I am such a fan. First things first the views are amazing. I never pack lightly, and I fell in love with the walk-in closet. The bathroom has double sinks which me and my partner pretty much need with all the skin care products we own. The layout is very functional, and the decor is trendy everything is so well thought out down to the plants and appliances in the room. Roost really does feel like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Roost Baltimore location. It has a gorgeous view of the water and was conveniently close to the concert venue we went to that night. The room had a fantastic personal touch to it as if they set it up just for us. We didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything you would need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great shower pressure. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

We went to a concert at the Baltimore Peninsula and stayed overnight at the Roost and had a fabulous stay! The location to the venue was ideal and it was so nice to come home to a clean, comfortable, and fully-equipped apartment. I loved all the attention to detail that made it feel like a home and not a hotel. The views from the pool/clubhouse deck at sunset were breathtaking. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

The hotel and staff were very nice and clean! The location was great it’s newly built and we brought our large dogs with us and we’re able to walk them across the street at the field. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they advertise an outside pool, and the pool is literally 2 ft deep and about 9ft long extremely small I would consider that a pond. The reason I booked this hotel is for the pool and was extremely upset to see that it was a baby pool to the point we didn’t stay the next day we just left and went home.

My family and I stayed around a month in a 2-bedroom apartment. It was a wonderful stay and we wouldn’t have it any other way. It was well-equipped with everything you might need during a stay. It combined a hotel and long-stay apartment features all in one. Shout out to the manager Pooshan! He was of great help and was always there for any concerns. All front desk employees were super nice and friendly (unfortunately I don’t know their names) We especially loved the outdoor views and the spacious balcony with a table to chill in. The kitchen is spacious with a large refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. It has everything you would need to cook and eat a full meal. Hand soap and dish soap were provided as well. The apartment has spacious bathrooms, with 2 sinks in the master bathroom. It’s enough for accessible movement with a wheelchair/walker. The space around the toilet is enough to put a commode. The only thing we did not enjoy about it are the weak stream showers without hose extension. The area felt very safe with great security; key cards are required to access the elevator, and the front doors (after 10 pm). Although we had some issues with the keycards not working properly, but we were provided with a substitute that worked well for the rest of the stay. Another downside is that there are no grocery stores/restaurants within a walking distance. But this should change in the future as they’re still in the construction period. We were provided free wifi throughout the stay, but it had weak coverage around the apartment and was a bit slow. Extra things we liked: - Very comfy beds - The walk-in closets are just amazing! - Large TV screens in every room - Washing machine and dryer

We loved our stay here! Brad and the staff were super welcoming and we felt like this was our home away from home during our 3 night's stay. Our 2 BR apartment was clean, large and had a beautiful view of the water. The lounge and lobby are also beautiful. This neighborhood is literally a brand-new development so VERY quiet when we stayed there but safe. We personally didn't mind it since we were traveling with an infant. Highly recommend!

This property is gorgeous!!! The decorations / decor was stunning as well as the furniture all over. Definitely would book here again. The area was outside was extremely quite as if we were outside the city in our own little world. We parked a 2 min walk which again was quite with a pretty sunset (we walked from the parking garage) it was cheaper. They do require a $250 deposit I wasn’t aware of though. We stayed in the room 500’s room right near the elevator again quite. I only heard the upstairs people feet a few times and the water in the shower was only hot enough for a baby which was the downfall. The bed was comfortable, our view from the bed room and living room was the pool and lounge area and we love a pretty view !!the room had literally everything i could need and want. Oh and the refrigerator was my favorite it came with a big one like a house and it kept my breast milk cold. Listen BOOK HERE! Only 4 mins from the m&T bank where we watched the ravens

Had a great two night stay at this Roost location. Located in the new peninsula neighborhood, the hotel was very quiet, easily accessible, and had lots of parking. The room was beautiful and had all the apartment amenities as expected. Full kitchen with silverware, dishwasher, and in unit washing and drying. Fully stocked with supplies. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service because of some damage caused by weather before my stay. Roost and the location manager (shout out to Brad) provided a generous partial refund for this trouble. Highly recommend

Easily the best stay in Maryland. Environment is so relaxing complimented by eye catching decor and style. The team is the difference, it’s obvious they are an experienced group who know how to host! The rooms are game changers….I had a duplex which is a must have: full kitchen, multiple levels, bedrooms are private, and the whole top level makes you feel right at home! Will be back…I travel into Maryland weekly and this will become my new place to stay! Ask for Chris , he will get you setup with all the right amenities
