    I've been a member of PUSH511 for the past 6 months, and it completely changed the way I see fitness and exercising. At regular gyms, you are just another member that goes there to use their facilities with your headphones on. At PUSH511, you are part of a whole fitness community: they care about your progress exercising, your nutrition, preventing injuries via warm-ups and stretches, social events, working on specific skills such as Olympic lifting, and much more. Whether you are a beginner or experienced lifter, give it a try! I am sure you will love it!

    I love my gym!!! Huge huge HUGE plus to me is the welcoming dog community here. Almost every CrossFitter who is a member at push either brings their pup with them or has brought them in the past. To me, that was selling point number one. I bring my dog everywhere and the fact that she can come along with me every morning means A LOT to me. Selling point number two is the fact that they schedule happy hours every month at different bars around the city! Being an early WODer, it’s hard to get to know the later gym goers if you’re never in the same place at the same time! We love to workout but we also love to get a little weird! Selling point number three is the coaches. Every coach is awesome and extremely understanding of my sporadic inoperable limbs. More than one scaled example is always offered and encouraged. People (when I say people I mean those who think crossfit is a cult 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄🙄🙄🙄) often think CrossFit coaches force you and intimidate you to do things that will hurt you... I’ve NEVER felt that way here. EVER! I literally dread the day that we move out of the city because leaving Push 511 will be the hardest part.

    I have been to many boxes and classes across the country in my time, but what I appreciate most about my time here is the unparalleled commitment to welcoming everyone ( and their dogs) through their doors with encouragement, kindness, and fun. Being able to show up and have an efficient, energetic class at 0450 , or any of the dawn patrol hours, speaks volumes to the people that the gym attracts and the really stellar coaching staff. I have felt nothing but welcomed and stoked since attending this space; every one of the coaches are sincerely focused on the people in their class. There is also coffee - a gesture as warm as the cup of joy itself that awaits an early wake up with a great community in a challenging workout program.

    Push511 is amazing. Great community, awesome/knowledgeable coaches and great programming. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a CrossFit gym/community in the Baltimore area. Their facility is very clean and neat and great equipment, dog friendly also

    I’ve dropped into a couple CrossFit gyms in the Baltimore area and Push511 is my favorite. The owner, Ardyth, is kind, communicative, and welcoming. Their space is great- large gym area, multiple rigs with different height pull-up bars, clean bathrooms, easy to find location/ample parking, and plenty of equipment. Their members are super friendly, and their coaches are knowledgeable. I enjoyed my time at Push511, if I lived in Baltimore I would definitely be a member. Next time I visit, I will be back.

    What a place! I was nervous about finding a gym after moving since I had a solid CrossFit gym before I came to Baltimore. What a gem, this place is fantastic for everyone. It doesn't matter if you've been doing CrossFit for 10 years or 10 minutes, the coaches are wonderful people who will help your form and make fitness fun. Also the facility has all the toys and equipment you can dream of in the main gym and a 80s Rocky style basement gym if you want to work on your own programming or rehab. Sad to have moved away, but thank you for a magical year in Baltimore.

    I've been at PUSH511 for just over a year and love it! I had never liked going to the gym and always felt lost - but everyone at PUSH511 was welcoming and encouraging! I joined to find a way to enjoy fitness and find a community. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and challenge you to work hard. I feel stronger, have built new skills, and am empowered to keep getting better.

    I had the pleasure of being a PUSH511 member for roughly 10 years. I'd remain a member if still in the area. Since moving, I've yet to find a CrossFit gym that made me and my family feel as welcomed, that had as strong of a community, or emphasized both before profits. I've tried three different CF gyms since the move and I'm beginning to believe there is no place like PUSH511.

    I have never been comfortable in a gym or working with weights, but I wanted to give it a try. I signed up for personal training sessions and was paired with Andy. He was phenomenal! He helped me learn the basics of cross fit, and I always left the gym feeling way better than when I walked in. 100% empowering experience. Andy was incredibly flexible with session times and he patiently accommodated my busy schedule. I only wish I had started sooner. If you are new to cross fit or working out at in general, I highly recommend one on one sessions with Andy. I moved across the country, but wish I could still have those weekly sessions. Thanks Andy and Push511!

    I'm about a year into Crossfit now with PUSH511 and I have completely 180'ed since joining. If you're looking for a gym that will both mentally and physically challenge you as well as provide you with all the support and coaching you need, then this is the place for you. The community is amazing, everyone is instantly warm and helpful which makes it very beginner friendly. There are also PLENTY of sweet push pups as well! I can't say enough good things about this place, I look forward to coming in everyday no matter the workout and it truly changed me for the better!

