Man this food never fails to put me in a coma. I don’t know why I continuously buy their meals during work hours. Had to sneak a quick power nap after eating because I was so full. Love coming here and will try out the opened dining area next time.

This is my first time having African food and this food was amazing! The decor was also very nice and really sets the atmosphere. I had the Dibi Chicken dinner entree with side of plantains and Tems for an appetizer. It was well spiced and everything tasted very fresh, not frozen. We also had two juices, one that was Ginger/Pineapple and the other was Mango/Pineapple. The ginger one was very strong, but the mango one had more of a smoothie taste. I enjoyed both!

Food was superb! First time there, we went while looking for a good meal black owned and we were not disappointed! The owner greeted and sat us within minutes. Gave great recommendations and we ordered. I asked him if they could add butter to the broccoli, he told me it wouldn’t be needed they sauté it with oil and seasonings. Boy was that broccoli amazing! Cooked to perfection. I got a salmon platter and my date got a lamb chop platter. Before he even got to his lamb he was raving about just the side of rice and how amazing it was. The portion sizes were great, if I wasn’t so hungry I would’ve had leftovers but it was so good I finished my plate there. Also the decor was just beautiful. Atmosphere was like no other. Just go! Don’t think! Get in your car and go to Nailah’s Kitchen! ❤️

I really love the food at Nailah’s. The shrimp and lamb are especially memorable. The restaurant is very clean. My hope is that Nailah’s continues to do well and everyone discovers how yummy it is!

Pretty disappointed overall. Service was good. The exterior and interior of the restaurant is stunning! Love the decor. I got the lamb foreshank with white rice but I’m pretty certain it was goat meat. I did not like that at all and it didn’t taste good. The white rice was really good, so was the fataya and egg rolls. I would recommend their sides and their appetizers completely. Definitely pricey for what you get ; $30 for one side. $5 drinks. And no sodas! I would not visit again. I went with a group and felt like the food overall was just meh. A member of my group got the tilapia at a previous visit and it was dry. The sauces they do offer are good I will say. And I did like the hibiscus drink.

Best kept secret! Alhamdulillah! I truly appreciate this restaurant. This is my first restaurant experience where the server served food saying “Bismillah”. The food is halal and beyond delicious, full of flavor, and love. The atmosphere is a loving family environment, welcoming all, but even more welcoming to Muslims. You can be guaranteed a great meal- no matter what you get. Definitely worth the price ( if not worth more 🤫). I pray Allah blesses all the workers and families connected to this establishment here and in the hereafter. Inshallah. Ameen 🙏🏿

DELICIOUS FOOD. I went with my family of 6 and every single one of our dishes were amazing. A bit pricy but the portions were huge it that helped. We filled up to-go plates. I definitely recommend this place and if you go, get the lamb!!

The food so Good . I enjoyed everything and excellent food with little fat . the service, the environment is clean. I highly recommend this place for everyone whom wants a taste of our motherland, Africa. It was my first time trying Senegalese food and I’m glad I did. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came all the way from Atlanta to this spot. This is honestly my favorite food spot in the East Coast. I have tried several Senegalese restaurants but this is by far the best. I had to save some for later too! The owner is great the service was top tier, I will definitely be coming back

The place is beautiful and the owner was super friendly. The food is delicious. The prices were alittle steep but the serving size makes them reasonably. We visited on Saturday at around 1pm. The dining room opens at 2pm but we were able to order at the carry out and sit in the dining room. We had the Lamb Shawarma (platter but I'd get the gyro in the future), the Dibi Chicken, Fish Patties, and Eggrolls. We also had two mango drinks. I cannot remember exactly what was special about it but when I ordered it I thought it was an alcoholic drink 🙃 My fiance and I visited maybe a month prior and were very disappointed the restuarant had not yet opened which wasnt clear on Google. We shared this with the owner. He shared they are in transition but the Liberty Rd and York Rd locations are open with a Fells Point location to come. I am definitely going back.

Had the tuna fataya, dibi lamb and atieke with plantain. Was welcomed by George. The service was pleasant and warm. The flavors make you want to finish the entire meal, no take away! Although I’d love to gatekeep this gem.. I definitely recommend.

Amazing food, it won’t disappoint whether you’re trying west African dishes for the first time or a connoisseur. Seasoned to perfection and the packaging is neat. Additionally, the owner is extremely kind and makes his guest feel welcomed. 100/100! (Whole tilapia and seasoned rice).

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and I 100% recommend. The food is delicious. I come from Senegal and I can attest that the food taste just like what I know from the country. The decor is also so beautiful I had a flash back home as soon as I stepped through the door. Friendly environment and good food.

😍🤩Fresh Out The Kitchen is truly my new crack!🤩😍 I tried it for the first time yesterday and went back today and ordered two more platters! I can see where my money will be going. I need to buy some stock of this place. Not only is the food amazing but the owner and staff are also amazing. You can truly feel the love and passion they put into what they do. You have a forever customer!

The portions are very generous. I got the Dibi lamb, jollof rice and onions. This was my 1st time getting Senegalese cuisine and I was very satisfied and looking forward to going again! The lamb was grilled to perfection, very flavorful and the right amount of spice. Only downside was no bar for drinks. However, with food this good, a cocktail can wait!

I stopped by here today for some great food and that’s exactly what I got. The people were very friendly and bathrooms were extremely clean. We got the Dibi(I think that’s how you spell it), rice, and plantains. It was a big portion size and had to get a to-go box. I really recommend anyone to try it.
