majority of reviews are only from customers with complaints, whereas happy customers forget to give reviews. Well here is a happy customer review and I assure you that there are many other customers that have a similar experience as me. 10/10 recommend this location!

    They are really rude especially the lady’s, I’ve been there like 3 times and my drink is always wrong and it cost $7.60 something like that. When I asked the lady that my drink look different from what I always order they started talking with the ear thing that they have instead of explaining to my why the drink looked like that, is not professional to do that especially when I’m paying. I’m not going back there
