One of the pediatric doctors was terrible! She was over a half hour late, was completely unprepared for my daughter’s 2 month pediatric appt, and was not sanitary. she didn’t wash her hands when she came in and didn’t use gloves when checking her genitals. When I called her out about it, she said she would wash her hands after, i mentioned she didn’t even wash her hands before. Disgusting. She made rude comments about my marital status and assumed a lot about me, though we were here for my little one. We ultimately were there over 2 hours for an appt that usually takes 30-45 minutes. This office should be everyone’s last resort.

I honestly feel like the BMS is one of the worst medical systems in the US. They don't care about their own patients, and don't treat us patients well either. They can't properly manage their anger, and make many mistakes. They have hired uneducated people, who don't know how to respect others either. There customer service is awful, and really don't solve problems. They falsify their answers, and give the wrong information.

The doctor was an hour and a half late and I was early. I played my game on my phone for the duration. She assumed a lot about me. But she is very concerned and knew when I needed follow-ups with other doctors. So I'm going to keep her for now.

Terrible. Been a diabetic for years. My primary BMS doctor retired and have been trying to get my test script for over a month and no one will help me. Now I have to just guess at my my sugar levels. I even saw Dr Haroon in person to get this filled and they failed to due that and even told me I wasn't a patient there (been going there for 5+ years). Go figure

I called to get a prescription refilled and was constantly over talked by the woman on the phone who asked for my info 5 times. Then had the nerve to get an attitude when I told her if she stopped over talking me she could hear me. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Which left me more than enough time to submit this review. I wish there was a way to rate a ZERO. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible service. I was already looking for a new doctor, but this is speeding up my search.

OMG, this place is horrible. 1. It could be cleaner. And better lighting. It feels dark and depressing in the waiting room areas 2. Most of the front desk staff have an attitude. There is one lady there who's African American, with short hair and she wears glasses. Shes been very nice and helpful when i come there. 3. Getting papperwoeked filled out is a COMPLETE hassle. 4. I waited for the doctor 2 hours. BEFORE we were seen. Overall, its VERY unprofessional. Im NVERR GOING BACK THERE AGAON. I wouldnt send my enemy there.

The call center customer service is horrible, multiple physicians has left (so don't get too comfortable), the billing system is outdated, the wait/hold times are unreasonable, and those are just the surface issues. I love my Doctor at St. Agnes but I am so done with this place and currently searching for a new primary care physician home! Beware of all BMS locations. They are independent and not worth the headaches and hassle.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility concerns in parking lot B regarding handicap reserved parking spaces. White MHS / employee shuttle busses regularly park in lot B right behind the handicap reserved spaces during afternoon hours, making it difficult for handicapped drivers to back out and leave their parking spaces. Sometimes, the drivers of these shuttles are right behind the wheel and will not move even a few inches if you beep in attempt to ask them to make space. Security is not very useful as they state those are the employee shuttles and that is just what they do while waiting for the employees. If for whatever reason they cannot park elsewhere, there is absolutely no reason why the shuttle drivers are not able to at least be courteous enough to move even a few inches temporarily to let handicapped drivers out of their parking space. Security should not disregard ADA concerns and ensure handicapped drivers are given enough clearance to enter and exit. Will escalate this ADA concern if not resolved.

the worst place and the people working there are so mean and especially the pharmacy they don't know about the medication. They give the wrong medicine and doesn't keep patient's history. Waiting time is long and after waiting morethan an hour, they will tell you the medicine have to be ordered.

Difficult to communicate with doctors/nurses. Doctor forgot to order medications. Waited 2 weeks before it was finally sent to the pharmacy… I was out of medications for almost two weeks. When they finally sent it, they sent the wrong prescription and I called to fix it and was told I have to wait three days before I can send another message to my doctor.

I went to gt a physical a year ago. I was sent to get a range of tests. I called the physician Dr.Meekin a month after the tests to get the results and never received a call back. Dec 22,2023 called and sent a request through the app for a referral for a Bilateral ultrasound mammogram and haven’t received a response yet. I also stated in the phone call to bms and the app that I had an appointment on Wednesday the 27th. No call no response. I am leaving BMS and am going to find another physician…. One who cares.
