Careful what you purchase. The woman sales rep straight up lied during my visit and is claiming she recalls what she told me. Months down the line I am told over the phone that they sold me a LAB grown aquamarine stone versus a real one. A lab grown aquamarine isnt worth anything. She verbatum told me that 'aquamarine does not get this light and it rarely grows to this size' .... what a lie. They do not offer papers confirming what you have purchased unless the item is more than $5k. Extremely annoyed and caution other buyers.

My sister went to the White Marsh location and purchased a bracelet for $1000. This was a bracelet that she really wanted. She was even offered to pay it in 6 months with no interest. She was guaranteed if anything should happen to the bracelet, it would be covered, basically a lifetime warranty.. She was very happy. In less than 30 days, the bracelet started to break. It actually broke in 3 spots. When she went back to the store, it was closed. She knew of another location in Towson. When she went there, she explained everything and they told her to pay $80 and they would fix her bracelet. Keep in mind she only had the bracelet a month and it broke in 3 spots. Why should she have to pay for a repair of a purchase less than a month old.This makes me question the quality of their gold and the quality of their customer service reps. I saw things that I wanted but I don’t think I’ll be getting anything.

Got proposed to on the 4th of July and have already had to return to the jeweler twice because two stones came out within 3 months. Charged $40 the second time. Would not recommend.

Maan they best in custom work. Their quality and custom work is flawless. I consider them to be well known in the country. Best jeweler I would say in the east cost. They are in small town, so not too much explosure. Keep up the great work RK. Hands down 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Fraudster, liar! He sources jewelry from India and doesn’t pay off the money he owes. Asks the manufacturer to use the cheap quality of diamonds as well as lower gold karat than actual and this is how he cheats to his loyal customers. Fake person who talks all sweet at the beginning and then wouldn’t even bother to respond later on.

I DEFINITELY LOVE the environment & atmosphere. They actually treat people with dignity & respect NO MATTER what your spending. Of course the more the better but, OVERALL GOOD SPOT to shop for the Jewell's. They are DEFINITELY PRICEY EVEN OVER PRICED but, what jewelry store is not??
