This is one of the most eloquent hotels I have ever stayed it. The view from my suit was phenomenal all times of the day! The bed felt like a cloud! There was a tv in the mirror which I thought was an awesome touch for those like me who can only catch the news when I’m getting ready in the morning. It’s located on the quieter side of the harbor, perfect for going out to explore then retiring into the peace of the waterfront. Brunch was a whole different conversation! Go to it, period! The hostess was a beautiful hip friendly young lady. The view from the restaurant/ club is also beautiful! I truly enjoyed this place.

I was married at the Four Seasons at Baltimore in September 2012. I continued to frequent the hotel 1 to 3 times a year, spending thousands of dollars each visit. I have spent over $100,000 dollars at this hotel since 2012. On August 13, 2022 I did damage their “$4,000” TV. I was told that I should pay to replace the TV. We settled on $600.00 dollars, after significant negotiations. I can’t shake the sadness I feel with the result. It feels very unfair. I realize may have damaged the TV but I also know how much value Ive brought this company year over year. I’m sad because it will be hard for me to come back to any Four Seasons hotel that puts profit above relationships. I am fairly young in my vacation life with at least 40 years left of amazing opportunity. That said, sadly it will not include the Four Seasons.

Perfectly located and appointed. Top notch service. Love the restaurants, except for By Gone, which I consider over hyped. Everything else about the 4 Seasons and truly excellent.

Staff were beyond excellent and attentive. The rooms were comfy, modern, and inviting. I really could go on for paragraphs about everything. Was at a wedding there, and the bartenders and staff were friendly, fast and always trying to accommodate the guest. Just amazing.

I stayed here for a night to just relax and get some good food, drink, & well deserved R&R. I went to the hotel's restaurant The Loch. Not one person waited on me. I sat there for 12 min. Nothing. I feel sorry for the hotel, I will never accommodate this hotel again due to this. I plan to deter my friends and family too. I could've chosen any hotel & chose this over-priced prejudice acting place. Ridiculous amount of money spent having to get an Uber prime time to go get a good meal and drink.

Amazing amazing amazing ! Did I mention we had the most amazing stay? Four seasons Baltimore never fails to impress. They exceed all our expectations every single time. They never fail to raise the bar in hotel hospitality. From before check in to check out they catered to our every single need. Even need that we didn’t know we had. This is why we continue to come back. Thanks four season’s Baltimore for another amazing time. If we could give more than 5 stars we would as you exceeded all our expectations !!! Can’t wait for next time.

I love it when a venue lives up to the hype! I had been hearing about the Four Seasons Hotel Spa experience for a while, and finally found the perfect opportunity to try it for myself for a friend’s birthday. Talk about SWANNNNKY! As soon as you step off the elevator to the spa’s floor, you’ll immediately feel relaxed with all of the wonderful aromas and tranquil vibes. The hosts were amazing, guiding you at every turn with a warm smile. My masseuse, Mario, was top-notch. One of my best massages EVER (and I’ve had a lot)! The customer service was phenomenal. They had to make a last minute change to our reservation, but made up for it royally. Also, a couple months ago, I briefly hung out at the hotel’s lounge, Bygone, and felt like I was in NYC! The views are spectacular and the music was banging. I’m officially a Four Seasons fan. Gonna have to save up my coins so I can go back soon! 😂

Wife and I had a great stay at the Four Seasons Baltimore recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet stay was pleasant and the neighborhood is fantastic. So many food choices with some great restaurants. Miss their Mina restaurant they had but breakfast lunch and dinner is always available, either room service or at Maximon. Thank you again for making our stay a great one!

Always great experience with Four Seasons, no complain at all. Great location with many restaurants nearby. We brought our little Yorkie with us and had a really nice & relaxing 4 days getaway. Lounging by the pool with awesome harbor view during last week’s heat wave!

