2 stars for this place. Three things were good: price was right, location is perfect (safely walkable to Inner Harbor & Camden Yards), and the room was clean. But….three big negatives. First: they screwed up my reservation; I had another adult sharing the room with me & specifically needed 2 beds for that reason. When I arrived I was told they only had 1-bed rooms available. And it was “take it or leave it” so two of us had to share a bed. (Awkward!) Second, the “breakfast buffet” was wayyy more limited than other locations, but beyond that: it was gross, and likely unsanitary. Third, The garage attached to the hotel is not operated by the hotel. And the garage was having problems with their ticket reading machines, and in fact machines gobbled up multiple guests’ tickets and credit cards, mine included. So I had to cancel my card and order a new one - yet another significant inconvenience. I would suggest people avoid this place until the owner/operator addresses these issues.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a short weekend getaway. We did all the attractions in the Inner Harbor for the weekend, parked the car, and walked everywhere. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was great. The facility also was safe and secure. You could only use your room keys to get into the hotel doors at anytime. We greatly appreciated that. We will be back.

Very comfortable bed and pillows!! Great night sleep! The room was also clean, and very good overall for the price. The main complaints, which brought it down to a 4 star rating, include: Ran out of coffee at breakfast, ran out of towels in the gym, the treadmills are a bit bumpy, the the bathroom tub didn't drain well, and they didn't give us shampoo. But other than the small issues, it's a great room, great price, and great location. We would recommend it!

I have been staying here off and on for like 15 years for Ravens games and I am surprised by the negative reviews. I choose here a lot as it is a great value and I stayed at the Hilton a couple times and they didn’t even have mini fridges/freezers and it was way more as far as price. I like the built in parking deck that you and walk across straight to your room from. The staff has always been very nice to me and will even recommend places to visit there. It’s always been clean and everything working in any room I stay in which makes me think maybe I have been extremely lucky based on these bad reviews. Either way, I don’t leave many reviews but felt like this one deserved more love after seeing the reviews. I’m not big on getting breakfast at the hotel so maybe that’s why people don’t agree with me. I usually just walk outside and get food at a restaurant or go to a store. Located right near the harbor and stadium so easy walking almost anywhere.

I'd say the location is good because it's right next to the convention center. They do offer a good continental breakfast every morning from 6:30am to 9:30am. But we found that our first morning the cook didn't show up so there was no breakfast other than making our own waffles or toasting a bagel. The second morning they did offer a hot breakfast with bacon, sausage, scramble eggs, and hashbrowns. But the food was all cold. The staff were really really nice though. Our room was clean but house cleaning never cleaned or provided supplies like soap and shampoo even while we stayed there for 4 nights. Plus the beds didn't have blankets. So we were freezing on the first night until we asked for blankets. It was weird that they only had sheets and thin bed covers on the beds. The only reason why we even gave this place some stars was because the front desk staff were exceptionally nice and friendly and the one lady at the breakfast area was really nice and tried to do her best with trying to get us something to eat even though the cook wasn't there. Service gets 5 stars.

My family stayed here this past weekend, it was our first time in Baltimore, and we were very happy with our choice of hotel! Jasmine at the front desk was awesome and very helpful! Also Chris was very friendly and helpful, recommending Mo's restaurant to us for dinner which turned out wonderful! So thank you to him! The room was perfect size for 2 adults 2 kids, and was in walking distance for us to the aquarium and loys of places to eat and gift shops all along Pratt St and the harbor. We will definitely be going back and will for sure recommend this hotel to anyone who asks! Thank you Days Inn for a great family getaway!

Worst of the worst: - both website & staff failed to disclose that the restaurant & pool are closed. Simply false advertising. - first room shower didn't work at all (zero water). Found this out the morning of my meeting. They eventually got another room for us and didn't even offer to assist in moving our stuff. - exercise room in basement missing weights, but more importantly, the entire basement and all hotel stairwells REAKED of sewage! - every carpet of the hotel was filthy, not only with stains, but also with small pieces of loose trash. Clearly never get cleaned. - staff were loud and absolutely unprofessional (save Jasmine, who was sweet) guys straight out of the hood. - trash, as in multiple trash bags, cans, bottles, a parking cone, etc. strewn all of the outdoor pool cover - wi-fi was ridiculously slow When I contacted Wyndham, Petra Carr, Director Of Sales offered a canned letter and 10,000 Wyndham points for the inconvenience. It said they rely on their guests to let them know how they're doing. No kidding? Next time I'll bring my plumbing tools and vacuum cleaner.

