I went to this restaurant and found out that the service staffs are racists. The staffs are mostly hispanic people because they speak Spanish but they treated people of color like me with underestimating gestures and low dignity. They even do not understand my English which I regularly speak with academics or normal people without problem, and they just ignored me and underestimated me when they do not understand my English. I think it is a recipe for disaster when the staffs do not grasp very well English while working in an English-speaking country like the US. I could say all of these after I did my own research by visiting the restaurant 3 times, and there has been no improvement on their service and language skills. So, I do not recommend anybody to go to this restaurant having low quality of service!

This has to be the worst Popeyes in America. I ordered a 4 piece meal. When i say this chicken was burnt and greasy, i mean it. I didn’t this chicken looked like it has been re-fried a free times. There is part of the chicken where the skin is completely burnt. So i complained and had another order delivered. Looked the exact same. NEVER GO TO THE POPEYES DOWNTOWN.

Starter off with less than cordial cashier. Then we didn't get our sauce with the order so we went to the counter and waited 5 minutes to be told we only get one sauce and we don't get another. Finally after having to explain we never got sauce we were able to pry one out of their hands. We then realized we did not get napkins so again went to the counter and were ignored for several minutes before being told "we don't have napkins." We asked again to clarify with the same response. No explanation or apology. Then we requested to use the restroom and were told to go over there (maybe they just mumbled) and they never came. We went back and asked again after being ignored again by 3 employees and they finally obliged. When one of us left the restroom they slipped in a puddle that was poorly marked (didn't get hurt) and splashed water all over themselves. They went immediately to the counter to ask for napkins (which we saw them finally stocking) and were ignored bell 3 employees until we finally reached over the counter and behind it to grab them for ourselves. Oh yea. They didn't give us refills on drinks and the food was old.

I order fried shrimps with mash potatoes, did not receive either, a two piece white meat got something that looked like it sat out all day, I paid for two extra biscuits, did not receive it. I tried to call the store repeatedly, no answer. I paid 25.00 plus Uber delivery fee for trash. Popeyes does not care about their customers.

The food was hot and fresh. We got the family tenderloins. But they were out of cold slaw. Wasn't a fan of the rice and beans. The place is clean and bright. The bathroom was locked to customers, so you would have to tell the counter before you would be able to get into it.

I'm a huge fan of Popeyes. I went in to try the new mango habanero wings. They were horrible. You're not supposed to bread the wings and then put the sauce on it. Fry the wings without the breading. Then put the sauce on them.

Service was AWFUL! The cashier didn't want to help me with my order at all! My first time here.She tried overcharging for 4 thighs. Nope. Never again. Awful attitude. She just made faces and stare downs instead of assisting me.
