Very positive from reception to checkout. Receptionists and all medical staff efficient and pleasant. Felt comfortable and at ease with each contact. Clean atmosphere. Great "bedside manner". Feeling of concern from staff and Dr Levine. Felt confident in his diagnosis and prognosis of my problems. Have no problem with continuing care at Hopkins and by Dr Levine.

Best orthopedic doctor I ever had. Listens to me and explains things easily for me to understand. Very kind and caring. Takes images and exams are well done. I always leave his clinic feeling better about my orthopedic problems. Highly recommend.

Website is misleading, as it purports that artificial disc replacement surgery is being performed at Johns Hopkins. And yet such is not the case. I spent nearly two weeks obtaining a referral from TRICARE, to this specific center, so as to obtain an additional opinion. My efforts were based on inaccurate information not just from the website, but also from the call center rep to whom I originally spoke. Therefore, I was greatly disappointed to find out that JH did not perform lumbar spine arthroplasty, as none of their surgeons had expertise in the procedure... Explicitly highlighting the lumbar spine procedures performed by the surgeons at this facility is the bare minimum that one would expect from such a renowned institution. And yet, presenting inaccurate data followed by the "Book and Appointment" tab is currently what prevails. This of course misleads the general public and needs to be removed or contextual data needs to be added to the webpage...

Excellent staff. All Staff members are polite, caring and professional. Nurse Jennifer Giordana is knowledgeable and cares about her patients.

I always have an awesome experience when seeing Dr Osgood his experience and passion for his job made me comfortable on my very first appointment with him. I had a very complex issue and he was up for the challenge with a smile on his face. I love him and what he has done for me. Oh yeah his interns are awesome also you can see the desire to help in how gentle they are and how closely they listen to you.

I want to first say that I appreciate the fact they gave me great service especially with the orthopedic foot 🦶 doctor on 9/11/23. I highly recommend them to anyone with foot problems or foot fracture.

We had a 3:45pm follow up last Thursday and checked in/arrived at 3:28pm according to the wrist band we received. At 4:58pm a medical assistant came out to do vitals and obtain an x ray after we waited an hour and a half exactly. Sadly we couldn’t stay as I had to get back up to white marsh to pick up my toddler from daycare by 6:00pm. Not one time in an hour and a half did anyone say a word. I was reminded from my husband (an ortho pa at Hopkins) not to blow a gasket lol. Sadly I had to take off work early and pull him out of school early. Like a jerk the office is only one until 5:00pm so I thought I would be good with time. I brought my grandmother the week before to a University of Maryland outpatient spine follow up and we were in and out within 30 mins. Hopkins take some notes from university and stop wasting everyone time. I wasn’t going to write anything but I received a bill for missing the appointment so all bets were off. :).

Nothing wrong with the care I received. Was waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours (an hour and a half after my appointment was scheduled for). Was notified by secretary that most patients have to wait at least an hour before being seen. This sounds like a scheduling issue. The hours of operation are not suitable for people who work during the day and the wait time is too long. Was not planning on missing a full day of work for an appointment. Would not return to this facility.

I have had a great experience with Johns Hopkins Orthopedic Oncology for the past 9 years. I would highly recommend them for your care.

We have seen Dr. Kristen Venuti for over a year to treat our daughter's scoliosis at Hopkins. The staff and Dr. Venuti have been nothing but exceptional, personable and such a professional and comforting experience. All of my Doctors were amazing the pain management saying was amazing my four day stayed there was really okay I only had one bad nurse other than that physical therapy was amazing I really don’t have anything bad to say And I am getting better every day I don’t take any pain medication anymore

An excellent person and an excellent doctor with a lot of knowledge about Botox in the area of ​​the back and neck also, exsept from the arms and feet. He helped a lot in my son's case who needed immediate botox injection in these places of the body, cerebral palsy.

We had an amazing experience all things considered. They took amazing care of my three year old when he broke his arm. The staff at JH children’s was incredibly understanding and thoughtful from the emergency check in to our follow ups after. Every step of the way the doctors/nurses were open to answering questions and explains everything that they did. Professional and kind - made the stressful situation much easier to navigate. Thank you to John Hopkins staff for everything they did and continue to do for us!
