Insanely rude. Tried on the app twice to order an iced coffee. didn't work so I came inside. I spent like 5 minutes there trying to order it and scan the code for the discount. They treated me terribly, looked at me like I was stupid, and pretty much just said they can't honor the deal because they can't use the app today. I eventually just turned around and walked out with nothing.

Damn workers here need to do better.. no customer service skills, oops forget it’s 2023 we’re people just don’t give care smh.

Waited 27 minutes curbside, called the store and they said that I must have ordered from the wrong store, nope. Finally found my order and said that it printed up at the wrong printer. Funny thing is, when them filing after 40 minutes of waiting was cold like I had been sitting there for the full 40 freaking minutes. I stopped at plenty of McDonald's and this is the worst one ever! I can get curbside delivery within 5 minutes of ordering it in the parking lot, 10 minutes if it's lunch time and there's a very long line at the drive-thru. If other stores can do it why can't they? And why do they have to lie and why do they have to be so mean and nasty? I should also mention that they were not busy at all.

Rude staff with little to none of training.. not only did i get my change wrong but my order, the food looked so disgustingi threw it away... if uou value your health do not go there..

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. It was dirty, staff was disrespectful, it was slow, and the food wasn’t even worth it. For the short amount of time I spent there this is what I saw: a little boy slipped due to there being a puddle of soda near the machines, NO WET FLOOR SIGN MIND YOU. A door dash driver LITERALLY being shoo’d away when he was just making sure everything was in the bag, it took 13!!! Yes 13 minutes for them to hand me a back of cold food. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Bad service, counter was unmanned. The floor was wet. Had to wait a long time to get a coffee. Complete disregard for customers' time. Hope they improve their service.

This restaurant is DIRTY and WORN. The floors looked this afternoon like they have not been cleaned all day. The table was dirty. The upholstery on the seats is terribly worn and threadbare. What gives franchise owner? Most McDonald's in Baltimore are reasonably clean and well maintained. This is the worst one I've seen. The positives were that the food was good and the young man behind the counter who took my order was polite and helpful.

This is among the worst mcdonalds in existence. Prepare youraelf for flat soda, ghetto-b[×$,% attitude, and orders that are never right. Inside is typically filthy from the entrance to the bathroom.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been. Everybody around waits more than 30min at the counter today. I know this review won’t affect anything, but the service is so disgusting. The person at counter continues walking around to make himself seems like “doing thins” while actually he just repeat walks by and watching at the hamburgers he’ve seen thousands time already. Never go to actually do something. Lines are building up and no one does anything🙂. Just wandering wandering around.

My husband and I were treated disrespectfully by racist employee at this store. We never had problem ordering a simple sandwich at any store but was told here that they could not understand our “accents” so could not order a simple filly-o-fish for us. While the employee also had a strong accent, we could still understand her words. It’s probably more a problem of attitude and efforts than anything about accents.

I have a love for their apple pies, who's decision to change them made an excellent choice. If you're lucky to get a nice warm one, omg so 😋 tasty with a slight crunch 😋😋😋😋😋

This is the WORST Mcdonald’s, there’s always a problem with the food and the service is not very good. Fries and Hashbrowns barely cooked, correcting an order by simple WIPING THE CHEESE OFF THE BURGER (taking chunks of meat off with it) and then handing it to me as if it’s okay. I ordered hotcakes off of the breakfast menue once… THEY GAVE ME ONE SINGULAR HOT CAKE!??? since when do they sell ONE hot cake and for $4.19 at that!?! I know prices have changed but it legit says hotcakes WITH AN S, THEREFORE MEANING MORE THAN ONE.

This has to be America’s slowest McDonalds. Without fail every time I go here, an order that takes 2 minutes at a McDonalds with competent staff takes over 15 minutes here.
