Easily the worst McDonald's in Baltimore. Food is always either wrong, burned, or dry. Staff have no critical thinking skills and don't care about the customer's experience. Fries are always double fried. Go literally anywhere else

This mc Donald’s continues to give me wrong food on door dash! I asked for steak bagel and this what I got!

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and left with cheeseburgers. Lodged an order issue with corporate and management and received a call to address the issue.

They don't change their oil often so the food tastes bad and looks very dark. I've confirmed this for breakfast and lunch

Terrible place, I'm been standing in line for 30 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, They see me waiting but nobody served me, This place is bad for business, I don't recommend this McDonald's, The one's in the county is much better. I'M NOT EATING AT THIS MCDONALD'S AGAIN !!!

Counter person was great about making my order to go after I made a mistake with kiosk. Appears that they have some low price deals that can't be found in app, but are available in kiosk.

Came to get my free coke today...they ask would you like to use your mobile app today I say yes then he says oh it's not working...then the next car pulls up behind me asks them too...why asks people if they know it's not working ...or are they just saying it's not...I've lived close to this McDonald's since grade school...food is ugh...and these young people need customer service traing...cussing over the drive thru system. Just just hire people that's uncoofed.

The staff are usually too stoned to even function. It’s kind of sad. If you want to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru with one car in front of you, this is your place.
