This hospital dosen't even deserve one star! Bon Secours? More like 'Bon Se-killer!' My grandmother almost died in this hospital! Plus, I went in for their psych ward because I was feeling down, their psych unit is a joke! I went to their emergency room to get evaluated and saw a bloody plasma tube just laying on the floor! I left this hospital feeling worse than I went in! There's is BETTER care elsewhere! Avoid this hospital unless you're desperate!

Came here by ambulance was in a room in less than an hour, they put me on antibiotics and discovered whatโ€™s been wrong with me in less than 12 hours. However the room was dirty and the person next to me kept yelling inappropriate things about the nurses, the security guards yelled back at him instead of removing him

We had to get my minor child a Covid test to return to school. Got the results over the phone quickly, but still need documentation for school. I was told to call medical records and they were as rude as all the reviews say. Print up the release and mail it to them and then they will mail you your results. Seriously?! Mail is the slowest itโ€™s ever been. Its 2020 and anything is faster than USPS, why isnโ€™t this hospital aware of this? If you can, go elsewhere. This hospital and staff could care less.

Full disclosure I worked at Bon Secours about 10 years ago. I have worked for many different hospitals in my career. BSH treated the patients exceptionally well in my opinion. Security is necessary to ensure the safety of the patients as well as the staff and they did so, with courtesy and courage. The staff and administration worked tirelessly, often far into the evening after their hours had been completed, just to make sure that the patients were well cared for. No matter what the issue, whether mood thought or substance, the patient was taken care of in a professional and thoughtful manner. I was sorry to leave, but due to family circumstances I had to move back home. I wish the new facility and patients the very best. This is the best hospital I ever worked for, by a long shot.

I was taken to this hospitalambulance and the nurse that was assigned was the nastiest and unfriendly person I've ever met. My Sister and Law is a Senior Nurse there and I let her know about my experience. When they said I could leave they never checked on me. So I walked home. The end.

Iโ€™ve been in a lot of physical pain. The First Lady I spoke to on the phone was very sweet. But there was white lady in the emergency room department who didnโ€™t care at all. I asked if I could get an ultrasound, and sheโ€™s like only if the doctor feels itโ€™s necessary. She didnโ€™t inquire or anything; I would expect women to be more understanding.

Was perhaps the worst hospital I've been to. They kept me for observation and didn't have pillows or blankets. I didn't get a meal. My nurse was hours late with pain medication and I had to call the patient advocate to help me when a nurse refused my pain medication because he didn't like me. If you are dying, use your last dying breaths to run as far away from this hospital as possible and hope you pass out closer to Mercy.

They tried to kill my step father when he was there. He came in the emergency room for shortness of breathe, they gave him a medicine that put him in a coma, and the medicine had nothing to do with his breathing. The best thing they did was transfer him to another hospital. If my step father was not transferred out of there he would not have made it. I don't recommend no one going here.

This hospital will have you in the waiting room for hours and that is terrible as a patient and the service is bad

If I could I would give less than 1 star. The guards spend too much time back in emergency where patients are. Passing the room the have to look in curtains. And the violated the hips law by giving me another patient's medical information. I wonder who has mine.

This does not appear to be a hospital. They make a mockery of registering emergency cases. You just need to come to the registration counter and call the name of somebody you know in the emergency room and you are in. #No registration!#It cam be done later! I miss my Florida for the quality of care you have in that state. Everybody working here appears to be a rastafarian. It so frighteni g for a hospital.

My mother is currently there. They have not addressed her trauma from being robbed at gunpoint. She is a Senior. No psychological evaluation, no mental health evaluation. No recommendation to transport to another facility that could help her. She is in great pain and anguish and bleeding. Some staff get annoyed when you have basic questions and become confrontational. They are ready to send her out without addressing all of her needs. Please if you have a choice don't go there. 10/19/23 Update: Someone came by to see my mother and give her information on counseling and other services. People just know this is not a regular hospital.
