My favorite ice cream spot ever! Not only is it vegan, the quality and flavor is second to none! It is rich and creamy, and the unique selection will blow your mind. The parfait is my personal favorite, the cookies and ice cream are the perfect mix. The customer service is another 5 stars. They are very welcoming and they treat you like family. I love the high positive energy at Cajou.

Visiting here from NYC, I'm new to this all Vegan stuff and went on with a skeptical mind. I however was pleasantly surprised! I had the Raspberry Cheesecake shake and it was delicious 😋! The cheesecake was made with cashews and mixed all together with oat milk and since I'm a regular milk kind of guy I was expecting it to taste like water but it had a good balance of fatty taste and good flavor. Customer service is top notch and he explained everything with kindness and patience. Would go there again!

Thanks Cajou Creamery for making me once again Scream for Ice Cream (Now Cajou Cream)! The new space is just what downtown Baltimore needs. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The whole family gets involved with suggestions of items to purchase and try. I will make this apart of my regular routine stops from now on. A must try; you will love it! Such a friendly inviting vibe!

Loved my experience here! Beautifully and brightly decorated on the interior. The owner happened to be working the counter that day and let me sample all the flavors, explained the mission and origin story of Cajou (so sweet!), and chatted with me and my mom for a while. Everything was delicious - the guava and cheese flavor was amazing, as was the funky monkey and horchata flavors! Can't wait to go back next time 💞

This is the best plant based ice cream I've ever had. I had the Oreo/ Coffee a scoop of each. It was absolutely delicious. The manager was very friendly. I can't wait to go back.

Had the absolute pleasure of tasting their Cashew ice cream, blueberries cheesecake flavored! So delicious and light! The cookies that accompanied my ice cream were MOIST!! Best plant based cookie I’ve ever had and I am a baker! This is a MUST try. I am also intolerant of ice cream, I would buy this in a store!

Spring colors at the end of summer as we prepare for the fall. Flavor for all year round! I throughly enjoyed my Strawberry Cardamom milkshake from Cajou Creamery. The light and delicious flavor of it works for this gorgeous Saturday. They have a variety of flavors that you can get as scoops, in pints, or in the form of a milkshake. While the inside of the story itself is quaint and doesn't allow for indoor eating, there are a few tables and chairs outdoors to sit at and chat while you enjoy your dessert. BONUS: This black-owned vegan creamery is located next to a black-owned vegan juice bar that also sells a limited selection of food and a variety of amazing juices! Translation: Get here now!

This is the best vegan ice cream I’ve tasted on the east coast and my newfound treat. This delicious cashew based vegan ice cream will guarantee you a creamy delectable ice cream so good you will not even notice it’s plant based. Do yourself and your taste buds a favor and stop in. The owner Dwight offers wonderful energy and personal customer service that many other businesses are lacking. Thanks for opening your business and being a trending so that us plant based lovers can have non dairy but still delicious dessert.

Stopped in yesterday after following on Instagram for over 6 months and it did NOT disappoint. So hard for me to find non dairy ice cream that is as rich and delicious as the dairy full stuff. With so many amazing flavors to choose from we got a few flights of scoops and it was the best decision! Got to test out all the flavors and find fun combinations.

Pristine ingredients , made with love phenomenal healthy treat. First couple times we Combined raspberry cheesecake and blueberry cheesecake in the best vegan milkshake I have ever had in my life. They make their own oat milk in house. Great experience If you can, get the seasonal flavors Passion fruit Guava cheesecake

BEST ice cream in Baltimore. My favorite flavors are Bananas Foster & Mango. They are constantly creating more flavors so you can’t go wrong. The shop on Howard is a must visit & you will enjoy connecting with the owners! I know I’ll be stopping by this weekend to get a pint or 2 for this amazing weather.

While in Baltimore to volunteer for the Vegan Soul Fest this summer I was able to try multiple flavors of the amazing Cajou ice cream. Every single one was completely fantastic!!! I've been fortunate to visit many vegan restaurants around the country over the years and this ice cream is absolutely among the very best there is! The base of it is wonderfully creamy and the flavors they create are so incredibly good! Adding the ice cream to a great vegan brownie (picture) was just over the top! I'm planning a trip to Baltimore in a few months and I can't wait to visit the shop this time (more than once I'm sure).

Great vibe and even better ice cream! I brought the family here to try out their plant-based ice cream and had a sample of each flavor. We ended up going with the Cookies & Cream, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Jamaican Rum Raisin, and they did not disappoint! I will be back in the future, and lookout for Cajou Ice Cream in-stores.

Heaven on a spoon! With my dairy allergy, I’ve been wanting to try this plant-based ice cream shop for a while. It was well worth the wait. I indulged in a double: one scoop of Guava & “Cheese” and a scoop of Dream of Dakar. Both were delicious. This family business is charmIng with friendly staff, and it has seating both inside and out front. I’ll definitely be back for more at Cajou!

I’m not vegan and yet this is my favorite ice cream spot ever! The folks working here are so kind and excited about the ice cream, and I see why. I got the spiced pear in a matcha ice cream cone and it’s sooooo good. 10/10. I would recommend that anyone try it, regardless of their diet.

Absolutely delicious cashew-based vegan ice cream! We tried the baklava, funky monkey, and coffee flavors—all were fantastic. The baklava was so good we grabbed a tub to-go as well!

Amazing plant-based ice cream at the edge of Mount Vernon and Lexington. The owner is very friendly and the ice cream tastes delicious. There is very limited seating inside but a few outdoor seats. The store is also affiliated with the tea house and vinyl store next door, making for a great little visit on this strip of the street. There is very very limited paid street parking out front, but there is also metered parking for Mount Vernon just a minute walk around the corner. Highly recommend

the space was so nice and the guy behind the counter was awesome and gave us so many samples! the flavors they offer are all so delicious and it was awesome to hear that their ice creams are completely from scratch. i got the thai basil and berry flavor and it was so, so good. i’m usually really sensitive to plant based foods and i didn’t have any allergic reaction at all! my friends and i had a great time and we’re definitely coming back :)
