Everything is poor or below standards. They want rent and refuse to fix anything. Horrible office people. Bully tactics to get what they want BBB I need you to investigate. Mold ridden apt. They do nothing. DO NOT MOVE HERE. HELL MIGHT BE AN UPGRADE

I was throwing away my trash and was approached by the ground keeper. He then blocked me in the lot and asked did i live here and if i didn’t identify myself he would take my license plate number and call the police. I later brought this up to the rental office and they apologized. The apology didn’t matter too me it shouldn’t have ever happen. Okay apartment but terrible parking.

MANAGMENT IS NASTY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE! TAKE NEVER TO COME FIX THINGS THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED! WISHED I NEVER MOVED HERE!!! THE OFFICE LADIES BEFORE THIS LADY WAS WONDERFUL HELPFUL AND WHEN NEEDED SOMETHING DONE IT WAS DONE MAYBE NOT THE SAME DAY BUT THE NEXT DAY THE PEOPLE WERE HERE TO FIX WHATEVER PROBLEM I HAD!!!

Large living space

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Over the past few years we have gone through several property managers. None of them actually take care of the property. The office is always closed, maintenance is non existent. The electric bills are high as hell because nothing works properly. Lately, I had rodents running around. I’m over it!! Do not rent these apartments. They don’t even try to do right by the residents.

My 86 year old grandmother lives in these apartments the rental office has had several complaints about the people who lives over top off her running and jumping all night on this past Sunday they ran, jumped, and banged until 4:00am where my grandmother was crying it was so bad I've drove up here to try to talk to the property manager and it's never nobody in the office or answering the phone. It's a shame
