    My boyfriend and I turned to BIR & Matt to help us get out of our COVID slump/bad habits. We’ve been working out with him 2x a week for 5 months and I’m really really happy with the results. I feel stronger, have more energy, motivation and overall less aches and pains from working on a computer all day. My boyfriend and I have different strength and fitness goals and Matt goes the extra mile to ensure every work out is tailored for both of us. Matt and his entire crew of trainers are knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. Super happy I joined BIR. Bonus: the location is easily accessible with tons of free parking which is unheard of in the city 👍

    I have been training with Matt for years. His workouts have been great from a strength, flexibility, and injury prevention perspective. He has also been instrumental in helping me lose weight and keep it off. His workout program is thoughtful, intentional, and customized. He is also a great resource for questions related to diet and nutrition. Matt is a professional who truly cares about the well-being of his clients, both in and out of the gym, and the atmosphere he has created at Body in Rhythm Training is social, fun and welcoming, which is a great bonus on top of the results from the training.

    The ability to train with Matt virtually, has been a real silver -lining of the pandemic. Matt’s creativity, professional knowledge and experience made it possible for him to lead me through my strength training workout in our virtual training sessions with just the what I already had on hand at home. My virtual workouts with Matt are super-convenient and help me stay healthy and have served as a great stress reliever. Matt is always upbeat and encouraging and I look forward to working out under his watchful eye each week!

    I began working out with Matt in the Fall of 2020. Before we got started, he took time to understand my baseline fitness and individual goals, which were helpful as he customized my exercise plan. I appreciate that the classes are only 30 minutes, and we mix up what we do each time. Matt motivates me to try things I never would on my own and my fitness has greatly improved because of it. I never wanted to lift heavy weights or do full pushups, but Matt has me doing both, and I am really proud of the progress I have made. I highly recommend Body in Rhythm if you are looking to become stronger through an efficient workout.

    I've been doing personal training with Matt for over 5 years. I started when I was pushing 300 pounds and we worked out on a weekly basis. I would say Matt's strongest skillset is his ability to adapt to each of his clients characteristics (regardless of age, weight, athleticism, ailments, personality, etc.) He slowly built a program for me ,and gradually, it became more dynamic and gave me the pieces to workout on my own. With Matt's help, I slowly burned off more than 80 pounds and have kept that weight off. His gym is easy to access, in a discreet location, and offers all the equipment needed to perform any workout. I can't thank Matt enough for how he's helped me over the years and continue looking forward to working with him!

    Matt is the best! He is super knowledgeable and makes working out fun. I have seen results from going to training with him and have felt much stronger! He takes the time to understand his clients needs and really caters to them. The location is also great especially with the garage doors open facing the water! I’m so happy I found out about Body in Rhythm training and Matt.

    Matt has really helped me become stronger working with him just twice a week on zoom. Matt is fun and really knows his stuff plus he makes each class interesting and different so I don't get bored. Trust me, I would not be using weights and doing strength training without my weekly classes with Matt! His new studio is terrific and now that I am back in town I plan to drive there for my workouts at least once a week.

    I had a great personal training session with Matt at Body In Rhythm gym. I was impressed with Matt's expertise and the individualized workout he organized. He is easy to work with and his gym is very Covid-safe! I plan on continuing my workouts here.

    Coach Matt is the best! We love Body in Rhythm. Great equipment, and the golf simulator is really fun and helpful. Coach Matt has helped my husband and me get in better shape and improve our golf swings.

    This is the place to work out! Setting is super comfortable and Matt is one of the better personal trainers I've worked with on either side of the Mississippi. I'd jump on getting on his schedule asap no matter your skill level or fitness knowledge.

    I stopped working out in gyms and group classes downtown due to Covid. Not only does Coach Matt have a great work ethic, he also has a great gym that features large garage doors, which are left open during the workout. I feel very safe during classes at Body in Rhythm and am also currently at the lowest weight in my adult life. I highly recommend coming into Body in Rhythm or scheduling an online training session with Coach Matt.

    Super convenient location with ample and easy parking on site. Great setting, right on the water, with a fresh open air breeze on nice days. I personally train with Matt, but have witnessed and heard nothing but good things regarding the whole crew. Golf simulator and available golf training is a huge plus. Friendly and encouraging members. If you're tired of the same old typical overpacked gyms and overcrowded fitness classes, and want a professional and personal touch to your fitness routine, I highly recommend checking out BIR.

    Love working with Rick! This gym is tucked away, but that just means it's a hidden gem! The trainers here listen to you, work with you on your goals and keep pushing you to them. I've been going for 3 months now, and really appreciate the hype I receive when I come in and their willingness to work with me through and around pre-existing injuries.
