This
place
is
a
huge
inconvenience.
I
order
from
them
once
and
my
order
and
delivery
process
was
fine.
The
Second
time
I
ordered
my
Sub
was
saturated
in
grease
and
they
forgot
my
drink,
so
I
let
the
delivery
man
know
he
said
that
he
would
be
back.
Waited
a
while
and
called
the
place
back
and
they
had
to
send
him
back
out
with
my
drink
over
an
hour
later,
since
he
did
not
even
mention
it,
he
must
have
forgotten.
So
mad
I
even
tipped
from
the
beginning.
Just
recently
order
this
past
Monday.
I
asked
for
a
Greek
salad
with
Grilled
Chicken.
The
chicken
was
old
and
hard.
I
also
asked
for
oil
vinaigrette,
they
gave
me
some
sour
dressing
and
cold
fries
...In
reality
i
guest
had
a
awful
lunch.
I
just
called
them
today
to
fully
express
my
concern.
A
woman
answered
the
phone
and
told
me
that
she
does
not
know
when
the
manager
would
be
in
and
that
he
went
grocery
shopping
and
he
would
be
the
only
one
to
handle
my
problem.
not
once
did
she
apologize
for
my
inconvenience
but
was
very
facetious
in
her
responses.
One
star,
since
they
were
fine
the
first
time
I
ordered.
Now
just
waiting
on
the
manager
to
come
back
from
Grocery
Shopping
to
my
situation
can
be
addressed.