Heard such great things about the restaurant Bygone on the 29th floor. Arrived and escorted to a seating area in the lounge consisting of a loveseat and 2 stuffed chairs. The loves seat was worn with a few noticeable burn marks. Walked the restaurant and much of the furnishings looked worn and tired. The women's restroom had a broken hook and a metal plate which was missing something. Just a messy place not at all up to its standards. On e good side, our server was amazing. I can't remember her name but she was dark-skinned with long hair. Gorgeous, friendly & efficient. The view was amazing. Gazpacho was great & the crab Louie salad had huge chunks of crab. Crab cakes weren't good. Short ribs were good and the star of the show was the mac n cheese.

Great hotel, staff, and amenities. Location is as good as it can be in Baltimore harbor, but you're in Baltimore. If you have to stay downtown here on the harbor, this is definitely the place to stay. Fantastic experience. Will definitely continue visiting four seasons properties in other locations.

During my stay at The Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore on July 4, 2023, I had a less than pleasant experience. With the rate of $800 a night, the room felt dated, lacking the modern amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the men's spa had been out of order for quite some time. The service at the pool was subpar, falling short of the high standards expected from a renowned establishment. I was unable to enjoy the pool do to an in flux of none property staying guest. We ended up walking back to our home in Fells Point, and not staying at the property overnight. I went back to the priority the next morning because I realized I left the keys to my office on the lounge chair, security or hotel staff couldn’t locate the keys, so I opened the hostess desk at the pool and there was my keys. It's disheartening to know that my sentiments were shared by several other guests. Overall, my stay did not meet the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. My stay should have been refunded in total, but I have yet to hear from the management at the property.

Had a nice experience at the Four Seasons in Baltimore MD and really appreciated the level of service and attention to detail. From arriving at the valet, drinks at the bar and poolside, to departure, the service was above and beyond. Highly recommend the property when staying in Baltimore and spend time at the pool where you can relax and have the resort type of experience you'd expect. While not part of the Four Seasons, I also recommend dinner at Bygone, to get an amazing meal and view of the harbor.

Just finished another wonderful stay at Four Seasons Baltimore! What truly separates Four Seasons from other luxury brands, in our opinion, is their ability to anticipate your needs and do it with warmth. Many high-end brands offer wonderful service, but with Four Seasons Baltimore, it always feels genuine and never pretentious. Concierge Michael made sure our welcome was dramatic and endearing, decorating our room in balloons, treats, and well-wishes for my wife and my Anniversary and my daughter's birthday. Not to mention they graciously upgraded our room to accommodate our family. He's truly a gem to the hotel. Is the room the most modern or updated one I've ever stayed in? No, but it's perfectly comfortable, well appointed, and luxurious without being overbearing. The floor to ceiling windows offered a great harbor view and my young kids appreciated the pull out sofa, the huge TV, and the adorable bath mat and step stool they had waiting for us. Housekeeping and turndown service were always perfectly timed and appreciated. The front desk staff were equally accommodating and you just can't help but feel relaxed and appreciated at this hotel. This was a 5-star stay and we can't wait to be back. But in the interest of candor and fairness, I will say we remember the pool experience being a tad better during our past stays. The pool water was cooler (borderline chilly) than we remember it being, the hot tub wasn't hot for one of the days, and the service staff were not quite as on point as past stays. We also missed some of the fun treats they used to pass around, perhaps a casualty of the pandemic. None of that affected the enjoyment of our stay and we can't wait to return. My family is neither their wealthiest nor most famous clientele, but they still treat us like royalty and make us feel like valued guests. My wife and I both agree that we like Four Seasons Baltimore more than our stay at Four Seasons Maui! That's really all you need to know.

This is my first time staying at a four seasons and I’ll definitely be back! The rooms are the perfect size and have all the amenities you need, all of the employees are super friendly, and the location is perfect for walking to all the local attractions. The gym has everything you need to get a good workout in - from cardio equipment to weights. The spa and restaurant Maximón are great as well! I cannot recommend this place enough!

We visit this location for a wedding this past Friday and loved it. The food was great, the servers were amazing, and the view was breath taking. One of the best parts of the evening for my fiance and me was chatting with a bar tender named Mark. He was very socialable and made the best drinks! He even went out of the way to make us a special drink we had never heard of. Best drinks ever. I hope to make it for us, as he gave step by step instructions to make it. So if you are ever hear and want to try a great drink, Mark is your guy. Thanks for a wonderful even Four Seasons!