I'm giving this hotel two stars instead of one because it was clean and there was smooth check in and out process. However, I experienced all of the problems listed below. - One of our room keys did not work and my wife got stuck in the parking garage. - Our safe did not work. - An outlet in our room did not work. - We chose to stay there because of the pool and it was closed. - The mens restroom was out of order. - The hotel was completely out of hand soap. I had to go to the desk to get some and all they could give me was shower gel. For the money we paid to stay here, you would expect working amenities or at least hand soap.

Considering that this hotel was about $100 per night cheaper than any surrounding hotel (or really any hotel near the convention center), it should have six stars. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and we had everything that we could reasonably ask for. Parking is $35 for your stay and the parking garage is located just East of the hotel and is connected by a bridge on the lobby level. The wireless was pretty slow (between 2 and 5 Mbs) but this was not entirely unexpected and even 5G in the middle of downtown Baltimore is not much faster. Overall a completely satisfactory stay, and I would stay again without hesitation.

Check in took an actual one hour and twenty minutes. The ceiling was profusely leaking into garbage cans all weekend. The staff had over charged me by ninety dollars and didn’t even apologize or question it. Check your bills! My room had fecal matter in the toilet. Blood! Hair! This was a crime scene, not hospitality. The room had insects inside flying around and crawling about. The bedding was soiled and when I called for a new set, nothing was done. What we have here is a completely unethical situation. The staff refused to do anything to resolve any issues during our stay. Honestly, it was the worst stay of my life. This place should be condemned. The GM is a joke and the staff I met were useless. I’ve never been tested like this by any establishment before. Avoid this establishment! A very shady operation here. I’ve actually had nightmares since my stay. The worst hotel of my life. Never ever again will I give Wyndham an opportunity to disgust and disappointment me and my family ever again.

Room completely overpriced. Walked in and there were three ladies working the front desk. Only ONE of them were able to complete a full check out. Every minute she had to stop and assist one of the other girls. After 10 minutes of waiting to be checked in, we received our room keys. I reserved a king and they only had a queen available. Third floor, looking for our room. After process of elimination we found our room bc the placard with the number had been ripped off. Barely stepped foot in the door to a dirty room. It looked like a party had been had. Back downstairs to wait an additional 25 minutes for another room. Passed off from one girl to the next until we were assisted by the original one that could fully process us. Re-issued a room on the 5th floor. We barely stepped out of the elevator until we were slammed with a rancid smell. Cat piss permeated the floor. Although the room was upgraded to a suite, it was still a queen but completely rundown. The next morning we looked to find coffee at the lobby, gentleman manning the desk was asleep and there was no coffee. Just dry pastries. Coffee in the room was tar. The ac unit didn’t work. We checked out at 630am. I have never wanted to be out of a place so badly and quickly. The only benefit to this hotel was the location to the venue. I would walk additional blocks next time before I pay for a $300 room here.

My room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. The staff that I encountered was very courteous. Here for the Orioles games, so the location was great for me. The breakfast, in my opinion, was just fine, not an overwhelming selection but what was there was warm and good, better than a lot of Hotels I have stayed at.

DO NOT STAY HERE I want to start off saying this- the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful and also that we are from the suburbs of St.Louis so we can handle some shady stuff but this place wins for being totally disgusting beyond all measure. The hotel room I kid you not had blood literally everywhere, the bathroom floor, on the AC- just like everywhere - there was little black curly hair everywhere- everything was dusty and gross I have never seen anything so disgusting in my life. A mask hanging off the chair, food under the bed just very gross. Parking is $34 a day which is normal for big city hotels so I’m not holding that against them and the hotel itself had alot of safety features which was nice but honestly it was just a gross I would really recommend not staying here.