    Shout out to Push 511‘s amazing coaching staff and why I love CrossFit. I couldn’t be more thankful for the personal training and support from Shannon and Andy over the last 8 months. Thanks to their great coaching skills to improve my strength, endurance and overall stamina, I recently enjoyed a two-week vacation in Europe. I was able to keep up with the daily walking tours of castles, churches and vineyards; rowed a belle batele (voga) boat through the canals of Venice and so much more. At age 67 I returned to PUSH511 after about a 5year break, compounded by the pandemic. My primary goal was to improve my health and return to an active lifestyle as compared to the couch potato I had become. Shannon and Andy helped me achieve that goal and much more. Throughout our Personal Training sessions, Shannon and Andy have worked around all my age-related aches and pains to create workouts that push me beyond my limits and keep me coming back for more. The workouts are so much more challenging and diverse than doing a routine circuit training at a regular gym. Shannon and I discussed hitting a 225# deadlift. Well, that goal is in the history books, my 1 rep max dead lift is now 235# (new goal 250#). It’s a long road ahead to get back where I was 5 years ago, but with the excellent support available at PUSH511 my only obstacle is me.     Never been one to join a gym, but this place is different. Never had a trainer before, but they have the perfect one for me…..Shannon and I just clicked and she is just what I needed to move my health focus into being stronger a reality.     I have been a member of Push511 and as long as I live in Baltimore, this will be my gym! The coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are able to coach anyone regardless of experience level. The members are so encouraging and always cheer on one another during the workouts. And best of all, the Push511 dogs! Love this gym and I can guarantee you will to!

    I have been a member at Push for just over a year, and have previously been a member of 4 other CrossFit gyms in other parts of the country and the world, and can say with confidence that Push is exceptional. The owner (Ardyth) is personally invested in every single one of the members, the coaches are top-notch and personable, and the community (including all the Push pups!!) is welcoming. This is a great place to work on your health and fitness no matter your current level or your goals - the coaching team will meet you where you are. Additional events ranging from focusing on fitness (skills clinics, nutrition challenges) to mindset and community to purely social gatherings are an added bonus!

    I have been doing Crossfit since 2015 in the midwest and when I moved to Baltimore, I tried a few crossfit spots trying to find a new home and my search ended with Push511. They are simply the best gym family you could ever hope for. The coaches are genuinely supportive and invested in *your* goals, growth, and overall fitness, health, and nutrition. They have so many membership options to chose from and tailored nutrition plans and offer a variety of clinics throughout the year. On a personal level - they are the family that always supports and never judges and always pushes you to be your absolute best self. There's always something on the social side of the workout grind happening too - you will fit in fast here I promise!!

    PUSH511 can help you stay consistent on your fitness journey through every chapter of your life! I’ve been a member at PUSH for almost 5 years now and it’s consistently provided me with a crucial hour each day to unplug, do something healthy, and connect with the other members, many of whom I consider good friends. At the start of this year I became a new father and one of my fears was that I would no longer be able to continue to incorporate this part of my life as consistently has I had been. My community at PUSH helped to eliminate those stresses. It felt as though they were sharing in the excitement of becoming a new dad! I would reliably be asked almost everyday I came in how things at home were progressing. The coaches and fellow members provided me encouragement to keep showing up when I was tired from the lack of sleep. I have even been able to bring my new son with me to some classes or open gym, which has helped me stay on track with workouts and of course introduce the baby to all my friends at the gym!

    My office, Better Health Medical Center, did an event at PUSH511 last weekend and it was one of the best events we've ever been apart of. Ardyth Hall, the owner at PUSH511, welcomed us into her community of members and was available for any questions we had. She clearly runs a well organized and inclusive CrossFit gym. We hope they will have us back again soon!

    I joined PUSH 511 last month, right after moving to Baltimore! I’ve been to other CrossFit gyms before, so I could tell right away that Push511 is a very special one. Every workout is different and fun! to keep you engaged and motivated. The coaches do an amazing work, they really pay attention to correct your form, and make sure you have a safe and effective workout. My fitness pals here are wonderful! I specially enjoy the weekends, when we work out in teams of 2 or 3. On top of that, this is a dog friendly gym - so having them around makes my days much happier! 🐾🐾 🏋🏻‍♂️