Great hotel, probably the nicest that I've been to. The hotel is pretty much on the water with great views! Little Italy is within walking distance with many highly rated restaurants, James Joyce Irish pub is around the corner, Mo's Seafood restaurant is close by, and there is a CVS, Starbucks, and many shopping establishments in the area. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful... Nothing bad to say regarding the staff at all. They even had my room ready several hours earlier since my flight was arriving prior to check-in. The rooms are very nice! I had a handicapped accessible room. It had an open toilet area with hand rails, shower/tub combo with hand rails, a TV within the bathroom mirror, selection of refreshments in the mini bar, a huge flat screen TV across from the extremely comfortable queen bed, a desk area for work, a sleeper sofa and chair around a coffee table, and a view... The curtains were the first thing I opened in the morning and the last thing I closed at night other than my eyes! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This place is absolutely 💯 the best place to stay in Baltimore, MD. I absolutely love staying here. The staff are super professional and care about your experience and stay with them. This place exudes luxury and a superior stay. Full disclosure I did stay in their suite and didn't want to go home. The housekeeping, room service, and concierge staff were all above superior service. Also, the management and the frontdesk staff went above and beyond as well. This page is the Bee's 🐝 knees!

I’m a Wedding and Event Planner based in GA. Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of executing a wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Art. My couple kindly reserved a room for me and my staff at the Four Seasons. I think we are all aware of the immaculate condition of the rooms and grounds at the Four Seasons. However, I want to take this time to praise the staff! During a wedding weekend, anything can happen! This weekend was no different! The amazing staff at the Four Seasons assisted me with everything from printing a wedding speech, to delivering wedding flowers, and getting room/elevator access for the vendors onsite. I truly appreciate everything the staff did to help during the weekend!

They have the best restaurants in and close to them! The Bygone, Loch Bar, Maximon, and Azumi. Plus, there will be a reopened James Joyce Irish pub around the corner this fall, and a new steakhouse in the old Fleming’s restaurant across the street! Great place to stay!

As expected, the hotel room (Lighthouse Suite 1511), the location, the concierge, spa, in-room & valet services were top notch. The online booking process as well as navigating the app for quick chats with concierge (Thanks Michael for the flowers delivery & birthday cake!) were key to the experience which was to celebrate my partner's birthday. All of the staff including Damien were friendly & helpful, plus Moses was able to direct me to a barbershop app for a much needed haircut. Also, I'd like to thank the spa manager who mitigated a slight moment of displeasure when we were unable to take full benefit of all the spa services after a VIP couples appointment. He assured us of access for the remainder of our stay, provided birthday champagne & truffle chocolates as well as entertainment ideas during our stay. I also want to add a special mention of Ryan and Jasmine who performed our massages - absolutely outstanding, relaxing experience for us both. Our room was impeccably cleaned, had great flow & views (bonus in earshot of concerts below), as well as comfortable bedding. Lastly, we patronized both the Azumi & Bygone restaurants which also did not disappoint. Dinner at Azumi was fabulous & the brunch buffet on Sunday at Bygone was an equally delicious feast & the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable getaway.

A Photographer's Dream Venue!! If you're a bride or couple looking for a venue with class, great views, beautiful lighting, and staff experience, you’ve hit the jackpot!! The splash terrace at the Four Season has been one of our favorite locations to shoot at as a wedding photography vendor. Having utilized it for both intimate portraits and grand ceremonies, we know for a fact it never disappoints. From the epic view of the Patapsco River to the elegant touches of greenery placed throughout, it’s a highlight location for any wedding. The staff at the Four Seasons have been such a joy to work with. We’ve been working with their team for several years now, and it’s rare in the wedding industry to find venue coordinators that are as kind, organized, and efficient at aiding the vendors on a wedding day. A make or break for many wedding photo galleries is access to natural light. Thankfully, the suites at the Four Seasons are fantastic for this very reason. They’re spacious in a way where our team isn’t cramped for room, and the light that comes into the rooms helps us capture the getting ready process perfectly. The staff is always so helpful at aiding us during a wedding day. If we’ve ever found ourselves in a crunch, the staff have always been very quick in coming to our aid and helping us find solutions in the moment. Can't go wrong choosing this venue, it is always a delight to partner with the team and to shoot our amazing couples on their big day at this location! We always have a BLAST!!