If you flew in, just sleep at the airport. If you drive in, just sleep in your car. This place was beyond horrible. I’ve stayed in some questionable places but at least it was things they couldn’t control. This place not only has that but the hotel is beyond cheap. Waited 15-20 minutes in a single file line with one employee checking people in. Finally got my turn but my room turned out to be a recently check out room. Had to wait in line AGAIN only to get a room with a smoke detector that needed to be replaced. At the point I was willing to accept death from a fire in my sleep, and knowing this hotel, I’m surprised it didn’t happen. Staff is nice. Manager Deon isn’t.

The hotel is convenient to the convention center and the room was decent. The continental breakfast wasn't available my first morning because an employee either quit/didn't show for work, then the rest of my stay the only breakfast options provided were boiled eggs, fruit, oatmeal, and white bread plain yogurt. One morning it looked as though mini donuts had been put out just to fill a void. I really hope they hire (and keep) more staff to avoid these problems in the future.

I had a great 1 night stay at this hotel, staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Room is very clean and spacious. Only issue was check in took much longer than one would expect for a short line. Another issue was the keys to my room almost never worked. Each time I tried to enter it was revoked. Luckily Tracey was quick to guide me to my room with a master key and let me in, he also let me check out a little later than normal to compensate for the key inconvenience. Excellent customer service on his part, will likely stay here again to say hello and thank you to Tracey!

The stay was ok. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The safe in room was broken and somebody left clothes in the drawers, I threw them away. There was no parking available and was told we had to pay to use a parking deck then walk back to hotel. WHAT?! Luckily after we had a fit, the evening desk gentleman was very nice and accommodating. He allowed us to park in front for the night. That was our highlight. There was no breakfast or coffee, just cereal crumbs right at the front lobby. Luckily I wasn't hard pressed on that.

This Hotel was absolutely disgusting. The staff was welcoming but kind of disorganized due to lack of help. When we checked in, there were 2 older gentlemen that said their phone in the room didn't work, and neither did their TV. Front counter guy said there was no maintenance on the premises that day, that he would come take a look. (He shouldn't have to tend to guest electrical problems, someone frommaintenance should always be on duty) The hotel room had stains all over the place. Disgusting stains on the bench, the floor, 2 of the pillows, and even somehow on the curtains. The vent in the bathroom fan had so much dust built up. The ice machine on the 5th floor looks like it has never been wiped down. I don't know who would want ice from that machine. The last thing, there was a small breakfast area, but it was closed. They had 1 kind of cereal and dry muffins. Please work on this, it's such a great location so close to the arena, but it needs cleaned Hella bad. I almost slept in my vehicle because how gross it was.

$35 for parking, room was not vacuumed, the air control system was so loud it woke me up all night. Room is dimly lit with old furniture, and everything crammed in here. Not a good value for the price

The carpet in the room was stained, the fridge and AC unit were very noisy. There was not a real breakfast. It was grab and go, with very limited choice. The staff was nice.

The worst service ever. They declined to provide just 1 additional towel or tissues when we requested. The rooms are very small and there are bugs. Breakfast is worst. After check out, we requested to keep our luggage for just 3 hours and they refused saying they don't have space. They have lots of other empty rooms back of the reception which we could see and they could accomodate if they wanted to. It's just that they didn't care at all. I would never ever be a guest of this hotel again.

Good value all around. Pretty much the quality of room and service you'd expect for the price, but they do have a pool! It's very close to the convention center, which is very nice as well.

Check in was easy and friendly staff. Our room had a weird smell when we first entered but it went away. There were stains on the carpet and furniture like chairs. The bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Overall I would probably stay again if I was going to the nearby arena.

This hotel is run down and dirty!! The halls seem like weed which is legal in MD. They are not cleaned- there was trash in the hallway for 4 days and never cleaned up. We found bed bugs in our room and they are claiming that they don’t have any!! Just downright disgusting!!!

Next to the CFG Bank Arena and that was the only reason I would stay at this hotel. This hotel needs to be updated. 3 times my key did not work and had to visit the front desk. No food or coffee at breakfast. I inquired to front desk. A line formed for 10 guest as I (we) waited. It is not a continental breakfast as listed online. It is plastic wrapped muffins and something else. Unhealthy! If you call the hotel direct, Press 1 goes to national reservations. Press 2 to modify reservations or reach the front desk, is suspended. Press 3 for group sales is suspended. Mentioned this to front desk said it was a Verizon issue. Rooms are outdated. Staff was nice!

