My
girlfriend
and
I
have
done
many
escape
rooms
and
our
experience
at
the
Dark
Carnival
room
here
was
by
far
our
worst.
The
male
long-haired
host's
introduction
of
the
room
was
rushed
and
barely
comprehensible.
Fortunately,
the
short
haired
girl
who
walked
us
to
the
room
gave
us
much
more
useful
information.
Most
of
the
puzzles
in
the
room
were
actually
okay,
but
there
is
guesswork
required
on
three
different
parts
including
the
last
and
most
important
part
of
the
room.
This
part
also
has
a
strange
lock
with
no
explanation
on
how
it
works
that
is
supposed
to
lock
you
out
after
three
attempts.
On
our
run
through
the
room
it
locked
us
out
after
our
very
first
attempt.
With
five
minutes
left,
we
expected
someone
to
come
fix
the
issue
so
we
could
finish
the
room.
We've
had
rooms
not
work
properly
before
and
the
game
master
has
always
been
in
to
help
immediately.
After
we
sat
around
twiddling
our
thumbs
for
five
minutes,
the
original
long
haired
guy
who
has
yet
to
grow
out
of
his
goth
phase
came
to
explain
the
ending.
After
we
told
him
we
were
locked
out
of
the
box
with
only
one
try,
he
just
shrugged
his
shoulders
and
did
a
little
arm
wiggle
like
a
squid.
I
was
so
confused
about
his
reaction
and
complete
lack
of
concern
about
his
entire
game
being
broken
that
I
didn't
even
know
what
to
say.
Usually
after
failing
a
room,
we
are
both
excited
to
book
another
one
and
try
to
"win,"
but
we
could
not
wait
to
get
out
of
there
and
have
no
plans
to
return.
It's
quite
sad
because
we
thought
the
room
was
well
themed
and
conceptualized,
but
with
employees
that
don't
care
and
puzzles
that
don't
work
there's
no
point
trying
to
escape
these
rooms.
