The absolute best care I've received EVER! NP Sherry Pearson is by far the most polite and attentive care provider that I've ever encountered! She made me feel heard and truly considered. I wish I could have her as my regular primary care doctor. The gentleman at the check in desk was also a pleasure and patient. Wasn't able to grab his name, but I thank him. This just may be the best facility in Baltimore and I've been to them all!

Stopped here because it was the closest to work and was having symptoms of hypertension...headache, couldn't get much air, difficulty driving and parking, just feeling weak and a bit nauseous. Asked to have e my BP checked. Front desk sent me to have a seat...did not ask for name or anything else. I sat for 30 minutes and was basically ignored for the duration. Decided to leave for another urgent care near this one...a MedStar. Disappointed.

Extremely compassionate,professional, kind and efficient. It was exceptionally clean in the facility. When I had a coughing fit I was given water but I wasn't treated like I had a plague. I don't think I was there a full hour before I left !

This location is so clean. I’ve been on 3 different occasion's at three different times and I’m always in and out. The staff is friendly and professional. And did I mention they get you in and out. I wouldn’t go to any other Urgent Care. My opinion best in the city.

Best urgent care I’ve been too. The building itself is gorgeous. Doctors and nurses are Nice and knowledgeable. No unnecessary waiting. You have the ability to reserve a time online. Had Family Feud on in the waiting room. Will definitely be coming here when I don’t feel good.

Clean and organized facility. Thought I was in a spa. The music and calming environment very therapeutic. Very responsive to my concerns. Gave immediate suggestions along with prescription. Provided referral to address long range recovery. I can say I actually enjoyed the office visit. Thanks so much for the experience.

The worst service I have ever received. I called before for the wait time and the front desk told me 10 mins, it was a full hour before I could be seen. It was obvious that the nurse practitioner was not ready for or qualified to treat my injury. She made faces of surprise and disgust. She kept leaving the room because she didn’t get the proper supplies ready. She asked the same question multiple times.

Since it's almost impossible to get seen by your primary doctor when you're ill, it's important to have an urgent clinic that you can trust. My family and I have always received very good care here and I recommend it highly.

The facility is nice and clean. The staff is polite. However, I was disappointed with the nurse practitioner. No exam and no blood work. She just asked what normally works when I have what I have. I can sort of understand not doing the blood work, but no exam? I could have just spoken to her on the phone.

The wait was not long and everyone was nice but when I went to get X-rays I found out they made the RX out to Advanced Dermatology instead of Radiology so I had to call to get them to send it correctly. Then the order was sent for my left side instead of my right side. I was told by the nurse practitioner that he would call with the results of my x-rays. That was Tuesday and I still have not heard a word from them. I looked up my own report online through advanced radiology.