Elevators: Yes. No technical issues. Roomy and clean. The room: A friend and I stayed here for a concert at CFG Bank Arena. It was about a 6 minute walk to and from the Arena so that was wonderful (and why I booked). The rooms were kind of shabby, with stains in the hallways and on the carpet, ottoman, curtains, and walls. But surfaces were clean and nothing was broken. (Lighting was OK - depends on if your plans include dolling yourself up for an outing. :) Our bathroom light was not working upon arrival, but maintenance staff arrived within 30 minutes to fix it after calling the front desk and he fixed it within 5 minutes. The lobby was comfortable, safe, and clean. Price: We paid about $400 total for one overnight in a room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom, as well as parking. Prices may have been ticked up due to the concert. Location: I’m not from a city, so it was a bit confusing finding the proper entrance for me, but once inside the gate I felt safe and comfortable. Lots of traffic outside, but it’s Baltimore. Food: A continental breakfast was available in the morning but we did not partake. I didn’t see the food so no comment. We DoorDashed to the lobby the night before and that went smoothly. Staff: Pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. They were really busy this particular weekend due to the concert I’m sure, which slowed service down (i.e., I waited in line to check-in for about 20 minutes), but the 2 agents at the front desk went out of their way to make sure I and other guests had our needs met. Check-in and check-out were easy, Wi-Fi and parking questions were thoroughly answered, and we got good tips and suggestions for hot spots like restaurants and bars nearby. Again, maintenance staff was quick and thorough while attending to our room. Parking: There is a parking garage next to the hotel which can be paid at the desk or upon exiting the garage itself. Online says $35 but I think I paid $50 for 1 overnight. Still, not a terrible price for me to park off-street overnight. They collected my parking garage ticket at the front desk after I parked and charged it to my room, then I used that receipt to scan out of the parking garage the next day. I’m not sure, but I think there was a fee every time you exit and re-enter the garage, but I didn’t have to do that so double-check with staff if that’s part of your plans. Overall: If attending an event at CFG Bank Arena again, this spot would be ideal for me to stay at again. However, if visiting Baltimore for another reason or an event at a different location or for longer than one night, I’d probably opt for a better up-kept place. That’s totally my preference. However, I wouldn’t be disappointed to stay here again. All it needs are some renovations like new carpeting and the replacing of stained furniture/decor.

There seems to be a complete lack of leadership and professional/collegial culture at this Days Inn. When staff members were present at the front desk, they were mostly helpful, although I did stop there once to get my room key reactivated, and the two Days Inn employees behind the desk looked at me and then kept going over their paperwork without saying anything for perhaps one solid minute before helping with my key. At other times, there was no one at the front desk at all. The “breakfast” was low-quality prepackaged junk and very skimpy, and there usually wasn’t enough coffee for the guests who wanted it. Despite being touted as a nonsmoking hotel, our floor (5th) smelled very strongly of marijuana just outside the elevator every day we were there. Once the air conditioner quit working in our room, we gave up and checked into a different one for the final two days of our trip. It’s a huge disappointment that this hotel is in such a sad state; it’s very close to the Baltimore Convention Center, which is why I booked it, as well as the Inner Harbor and many other good restaurants and attractions downtown. Anyone staying here will surely develop a negative perception of Baltimore itself. I sincerely hope this property improves soon. It needs a lot of help.

Air conditioning is unreliable. Front desk could not get me into my room until after 3:30. "Breakfast" is bad coffee and plastic wrapped muffins. Front desk staff are not knowledgeable about local public transit options or schedules (I wanted to take the light rail). The guy who stocks the coffee cups is nice though.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 2 of the 5 rooms we were given were still used and not clean. I was given a room that hadn’t been vacuumed and had a a dirty washcloth in the lamp. I’m so embarrassed to bring friends here. Pool was closed and it has a smell. Never again.

The key cards didn't swipe! The refrigerator door broke. The air was on 60 in our and it was hot in our room! The shower leaked. Lamp shade was broken. You really need to step up your game because your location is great.

