I don't know why I keep setting myself up but I do, against my better judgement. Most of the time, I order online and the food is always jacked up. Most of the time, online orders are the only option. If you are able to go in and order, do that, you may luck up. They never have all the fixings. The workers(the women) seem to hate their jobs because they are not welcoming at all. I do complain online and get free stuff but I would rather my food be correct the first time. How can you mess up a simple bowl (rice, chicken, lettuce, and cheese) almost every time. If you do go to this location, check your food. Better yet, just find another one!

First, treat your workers better (and tip if you're a customer), none of this is their fault - $15/hour is a poverty wage in this city and nowhere near enough to make up for the stress of this workplace. I was really excited to live near a Chipotle when I moved here and thought I'd be going all the time. But I almost never go, and every time I do I regret it. They are *still* always out of something, often something crucial. Naturally the missing ingredients are not reflected in the online ordering in any way so it's not like you can easily check in advance. I've wondered if they're told to be so heavy-handed with the sour cream here because it's cheaper and more abundant than the fresh ingredients they tend to run out of - I like sour cream, I just don't like a cold wet burrito that's missing half its solid filling and has all its flavors drowned out by sour cream. Indeed, with or without the excess sour cream, I think any Chipotle dish can easily feel very Wet without the right ratio of ingredients. The entire appeal of this business for me is supposed to be that it's a consistent quick-service place with good fresh vegetables, but all of my recent Chipotle meals have been soupy at best and nauseating at worst, and never include everything I paid for. It used to be my favorite quick-service place but I'm not interested in coming back until they start ordering enough ingredients. Pity.

This chipotle literally sucks! they need new and better management it's literally always something. Today they're not opening the door to let people get their orders it's 1:02. They have people standing outside knocking on the door and it's people inside just ignoring the customers. They're always out of something, whether it be ingredients or the lids to the bowls.

I have been to many Chipotles. Some good, some not as good. This place is the WORST location I have ever been to. So dirty, so ghetto. The most rude unprofessional crew I have ever dealt with. Came in about an hour before close and the dining room was caution taped off. Chair upside down, basically the place looked closed. The staff shouted from behind the counter "credit card only, we ain't go no carnitas. We ain't go no chips. We ain't go no... well you get the idea. I still ordered my food. It was very slow. After my bowl was half made the person walked away to do something else. There were many ingredients missing. They finally rang up my order and I paid. It was a battle to get a receipt. They probably didn't want me to file a complaint. In the end I asked for a fork but you can imagine what they said..... I asked what should I do with no fork and they said "go home". I ended up at another restaurant and had to buy something to get a fork. Also I initially complained to Chipotle and they couldn't care less. Their response was along the lines of "oh sorry to hear we will let them know" You've been warned.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! If I could give zero stars I would. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. I must be insane to keep going back to the 41st St. Chipotle in Baltimore. It is the closest to my house, so I keep trying. They have consistently messed up our order. Time and time again they give me whatever they want to give me regardless of what I’ve asked for when I order through the app. It might not be so bad if they had the courtesy to tell me that they didn’t have the products I ordered instead of simply replacing them with whatever was most convenient to them. On multiple occasions I have told them that my daughter doesn’t tolerate the chicken, but they have given us chicken instead of steak repeatedly. I don’t expect them to know who I am when I place an order, but I do expect them to give me what I’ve asked for. The most recent reason was the delivery truck did not bring them chicken, steak or cheese. Then close if you don’t have the ability to fulfill the orders, or at the very least, turn off in app ordering. Or, figure out a way for the app to remove the items they don’t have so you don’t have an option to order it. I have had so many issue with this location and their response is to give me a credit with an expiration date. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Corporate needs to address this ASAP. Photo of “quesadilla”.

I love Chipotle it's my peace after a long day. I will go purchase a chicken bowl and chips. I said nachos this day, and they young men laughed at me. I really enjoyed this visit. They put a smile on my face, and I went off to enjoy my meal. I sat on the side of the road. It was a beautiful evening. They young men contributed. 😊 I wish I had their names. I pray you see this keep those beautiful smiles. You all changed my life.

They are the worst customer service ever. Been going there for years. The phone doesn’t even go to the stop. You get an answering machine that doesn’t help. My order was so messed up. It triple everything I ordered. So tried to cancel it. Then I went in there and one guy started running his face. And the crackhead white girl tried to run her face. And one girl keep trying them to shut up and just fix their order. So we started yelling back at them. Worst people ever

If you enjoy the food you order, never get delivery or takeout from here. This place is the only reason I’ve stopped ordering delivery altogether. There is always food not made, if you’re paying extra for anything from guacamole to double protein don’t expect a difference cause you won’t get it. Just had two bowls for $50, one had simply double chicken, rice and black beans and there was so little that is didn’t even fill the base of the bowl. After paying near 5 dollars for guacamole and Queso, I was pleasantly surprised to find none of it. If you’re thinking about coming here go to quarry lake. The extra drive is worth it as they actually give you the food you pay for.
