This woman dentist we saw from Google and customers gave her almost five stars. We believed she is good dentist and that’s why my wife made an appointment for her regular teeth cleaning. After she took X-ray first, then she pretended she did teeth cleaning. After that her front desk staffs asked my wife must pay immediately. They don’t want to wait for insurance statement. So we had no choice we paid first. After two weeks my delta insurance statement said they did gum treatment instead of teeth cleaning. Then she told my wife she requests everyone must do four times teeth cleaning per year. We said insurance only covers two times a year. She says the other two you must pay by yourself. The problem is she uses gum treatments to charge on you and the cost is higher. She can’t accept teeth cleaning for two times per year. Finally we can’t accept what she said. So many customers wrote down comments didn’t tell the truth. I just want people know before you go. To this Dr, Any bad dentist I will caution people after we suffered. Your five stars is really true? Calm down to think what I said. Do I say any lying? I listed bad dentists on Google is one good dentist explained to me before. He found so many bad dentists lie to customers on those fake commends. I don’t like people get same problems as we did. You should change your greed action first. Customers are not rich and you can’t dig out as much as you can. You should learn compassion and follow insurance policy to do. Using Poor excuses scare people. Do you think we didn’t know? I always consult with insurance company and dental friends after I found something wrong.They will tell me about correct answers. I moved to Baltimore and got some bad dentists, because I believed 4 or 5 stars dentists before. But that’s totally incorrect idea. Those bad dentists always ask customers gave them 5 stars and good commends. I believe so many customers suffer the same problem as I did. Thank you.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Barnes. I appreciate her consistently checking in while she cleans my teeth to make sure I’m comfortable. I always leave feeling well taken care of and with super clean teeth!

The whole team here is amazing. I chipped my front teeth and they got me in quickly and did an amazing job. When I needed a crown later on I had the same wonderful experience. The staff and the dentist are warm and kind but still exceptionally professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff and they are always ready for us when we arrive. They do not overbook slots like other places who make you wait way past your appointment time to even start. Also my son who is Autistic and has refused dental treatment in the past will go back along with no complaints at this dentist. Thats definitely a huge plus for us

I've been going here since they opened and honestly, this practice far surpasses any other dentist office i have been to: never overbooked, always on time, excellent & helpful staff. Dr. Barnes is so knowledgeable and kind - I feel very fortunate & blessed that she's my dentist.

I had to get a fill in. Dr.Jordan constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay. She made me feel very comfortable. And the front desk assistant were very professional. Every part of the experience made me comfortable. Especially since in the past at a different dentist I had a bad experience. I think I’m going to stay there for a while!

This was the best dentist experience I’ve had. The staff were all wonderful and very nice. Dr. Barnes did a great job, she was very patient and thorough. Highly Recommended.

Great experience every time I go! Staff is very friendly and make you feel important as soon as you walk in. I’ve tried a bunch of dentists because I have super low pain tolerance and quite a few dental issues and they really make sure you feel zero pain. I would and have, recommend this dentist office to anyone!! I drive over an hour just to go here! Best place I’ve been hands down.

I called earlier today to see if they had anything available soon for an exam and x-ray for my wisdom teeth and they were able to take me a few hours later. They were able to take me with no insurance. The service was quick and they answered all my questions. They were incredibly nice and welcoming throughout the whole process and addressed all my financial and timing concerns.

My 8 year old son cracked his tooth, I called his normal dentist for an emergency appointment and they couldn’t fit him in until the next day. He was crying and upset as he didn’t want to miss his school field trip the following day so I called Canton Crossing Dental to see if they took emergency appointments and they got him in right away even as a new patient! We didn’t wait long to be called back, they looked him over and made him feel better. I will be going to them from now on.

I’ve only had one dentist my entire life and he retired; I was a little nervous about going somewhere new. The whole staff was great and made me feel at ease. I did not get the name of the dental assistant, but she was friendly and pleasant and made my time there a wonderful experience. Dr. Barnes was also very pleasant and explained things clearly and cared about my comfort the entire time. A great visit, highly recommend.

I’ve been for two 6 month cleanings, and the dentist is very prompt about addressing any issues I might have. Care is professional, done on time, and all my questions are answered.

I haven’t went to the dentist in years due to trauma/fear. I have been coming here for a couple months and I must say this is best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Big thanks to everybody for making me feel safe and comfortable. If you don’t know where to go for dental work this is the best place!