The stay at this Days Inn by Wyndham was a horrible experience. Our rooms were booked 3 months in advance and we had to wait 3 hours to get our rooms. This made some of our team late for the business event we were in Baltimore. Also, the staff at the desk were rude, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. During our stay, we requested room service 3 different time and did not receive any room service nor fresh towels. Our rooms were not cleaned during the day and we finally received extra towels the morning of checkout on Sunday. I would recommend others to stay away from thisDays Inn and any other in the future.

The check in process was not smooth, the room we booked was a twin double, but it was not ready even though we were here at 530 pm. They gave us a King bed which we had to take given that we were running late and the room would not be ready for another 45 min. On entering the room we found that the battery of the smoke detector was about to die and it was intermittently beeping. Told the front desk, they sent someone who took it the unit and they never returned, the smoke detector lay on the ground where they kept it even when we checked out. There was no hot water the second day and the third day we kept checking every 30 min and got before there was any running hot water. Got delayed for checkout and Michelle, at the front desk stated that we would have to pay a late fee and there was nothing they could do about the inconvenience. For the poor experience, there is only one good thing about this hotel and it's the location. Will look for alternative places to stay in the future.

We stayed here because was not far from our cruise port, rooms were clean, staff friendly but my only complaint stop doing complimentary breakfast if you aren't able to do it. Hot food station and never anything in it, cereal out to eat but no milk ( asked for milk and they didn't have any ) coffee cold as well, and the door was left open to the courtyard it was so cold in the dining room you could hang meat in there. We stayed 3 nights and one of the days they didn't even open for breakfast, definitely needs some improvements.

This place obviously isn't the Hyatt or Hilton across the street, so you can't expect too much. We were staying here for a conference along with many others. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom sink was out in the main area; a drawback if sharing a room. Also, there was no clock in the room, very strange. One night I waited about 15 minutes for the shower to get warm. Our neighbors said they did not have water for two entire days. We booked the room for 5 nights, but on the 4th day, housekeeping barged in saying we needed to check out. No, we clearly had the room for another night. My roommate had just gotten out of the shower, so this was annoying. And our key cards had been canceled so we had to get new ones. Breakfast reflects my overall rating, 2/5. There was an included breakfast, so that was a plus. It was in the attached restaurant, which had recently lost its liquor license as evidenced by a VERY large sign on the front door, so this was comforting. Best to get to breakfast early before they run out of food. They provide juice and coffee, but one morning there were no cups, so, no drinks. The next morning there were plastic soda cups for the coffee, but at least there were cups. Overall, this hotel is exactly what you should expect it to be, nothing more. I think it would be worth staying at a nicer hotel and paying the extra $20 or $30 a night.

Spent the night while attending an event at the convention center. The room was just okay...clean and comfortable, but showing signs of wear. They also seem to have some issues they're sorting out...restaurant is closed for rennovation, and if you don't have a key card you have to be buzzed into the lobby at all times. The price for the location was outstanding though and the service was excellent. The man at the front desk for check-in was very friendly and helpful, the woman at check-out was the same. The staff working their included continental breakfast was also surprisingly attentative. I would most likely stay here again.

We arrived at 4pm check in was great no line no wait . Staff was friendly. The only negative I found was the shower wasn’t cleaned. The price was good, parking is available but not included in the price it’s an additional $34 per day I personally went threw the spot hero app and paid $25. Breakfast is included from 6:30am to 9:30am

Great location and the staff was great but unfortunately understaffed. They handled the pressure very well! We checked in but needed our parking validated. The line to the front desk took over an hour to speak with someone because she was by herself which the management should be ashamed of, especially during check in hours. The restaurant is closed, as well as, the pool. The room also wasn't the greatest. There was a musty smell that didn't go away and the bathroom shower needs to be updated. We ended up not using it.

Employees were very helpful and great with recommendations. Rooms were clean. Mattress was a queen allegedly but my feet were hanging off being 6'1. Pillows were the worst I've ever had. Wife agrees it was the least comfortable bed she can recall in any hotel ever. Pool was closed due to maintenance on parking garage.
