I love Kaiser the Dr's are phenomenal very knowledgeable and competent. Very fast service no waiting in lines , there is only one fault I find in Kaiser and that is they no longer offer out of network coverage in our area , and Kaiser don't offer every service for instance ,I need a certain test a FRC ,Kaiser doesn't perform the test and I can't go out of network. Medicare won't pay because I have Kaiser Advantage plan , so they no talk to Kaiser and Kaiser says no we can't do it and we can't pay for it . So the test will cost me $980.00 cash out of my pocket. And for that reason and that reason only I gave them 2 stars. Because this practice to be very deceptive to their patients or potential clients so be very aware of what you will get with these advantage plans . If I was Medicare only no problem my test would have been covered at least 80%. So BEWARE

From the staffs and nurses that addressed me as I walk in each time for my appointments, to my doctor, I had a great experience with my gynecologist, Dr Paul Paetow. He really made my experience at Kaiser very easy, putting so much effort during my surgery and after. I’ll recommend Kaiser to everyone. Thanks guys for a fabulous time. 😊

The obgyn appointment was great. Excellent doctor and nurses 2/10/23 @ 550pm. Next the doctor wanted me to go over to the laboratory and get some blood work a full panel I guess. I get over there and the lady look at my information and tell me oh no we don't have time to do all of this because its almost 5 o'clock 🙄. Like what type of Phlebotomy technician says that. Even if it is almost your time to go i was still here before it was closed. She was very rude and inconsiderate. Its not like there was a 15 people ready to be seen at the last minute. So I was unable to get my panel done and will not ever get lab work done at this location ever since the people who are supposed to be there to help you are so in a rush.

Dr. Tolani was incredible! She made me feel so comfortable from the start and she even took extra time to help remove stitches for me so that I wouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes to another appointment later that day. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly and caring OBGYN!

Ana and Tina are so good providing a quality and efficient fast service. Always have had a great service from them.

Dana in the lab was absolutely stellar! I’m very bad with blood draws but she really went out of her way to make me comfortable and relaxed. 10/10 would go to her again!

Dr. Paetow has been a wonderful doctor throughout my twin pregnancy. He answers any questions thoughtfully and without judgement. I have felt confident that I was receiving excellent care. He is a pleasure to work with. The nurse, Kristen, and all of the medical assistants are fantastic! The office is also typically running on time, and I spend very little time waiting for care.

I just want to say thank you to my doctor Paul Paetow. He is always on time and ready to get to work. Very energetic and that makes me feel so good inside to now someone that loves what they do. I wish I can give 100 stars

First class treatment. My OBGYN (Dr. Paetow )is the most caring, kind, and knowledgeable doctor. He help me greatly with my anxiety during my pregnancy. Excellent pregnancy and postpartum experience!!!! Nurse Kristen was awesome; very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns and very sweet person. Nurse Ms.Phyllis alway had a warm smile on her face and was very personable which made me feel welcomed. All in all I had an outstanding time with these lovely people.

Kiaser has some of the most amazing staff. Dr. Paetow in the GYN dept did my surgery and he was so amazing. He listened to me and advices me of all options and what he felt was best but still allowed me to make my own decisions. My primary care Dr. Mason is an awesome woman I was sick and doing through some pains and she explained what was wrong with me so simply that when I left I had no questions.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gaskin for years now. She has cared for me through three pregnancies and delivered 2 of my babies. She provides high quality care and she is awesome. Dr. Gaskin's communication is top notch, because communication is very important to me. She is very knowledgeable and answers any questions or concerns that I have. She is very personable, caring, and transparent. The OB/GYN staff is awesome. Can I mention, the nurse Kristen is amazing. And Ms. Phyllis is always warm and welcoming.

Couldn't find any appointment with ANY primary care physician at this location through the online appointment portal or app. However, an advise nurse on the chat was able to schedule one for me. If you couldn't find any appointment, I highly recommend to give KP a chat/call. This location has plenty of parking space in the parking garage. You can get parking validated at the front desk after the visit. Check-in was fast. All the nurses and doctors I have encountered at this location are friendly and professional. There is a pharmacy inside.

Mrs.Danna was so amazing. She was sweet, kind and only stuck me once when I k ow my veins suck.

It was my first visit to Kaiser and the guest at this location. I was SHOCKED! (By how fantastic the whole experience was. The Dr was kind and informative, the lab and the pharmacy are in the same building as the doc, it could not possibly have gone smoother and my whole visit (including bloodwork and a untrue sample) took less than an hour! Astonishing. I am now a big big fan of KP!

The staff and doctors are awesome and very knowledgeable. However, it takes FOREVER to get any kind of appointment. Doesn't matter what kind you're trying to do; optometry, blood works, physical or mental therapy, imaging, primary, specialists, etc. You will wait weeks or months before you see someone.

I typically visit this location and work with Dana. She is always super friendly while maintaining professionalism. The environment is always clean and I do not leave with any questions regarding my visit.

Kudos to Dr. Weinstein and the Internal Medicine staff at Baltimore Harbor KP Medical Center. They were courageous and very friendly. Dr. Weinstein listened to me and addressed all my concerns. It great to know that my health is in her hands and she works with me to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The Lab Tech Dana was very comforting. I hate having my blood drew but she was quick and easy.

Courtney, the phlebotemist in the lab did a “touch less” blood draw - didn’t feel a thing - and her friendliness was also a kindness that made the visit pleasant. And - hardly any wait. Thanks!

I continuously recommend Kaiser to family, friends and whomever ask because they are always professional, courteous and beyond helpful whether it is the pharmacy staff, my PCP or my specialists.

Dr. Tolani bedside manner is great. She patiently answered all my questions even when I asked for clarification multiple times during my Obgyn visits, 2018 and 2023. I saw Dr. Tolani in 2018, and she was great then. I changed job in 2019, and so did the insurance leading to me move to different care providers and Kaiser was not an option. In 2023, I changed jobs again and was able to choose Kaiser as my insurance and also keep Dr. Tolani as my obgyn.

Picked up prescription that I had a coupon for and the clerk took time to process it and make sire I received the savings. She was very patient. I am thankful and appreciative. Thank you kaiser
