I had heard about how beautiful and serene this boutique hotel was. Nonetheless, I was still not expecting the extremely gorgeous Decor and aesthetics, and the thoughtfully curated artwork, furniture, and design pieces from artists all over the world and from Baltimore. Toiletries, linens and amenities were purely luxurious. My stay there felt like an extended spa experience. I stayed with my sister but will be sure to come back many times with my husband and children to this absolutely gorgeous space. What a treat my overnight stay at the guest house was! I’ve been to many unique and beautiful hotels all over the world and I still rate this stay as one of my best and most relaxing experiences yet! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at guesthouse! The entire space was designed beautifully and we really enjoyed all of the thoughtful details included in the room and public spaces. The location is awesome and we loved being able to hop down to good neighbor for a snack or coffee. We brought our toddler with us and the staff was super accommodating. The hotel really represents the best of Baltimore - I can't recommend it highly enough!

I stayed at the good neighbor guesthouse during the summer and absolutely fell in love with every aspect of the boutique hotel. It felt like staying in my fancy friend’s home but in a non-intimidating way. Every detail from the ease of checking in, to filtered water in the lobby and so many peaceful common spaces to stay in strike you during your stay. This hotel is also a design haven - every bed, cup, shelf and piece of art is curated and placed intentionally so that you can enjoy your stay and have pieces from all over the world surround you right here in Baltimore. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is - it is everything you didn’t even know you needed in a hotel stay. It is absolutely perfect - if you are looking for a place in Baltimore to spend one night or one week this is it. Book now and immerse yourself in this beautiful space :)

Imagine a space where you feel a calmness, a sense of peace and clarity, but also feel excitement, intrigue, and curiosity. And, on top, all your senses are fully activated and indulged. This is Guesthouse at GN. Every detail has been meticulously crafted. The designer executed his vision impeccably —embracing local artists, but also incorporating beautiful art, architecture, and lighting from India (where his family is from) and Egypt (where his wife’s family is from). He also includes design elements from Japan and Scandinavia—and it all blends together so seamlessly. At the Guesthouse, you experience the artist’s vision coming to life before you: you’re home but simultaneously transported to a beautiful destination abroad, somehow. The details: I stayed with my sister at The Pyramids room (every room has a theme). The lighting was beautiful through the bay windows and lighting fixtures. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve spent in — probably ever. The shower felt like I was in a spa. Even the snacks were delicious (had the popcorn). On top— every piece (furniture, glassware, even hand soap) could be purchased so you can relive the moment. It was hard to leave, but I know I’ll be back many times.

My partner and I had an amazing experience. Staying here for 2 days. The room itself had a Swedish-modern aesthetic and elements that makes you forget you're in the USA. The room is filled with gadgets that add to the aesthetics, but are also available for purchase which we thought was very cool. We actually purchased a tea kettle. Service was fantastic. We were asked multiple times if we needed anything. And having the restaurant below the hotel is extremely convenient. Also, the Hamden neighborhood's shopping district is a 5 minute walk, so we spent all weekend in the area without having to drive anywhere. That is only possible in a few neighborhoods where hotels exist in Baltimore. Overall 10/10 experience.

I was so impressed by the aesthetic of Guest House. I truly enjoyed my stay. It was relaxing and delightful. I love that you can also purchase the decor in the room because it all was so beautiful/unique. I highly recommend staying there whether you’re in town or coming from another city!

Immaculate. Every inch of this hotel has been thought through. The homages and nods to both personal and the local community can be seen from the lobby area to the various rooms. I liked the complement of the original brick and steel, with modern art and decor in the room I stayed in (Pyramids), as well as the cute and functional desk space providing the comfort to be able to do some during my visit. I enjoyed my stay and plan to book again in the coming months. You should check this oasis out!

We had such a nice staycation here! We stayed in Pyramids - me, my husband, and baby. We loved everything about our stay here! The whole aesthetic of good neighbor, including the guest house is beautiful, simple, chic. The check in process was smooth with the app (we arrived after hours). The lobby is beautifully done, love all of the soaps displayed and the custom sink and desk in the lobby. The room was perfect - the linens were amazing, mattress and pillows were super comfortable, the furniture in the room was amazing. The shower and shower head were also amazing. They were able to provide a mini crib for my baby (also with fancy linen sheets!). They have snacks in the room, filtered water, a fridge, beautiful finishings. We were able to buy anything from the room easily, so we purchased a beautiful water carafe and lamp that was displayed in our room. Best of all, the coffee in the morning was perfect and a quick walk downstairs. Have nothing but great things to say about our stay here!
