I made an appointment for a TB test and when I went back to get it read the kiosk wasn’t registering my zip code. The practitioners door was cracked and I could see the back of her sitting at the desk so I knocked to get assistance and I said excuse me and thought maybe she couldn’t hear me so I knocked again and I was met with the very rude, loud, and snappy response of “I’m On the PHONE!” If I could see that she was on the phone I wouldn’t have kept knocking. Instead of telling the person on the phone to hold on and address the customer or explain to the customer that you’ll be with them shortly or even a PROFESSIONAL response, I was met with hostility and agitation. Absolutely Unacceptable! I just moved to Baltimore from southern MD and have never had any issues with minute clinic staff in that area but because of this incident, I will never go to a minute clinic for a TB test again. Save yourself the trouble and the attitude when they charge $40 just to read your test.

They told me my insurance would cover and it didn’t, now they expect me to pay off a large bill several months after my appointment. Absolutely awful place and very unhelpful! I tried calling their customer service and was on hold for 50 minutes

Very slow!!!!!

Even though I was on time for my appointment I was made to wait for over an hour with trouble breathing. They say the nurse was skipping me because I needed to see the other nurse. I think it was to send me to the black nurse.

Made an appointment and had no issues (for flu and TB).