Came here for a conference with my SO (significant other) wow, this place, seriously so nice. Went to their spa while she was in a conference, I felt like silly putty when I left there. Dinners were amazing, all I can SMSA’s is that the whole stay here was absolutely amazing, would totally recommend to anyone. 5 stars

Nice Hotel, great staff especially Andrew and Duncan at the front door, they both were very polite and attentive. The rooms are slightly outdated for the brand Four Seasons and do require some updating. Room service was subpar as my breakfast was delivered uncovered and I did not like that at all for the price of room service delivery. Location is great and the Christmas Decor was very pretty. I did find a long hair in my bed in the sheets which grossed me out and dissapointed me as well as I thought the shower could have been cleaned better too. The towels were not fluffy and the robes smelled of some sort of chemical chlorine. The view was great and the front desk staff was very professional and kind. I have stayed at the neighboring Marriot and found that hotel to be as nice as this one with a much lower pricetag. All in All this a pleasant place to stay.. The staff is great!!

Our family stayed here for a short Staycation. Hotel was clean, some staff more polite than others. View was 😍. Expect bourgeois shade from the desk receptionists. Perfect distance from restaurants. Room service was decent but we ordered a lot from DoorDash to sample the wonderful local food.

The best hotel I've ever stayed. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, outstanding customer service and food. Husband was attending a conference and I was vacationing enjoying the wonderful shopping and harbor site.

Rooms are kind of outdated it seems to me and could use some updating. Bed was not the best but the lobby is very beautiful and smells great. I had a great Guava margarita as well.

I had dinner at Maximon in the Four Seasons with my co-workers as part of our firm retreat. The food and service were excellent. There was a live band which is always a plus in my book. Our dinner was served family style so we were able to try lots of dishes on the menu. All were nicely executed. They have an amazing outdoor bar by the water. If the weather holds, I will be back very soon!

A bit over priced. Stayed here to celebrate a big mile stone. The room was small and overly hot, it was very hard to sleep. Opened the window on the 17th floor to cool off and was woken up by street noise.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this Four Seasons location and if I could give a million stars I absolutely would! From the ambiance to the small details in the room everything was amazing. The icing on the cake came in when a young lady named Krystal (I think she said she was with management) took our experience from regular to immaculate! She went out of her way to make sure our stay was effortless. We never had to lift a finger or worry about ANYTHING. She told us about how Baltimore was named “Charm City” and she was the epitome of charm being brought directly to us. She helped us with not only our beautiful room but assisted with our dining reservation, outing recommendations and so much more. We will definitely will be booking additional stays in the near future!

What a fantastic hotel! The staff was beyond professional and helpful at finding places to go in Baltimore. It was my boyfriends birthday and everyone was telling him happy birthday. The room was gorgeous with a phenomenal view. The pool was stunning and so much fun to be in. The bar in the pool area was wonderful!!! We’ll be back for sure

it's been a couple months since my stay and I honestly can say the stay at this Four Seasons was forgettable. All I remember is the wonderful service of the staff. The room was nothing special, least well as the hotel. Used the spa and the spa was not in service. I've stayed at many Four Seasons that lived up to the brand but not this one.

I had the privilege of photographing an Indian wedding at the Four Seasons in Baltimore, and it was an incredible experience. The venue provided a stunning backdrop, and the couple was a joy to work with. The vibrant colors, rich cultural traditions, and emotional moments made for an unforgettable event to capture. I am thrilled with the final results and feel grateful to have been a part of such a special celebration. I highly recommend the Four Seasons in Baltimore as a wedding venue for anyone looking to create lasting memories on their big day.
