THE
ABSOLUTE
WORST!
If
I
could
give
zero
stars
I
would.
They
say
the
definition
of
insanity
is
doing
the
same
thing
and
expecting
different
results.
I
must
be
insane
to
keep
going
back
to
the
41st
St.
Chipotle
in
Baltimore.
It
is
the
closest
to
my
house,
so
I
keep
trying.
They
have
consistently
messed
up
our
order.
Time
and
time
again
they
give
me
whatever
they
want
to
give
me
regardless
of
what
I’ve
asked
for
when
I
order
through
the
app.
It
might
not
be
so
bad
if
they
had
the
courtesy
to
tell
me
that
they
didn’t
have
the
products
I
ordered
instead
of
simply
replacing
them
with
whatever
was
most
convenient
to
them.
On
multiple
occasions
I
have
told
them
that
my
daughter
doesn’t
tolerate
the
chicken,
but
they
have
given
us
chicken
instead
of
steak
repeatedly.
I
don’t
expect
them
to
know
who
I
am
when
I
place
an
order,
but
I
do
expect
them
to
give
me
what
I’ve
asked
for.
The
most
recent
reason
was
the
delivery
truck
did
not
bring
them
chicken,
steak
or
cheese.
Then
close
if
you
don’t
have
the
ability
to
fulfill
the
orders,
or
at
the
very
least,
turn
off
in
app
ordering.
Or,
figure
out
a
way
for
the
app
to
remove
the
items
they
don’t
have
so
you
don’t
have
an
option
to
order
it.
I
have
had
so
many
issue
with
this
location
and
their
response
is
to
give
me
a
credit
with
an
expiration
date.
NOT
GOOD
ENOUGH!
Corporate
needs
to
address
this
ASAP.
